Born in Hungary he was the son of the late Sandor & Agnes (Novaki) Ordog.
He retired in 1998 from the Boilermakers Local 13 in Philadelphia.
He was a member of the NRA.
Sandor enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors, he also enjoyed woodworking.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Agnes wife of Rick Williams of Horsham, Edith wife of Joseph Martorana, Sandor Ordog Jr. and his wife Deneen all of Souderton, Virginia wife of Frank McGuigan of St. Louis. Nine grandchildren Rick, Jr, Dominic and Brandon Williams, Michael and Benjamin McGuigan, Anthony Marterana, Shayne, Hunter, and Brielle Ordog. Three great grandchildren Kendra, Isaac, and Dominic.
Services will be held on Friday, Sept. 21, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call Friday 12:30-2:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society, High Point Professional Building 700 Horizon Circle, Suite 201 Chalfont, Pa 18914.
Elvetta J. Wieland
Born in Quakertown she was the daughter of the late Sylvanis and Florence Reider.
She was last employed by Philco Ford in Lansdale.
Elvetta was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Quakertown. She also enjoyed classical music.
She is survived by a daughter Rebecca wife of Robert Holsonback of Green Lane, a grandson Steven T. Holsonback, a great granddaughter Becky Kerver and a sister Melba Wark of Trumbauersville. She was predeceased by a sister Kathryn Fretz.
Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are in the care of the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. Quakertown.
George F. Bedford, Jr.
Born in Wyoming, PA he was the son of the late George F., Sr. and Mae (DeRemer) Bedford.
He retired in 1972 as a machinist from Brooks Instrument in Hatfield. Prior to that he was a miner for the Hudson Coal Co. and Glen Alden Coal Co. in Wyoming Valley, PA he also worked for the former Paxson Horse Farm in Buckingham.
He was a member of the Hilltown Baptist Church and its men's Bible study group.
George was U.S. Army Air Corps veteran of WWII serving in the ETO as a convoy and ambulance driver.
He was very proud of his military duty and proud to be a charter and lifelong member of the John Rivers Memorial VFW Post 11322 in Quakertown where he served as Service Officer from 1994 to the present and All State Commander in 1994, 1995, 2002 and 2003. He was also a proud member of the Quakertown American Legion Post 242 where he served as a Service Officer and a member of the Honor Guard. With the help of both groups he was dedicated to helping Veterans and their families.
He was also a life time member and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the German Hungary Club. George was also active in the Deep Run Little League Association.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Brian D. (Adrienne), Gary M. (Kathleen), Karen Kidd (Gary), George F., III (Deborah) and Bernard C. (Marie). A brother Daniel P. (Della) and a sister Dolores Birch (Joseph). 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A daughter in law Brenda D. He was predeceased by a son David E. and a brother and sister.
Services will be held on Wednesday October 3, at 11:00 a.m. at Hilltown Baptist Church, (www.hilltownbaptist.org), Upper Stump and Church Rd. Hilltown, PA 18927. Call from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the church.
Memorial contributions can be made to his wife Isabelle Bedford.
Arrangements are in the care of the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. Quakertown, PA.
Brigitta Valentiner Bertoia
Born in Berlin Germany she was the daughter of the late Wilhelm & CeCelia (Odefy) Valentiner.
She was the author and illustrator of eight books including poetry and her life story. She also invented picture blankets by weaving her illustrations onto blankets.
Brigitta is survived by a son Val and two daughter Lesta and Celia. Two grandchildren Eric and Fawni.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. The C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad ST. Quakertown is in charge of the arrangements.
James D. Guest
He was the husband of Elizabeth "Betty" (Kugler). The couple celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary in May.
Born in Norristown, he was the son of the late George and Mary Elizabeth (Fillman) Guest.
Jim was first and foremost, a hard-working family man. His skilled hands and strong mind served them well. A masterful mechanic and extremely learned in history, everyone knew he could fix anything and would tell you exactly what was on his mind. He was proud to be an American and he demonstrated his love of country in the United States Navy as a Vietnam Veteran. He will be remembered for his devotion to his children, thoroughly enjoying the many trips to the Willow Grove Air Shows and NHRA events, and serving the most delicious home-made milkshakes to his grandkids.
In addition to his wife, Jim is survived by a son James, Jr. and his wife Alison of Columbus, OH; a daughter Kelly Margot and her husband Roger, of Plumsteadville; a brother George and his wife Peggy; a sister Peggy Sadow and her husband Bill; two grandchildren Blake and Spencer, nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Tuesday, October 9th at 6:30 PM in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call Tuesday from 5:00 - 6:30 PM in the funeral home.

