She was born June 14, 1921, in Greensboro, a daughter of Jacob and Alice Stoneking Livengood.

Mrs. Morris was a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church in Dilliner and Carmichaels, Bobtown and Mt. Morris senior citizens centers.

Surviving are five daughters, Patricia Dalla Riva of Willoughby Hills, Ohio, Linda Standish of Charlotte, N.C., Donna Freese of Salinas, Calif., Marilyn Kurilko of Greensboro and Noreen Lewis of Dilliner; a son, Donald Morris Jr. of Morgantown, W.Va.; 17 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

Deceased are two brothers, Jacob and Lyman Livengood; a granddaughter, Ingrid Freese; and a great-grandson.

Robert L. Wilson Sr.

Waynesburg man enjoyed gardening, woodcarving

Robert L. Wilson Sr., 69, of Waynesburg, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died at 7:09 a.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2003, in Donnell House, Washington.

He was born July 18, 1933, in Waynesburg, a son of Margaret Cumpston Wilson of Waynesburg and the late Vernie Lee Wilson.

Mr. Wilson was a 1953 graduate of Waynesburg High School.

He was a veteran of the Korean War and served with the U.S. Air Force.

For eight years, he worked in the maintenance department at Waynesburg College. He then worked in construction for several coal mines.

Mr. Wilson was a member of United Mine Workers of America.

He was an avid gardener and woodcarver.

On March 21, 1958, he married Lou Ann Freeman, who survives.

Also surviving, in addition to his wife and mother, are a daughter, Trenna Wilson Wheeler of Washington; three sons, Elliott and Gary Wilson, both of Waynesburg, and Robert "Buddy" Wilson Jr. of Canonsburg; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Jean Mason of Waynesburg; two brothers, Ted and Jim Wilson, both of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are a son, Steven Wilson; and a brother, Claude (Jack) Wilson.

Wilbur A. James

Wilbur Albert James, 79, of New Eagle, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Saturday, April 12, 2003, in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales, United Kingdom.

William Warnock III

Food service manager for Robert Morris University

He was born March 31, 1929, a son of William J. II and Elizabeth McIntyre Warnock.

Mr. Warnock served in the U.S. Air Force.

He retired as food service manager at Robert Morris University, Moon Township.

On May 27, 1950, he married Shirley Sieg, who survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Joseph P. Warnock Sr. of Avella and William J. Warnock IV of Canonsburg; six grandchildren, William J. V, Joseph P. Jr., Jeffrey D., Gregory A., Michael T. and Kambria D. Warnock; and three sisters, Evelyn Enders of the state of California, Ellen Degnan of Canonsburg and Pearl Grassel of Pleasant Hills.

Deceased is a sister, Betty Jones.

Arla S. Cooper

Member of First Baptist Church of Canonsburg

Arla S. Cooper, 70, of Canonsburg, formerly of Macedon, N.Y., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Thursday, January 30, 2003, in her home.

She was born April 5, 1932, in McClure, a daughter of Robert F. and Anna D. Kline Stumpff.

Mrs. Cooper spent most of her life in Macedon and had been a Canonsburg resident for the past five years.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Canonsburg and Greater Canonsburg Senior Citizens.

Burt of Brunswick, Md.; a sister, Elsie Durnham of Penfield, N.Y.; a brother, Floyd Stumpff of Himrod, N.Y.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased is a sister, Grace Pearson.

Freda E. Dale

Mrs. Dale was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and world travel.

She was an active member of Thomas Presbyterian Church in Eighty Four.

Mrs. Dale was a member of Nottingham Township Farm Women and had served on the board of directors of Fairview Cemetery in Eighty Four for many years.

Her first husband, Carl S. Hamilton, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died in 1978.

Her second husband, Shannon Dale, survives.

Also surviving are two sons, James C. Hamilton of Fort Jones, Calif., and Donald K. Hamilton of Washington; three daughters, Virginia Kelley of Rio Rancho, N.M., Patricia Stillings of Savannah, Ga., and Elizabeth Hamilton of Charlotte, N.C.; 15 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

Deceased is a son, Carl Hamilton.

Helen R. Moninger

Volunteer at medical center

Helen R. Moninger, 75, of South Beaver Township, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Thursday, January 30, 2003, in Medical Center at Beaver.

She was born October 18, 1927, in Cameron, W.Va., a daughter of S.W. and Jessie M. Fletcher Morgan.

Mrs. Moninger was a member of Chippewa United Methodist Church, where she served as past altar steward and communion steward.

She was involved with Trombino's Music Center, where she performed at organ concerts.

Mrs. Moninger was a lifetime member of Medical Center at Beaver Auxiliary and served as a volunteer at the critical care desk at the medical center for 16 years.

On June 15, 1946, she married Rex J. Moninger, who survives. They were married for 56 years.

Also surviving are a son, Gary Lee Moninger of South Beaver Township; a daughter, Janice Shee of Chippewa Township; a granddaughter, Jill Shee of Laurinburg, N.C.; two sisters, Edith Teagarden of Barnsville, Ohio, and Erna Snodgrass of Waynesburg; and several nieces and nephews.
