She was born December 31, 1905, in Altoona, a daughter of Francis and Monica McConell Musante.

Mrs. Brady was a member of Transfiguration Church, Monongahela, and a life member of Catholic Daughters of America.

Her husband, Alexander R. Brady, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died in 1983.

Surviving are two sons, Richard Brady of Monongahela and William Brady of New Eagle; two daughters, Mary Brady of Las Vegas, Nev., and Kathleen Bordini of Monongahela; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.

Deceased are an infant daughter, Rita; a son, Paul Brady; two daughters, Edna DeSimone and Patricia Daley; a brother, Robert Musante; and a sister, Anna Marie Hollowsky.

Ruby Jane Craig

Waynesburg native lived in Arizona

Ruby Jane Craig, 73, of Yuma, Ariz., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Wednesday morning, November 20, 2002, in Yuma Regional Medical Center of complications following heart surgery.

She was born October 7, 1929, in Waynesburg, a daughter of Jesse Leasure and Fannie Ellen Morris Crawford.

Prior to moving to Olympia, Wash., Mrs. Craig lived in Cottonwood, Ariz., for a number of years and was employed at Turtle Restaurant in Sedona, Ariz. She retired as a custodian for the state of Washington.

While in Washington state, she attended several church work camps in the United States and Mexico and sponsored children through the International Children Care Ministries. In Yuma, she attended Bible study and Sunday services at the Salvation Army.

Mrs. Craig had spent winters in the Yuma area for several years before moving there in 1996.

She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, dancing, traveling and walking in the desert. She was an avid flea market and yard sale shopper.

On August 6, 1945, in Washington, she married James Edmund Craig Jr., who Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died February 19, 1980.

Surviving are two sons, James E. III of Claysville and Franklin T. of Cottonwood; a daughter, Linda S. Smith of Olympia; two brothers, Donald and Duane Crawford, and a sister, Wilma Bungard, all of Holbrook; a half-sister, May Anderson of Fort Myers, Fla.; six grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a stepgreat-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are two brothers, Franklin J. and William L. Crawford; a half-brother, Jesse L. Crawford; an infant sister, Virginia A. Crawford; and a half-sister, Thelma Bane.

Private services were held in Yuma. Memorial donations may be made to Salvation Army, 1701 South Arizona Avenue, Yuma, AZ 85364.

Donald Esno

Retired Ohio construction worker born in Slovan

Donald "Beanie" Esno, 63, of 622 South Pearl, Crestline, Ohio, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died at 10:43 a.m. Monday, November 25, 2002, at his home.

He was born April 8, 1939, in Slovan, a son of the late Michael A. and Katherine Santek Esno.

Mr. Esno lived in Crestline for about 30 years and previously lived in Burgettstown.

He was Russian Orthodox.

Mr. Esno worked as a meat cutter at Bubbaleena's Packaging and American Foods, both in Pennsylvania, and RTF in Crestline. In 1999 he retired from Local 758 in Lorain, Ohio, as a construction worker.

He had served in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Esno enjoyed fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

On October 6, 1976, he married Sharon L. Marshall, who survives.

Also surviving are four sons, Donald Paul Esno of Las Vegas, Nev., Staff Sgt. Stephen Alan Esno of Richmond, N.C., Robert Michael Esno of Crestline and Michael David Esno of Columbus, Ohio; six grandchildren, Cheyenne Bowman and Robert D., Savana, Nicholas, Cole and Justin Esno; a brother, Michael Andrew "Buckey" Esno Jr. of Slovan; and six sisters, Joan Marie Seik of Hookstown, Anna Marie Drazick of Stuart, Fla., Arlene Jobcar of Bulger, Kathy Yazevac of Langeloth, Patricia Budash of Atlasburg and Mary Ann Bonjourni of Hickory.

A brother, Robert David Esno, is deceased.

Services will be held in Crestline, with burial in Crawford County Memory Gardens, Crestline. Memorial contributions may be made to a selection of the donor's choice. Mark A. Schneider Funeral Home of Crestline is in charge of arrangements.

Helen Farina Garland

Clarksville woman worked at Kaufmann's, Horne's

Helen Farina Garland, 87, of Clarksville, formerly of Pittsburgh, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Friday, November 29, 2002, in Kane Regional Hospital, McKeesport.

She was born July 7, 1915, in Redstone Township, Fayette County, a daughter of Angelo and Laura Celio Rosati.

Mrs. Garland worked as a sales clerk at Kaufmann's and Horne's department stores for many years.

She lived most of her life in Pittsburgh.

Surviving are a sister, Josephine Nichol of Fredericktown; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased are her first husband, James Farina; her second husband, Archie Garland; five brothers, Frank Rosati and Anthony, Andrew, Herman and Orlando Ross; and a sister, Yolanda Matsko.

Frances M. Gazy

Maryland resident formerly of Nemacolin

Frances M. Gazy, 89, of Gaithersburg, Md., formerly of Nemacolin, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died at 12:35 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2002, in Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Rockville, Md.

She was born March 18, 1913, in Mt. Sterling, German Township, Fayette County, a daughter of Francis Polan and Barbara Vedakovic Polan Remenar.

Mrs. Gazy attended St. Mary's School in Leckrone.

She was a former member of Our Lady of Consolation Catholic Church in Nemacolin and, at the time of her death, was a member of Church of Christ at Manor Woods, Rockville.

Mrs. Gazy was a member of Bauer Senior Center in Rockville.

She had been employed at Gateway Manufacturing in Masontown for eight years.

He worked several years as a baker for the former Moore's Bakery in Waynesburg. He later worked for Data Flow in Waynesburg, from where he retired.
