He was born December 12, 1928, in McKeesport, a son of John W. and Wilda E. Taylor Rowe.
Mr. Rowe was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War.
He was a welder at National Tube in McKeesport and a former member of American Legion.
Surviving are his wife, Twila Gallo Rowe; a daughter, Linda Jack of Bethel Park; a stepdaughter, Tammy Horvath of Midway; and three grandchildren.
A son, Paul Joseph Rowe, is deceased.

Mrs. Rygle was a 1947 graduate of East Bethlehem High School.
She was a homemaker who especially enjoyed sewing, cooking and doing things for her family.
Mrs. Rygle was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church in Clarksville.

Surviving are a daughter, Kathy Rygle Peterson of Cheswick; a granddaughter, Anastasia Rygle; three sisters, Dorothy Mondik of Fredericktown and Harriet Manfredi and Jennie Barwiolek, both of Clarksville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a brother, John Cott; and two sisters, Catherine Geste and Frances Koba.

A daughter, Diana Wagner, is deceased.

Mrs. Bromley was a nurse at the former Presbyterian Home of Washington for many years. Prior to nursing, she was employed by J.C. Penney Co.
Mrs. Bromley enjoyed playing the piano and participated in music programs at Presbyterian Senior Care. She was an avid collector of hats and spent many hours knitting and crocheting.
She was a member of Faith United Presbyterian Church of Washington.
Mrs. Bromley was married
twice. Her first husband, Ralph Morris, and her second husband, Kenneth P. Bromley, are both deceased.
Surviving are two daughters, Jackie Longo of Fox Chapel and Elizabeth Gloady of Fallbrook, Calif.; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, John A. and Paul I. Frye; and a sister, Alena P. Dicks.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday, December 6 in St. Genevieve Worship Site of St. Patrick Parish, with the Rev. Philip Przybyla as celebrant. Burial was held in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Peters Township. Arrangements were handled by Sollon Funeral Home Ltd., 30 East College Street, Canonsburg. Mrs. Dorsey had been a resident of Morris Township for more than 20 years prior to moving to Washington.
She was a member of Fairmount United Methodist Church in East Finley, where she was a member of Ladies Aid Society and was a former Sunday school teacher.
She also was a former member of East Finley Homemakers.
Mrs. Dorsey enjoyed flower gardening, the outdoors and listening to gospel music as long as her health permitted.

Deceased, in addition to her husband, are four sisters, Mildred Edwards, Mary and Alice Ealy and Leona Wright; and four brothers, Ralph, Martin, Howard and Gene Ealy.