Ruthalyn R. Drumheller
Born in Brick Tavern-Milford Township, she was the wife of the late Keith S. Drumheller and the daughter of the late A. Earl and Florence (Neil) Ream.
Ruthalyn is survived by a daughter Patricia Drumheller, Lansdale, and a son in law John C. Noel, Roeland Park, KS; two grandchildren - Aimee Noel and her husband Andrew Johnson of Glendale, CA, Emily Sey and her husband Langson, of Overland Park, KS; and three great grandchildren - Donovan Johnson, Anthony Sey, and Benjamin Sey.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kerry Noel one year ago.
Private graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2007. There will be no calling hours. C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
Audrey Francis Knode
Born in Roven, France she was the daughter of the late Reginald G. & Mabel (Haskins) Chandler. She lived with her parents in France until WW II then she was sent to England to be with relatives until her parents could join her. She also resided in Virginia prior to moving to Pennsylvania.
Audrey was a talented artist known for folk art paintings of covered bridges and barns. She was well know as the "saw lady" having painted on hand saws and circular saws. She attended many craft shows until her health declined. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
She was active in the land Army Corps of young girls who replaced English boys on farms.
Audrey was a seamstress in local factories in Perkasie before retiring.
She is survived by a daughter Elaine Sipes and her husband Ken of Perkaise and a son Barry Knode and his wife Sharon of Quakertown. Four grandchildren Chris Sipes, Brian Sipes, Melanie Leister and Rachael Knode. Six great grandchildren Austin, Brandon, Connor, Mason, Justin, and Jacob.
Memorial Services were held on Thursday. The C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. Quakertown was in charge of the arrangements

Ira D. Swartz
Born in Quakertown he was the son of the late Ira M. & Carrie (Dubbs Ziegenfuss) Swartz.
He was a real estate broker owning Century 21 Ira Swartz Real Estate before his retirement.
Ira was a Staff Sgt. with the U.S. Marine Corps serving during WW II and the Korean War. He was a member of the Quakertown American Legion Post 242, Quakertown Moose and the Quakertown Masonic Lodge.
Ira was the founder of the Quakertown Businessmen's Volleyball group. Receiving many awards he was an avid athlete in track, football, and basketball. He also participated and placed in the Penn Relays.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter Pamela Swartz-Cope and her husband Robert G. Cope, Jr. of Quakertown, and a son Ira S. Swartz and his wife Alissa of North Ridgeville, OH Three sisters Florence Fischer of Quakertown, Dorothy Sell of Telford and his twin Irene Roshon of Pennsburg. Two grandchildren Ira S. II, and Alyse Ann.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday October 17, 2007 at 5:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call 4:30-5:30 P.M. in the funeral home.

Rita C. Hannon
Born in Philadelphia, she was the wife of the late William Rhoades Hannon and the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Kerrigan) Clancy.
At the age of 15, Rita began working in the Philadelphia Naval Yard building gliders for WW II. She was later employed by FMC Technologies in Colmar and Penn Engineering in Danboro for several years prior to her retirement. Rita was an accomplished artist and painter. She especially enjoyed painting scenes of the Bucks County area.
Rita is survived by a son William Hannon and his wife Sandra of Quakertown; two sisters - Terry Andreoli and Peggy Laux; three grandchildren William III, Renee, and Michael Hannon; three great grandchildren - Austin, Kaili, and Jaden Hannon; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers and four sisters.
Services will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call Wednesday 10:00-11:00 A.M. in the funeral home.
James Francis Giltrap, III

Born in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late Walter S. & Anna (Matusik) Peszko.
She was the owner operator of Eagle Craft Ceramics in Quakertown.
Dorothy was a member of St. Isidore's Catholic Church in Quakertown.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons Mike and his wife Karen of Quakertown, Stephen and his wife Jumpee of Perkasie. A daughter in law Peggy Orzel of Quakertown. Two grandchildren Candy Krause and her husband Matt and Eugene Orzel, III and his wife Debbie. Four great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Eugene, Jr.
A mass will be held on Friday, October 26, 2007 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Isidore's Catholic Church 2545 W. Pumping Station Rd. Quakertown. Call 9:30-10:30 A.M. in the church. The C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown is in charge of the arrangements.

J. Paul Keefer
Born in Sunbury, Pa he was the son of S. Margaurite (Hamilton) Keefer of Telford and the late George C. Keefer.
From 1980 to present he was the owner operator of Keefer's Lock & Key in Quakertown. He was also previously employed by Ametek-U.S. Gauge in Sellersville.
He was a 1960 graduate of Quakertown High School.
Paul was a car enthusiast owning a 1931 Ford Coupe Street Rod and a 1977 Ford Pick-up classic.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War.
In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by two daughters Monica Keefer and her boyfriend Ray Jacoby of Stewartstown, PA and Jennifer Weaver and her husband Daniel of Quakertown. A brother George and his wife Janice of Quakertown and a sister Virginia Keefer of Telford. One granddaughter Sydney Weaver.
Services will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call 9:30-11:00 A.M. in the funeral home.

Florence S. "Flossie" Ducellier
Born in Doylestown, Pa she was the daughter of the late Mahlon and Annie (Strouse) Swartley.
She was a waitress for the former Benetz Inn of Quakertown before retiring.
In addition to her companion she is survived by two brothers Stanton Swartley of Florida and Mahlon Swartley of Quakertown. Three sisters Pearl McPherson of Allentown, Margaret Zarka and Madeline Ostrowski both of Florida. Step-children Rey, Scott and Carol. Several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers William, Eli, and Claude and four sisters Martha, Anna, Ruth, and Sarah.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, October 26, 2007 at 1:30 P.M. in the C. R. Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. 821 W. Broad St. Quakertown. Call 12:30-1:30 P.M. in the funeral home.
