She was born August 18, 1948, in Allegheny County, a daughter of Rita Leech Newton of Philadelphia and the late Charles Newton.
Mrs. Melchert had worked as resident manager for Kusturiss Enterprises for 20 years.
She was a graduate of Penn Hills High School.
On December 24, 1982, she married
Rodney Melchert, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Kenneth Hershberger of Houston and Scott Hershberger of Ingomar; two stepdaughters, Juanita Black of Tucson, Ariz., and April Melchert of Pittsburgh; a brother, Bill Newton of Philadelphia; a sister, Darlene Gerstal of Chino, Calif.; a granddaughter, Heather Hershberger; and a stepgrand-daughter, Samantha Black.
Michael Patrick

He was born November 18, 1915, in Charleroi, a son of Wasil and Katherine Barzinsky Patrick.
Mr. Patrick was a member of Holy Ghost Byzantine Church in Charleroi.
He retired from Corning Glass Works in Charleroi.
Mr. Patrick was a circus model builder.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Vinosky Patrick; and a brother, Frank Patrick of Harrisburg.
Deceased are two brothers, William and John Patrick.
Richard J. Razvoza

Richard J. Razvoza, 71, of Port Charlotte, Fla., formerly of Washington, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 27, 2002, in his home.
He was born April 8, 1931, in Washington, a son of John and Antoinette Pauline Razvoza.
Mr. Razvoza was a retired loan officer.
He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. On Nov. 30, 1950, he was captured in Chosin Reservoir. He was released October 5, 1953, next to the last day of Operation Big Switch, becoming the last enlisted Marine to be freed.
In 1986, Mr. Razvoza moved to Port Charlotte, where he was a member of American Legion Post 110. He was co-founder and past president of the American Legion golf league, past state commander of American Ex-prisoners of War, past chapter commander of Peace River Chapter of AX-POW and a member of Elks Lodge 2763 of Deep Creek, Md.
He enjoyed his family, friends, golf, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers play football and the POW organization.
Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Nancy Arena Razvoza; a son, Patrick J. of Sarasota, Fla.; two sisters, Betty Duvall of Forest Hill, Md., and Joann Brown of Washington; and four nephews and 14 nieces.
Ruth L. Smith

Mrs. Stevenson was a member of Fells United Methodist Church, Rostraver Township, where she held several offices.
She was a former member of Monongahela Eastern Star, past mother adviser of Monongahela Rainbow Girls and past president of Rostraver Garden Club. She also was a member of the National AARP and Rostraver Township AARP and was active with the Council of Churches and Rostraver Food Bank.
On October 10, 1941, she married
John H. (Jack) Stevenson, who survives.
Also surviving are two brothers, James Webeck of Ellsworth and Albert Webeck of Pittsburgh; and five nephews and six nieces.
An infant son is deceased.

Mrs. Strogish enjoyed reading and watching football and baseball on television, especially her two favorite teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Mets.
