He was a son of the late John B. and Mary Lou Alta McGinnins Fraley.
Mr. Fraley was a member of Buck Grove Baptist Church.
He was a Vietnam War veteran, having served more than 20 years in the U.S. military as a noncommissioned officer.
Surviving are his wife, Christina (Tina) Fraley; a daughter, Deborah Murphy of Kennesaw, Ga.; two sons, Larry Fraley of Lexington and Gary Fraley of Charleston Air Force Base, S.C.; five sisters, Sara Veva Fraley Riggle, Elsie Fraley Ozarowsky, Manda Sue Fraley Maloy, all of Washington, LaVerne Fraley Hampe of Canonsburg and Ina Fraley Boyle of Claysville; three brothers, Norman Douglas and Wallace M., both of Washington, and Raymond Z. Fraley of Claysville; and nine grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Roy and Ray Fraley; and a sister, Bertha Carol Fraley.
Services were held Wednesday in Vine Grove, with burial in Buck Grove Cemetery, Ekron, Ky. Nelson-Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home of Vine Grove was in charge of arrangements.

He was born May 9, 1916, in Claysville, a son of Clark and Margaretta Sheller Keenan.
Mr. Keenan was a member of the former Zion EUB Church in Claysville.
He attended Carson Long Military Institute in New Bloomfield and was a farmer.
Mr. Keenan was employed for eight years as a foreman by Tri-State Engineering in Washington and four years by Pennsylvania Transformer in Canonsburg and retired in 1981 from Molybdenum Corp. of American in Washington.
In 1936, he married

Deceased are a son, Roy Leslie Keenan; a sister, Mabel Kennell; a grandson, Chris Smith; and a granddaughter, Carrie Lynn Thieroff.
Ralph H. Keeney Jr.

He was born August 23, 1917, in Lone Pine, a son of Ralph H. and Della Mary Swartzfeger Keeney.
Mr. Keeney worked for Star Mould Machine and Foundry in Washington for many years as a tool and die maker before moving to Iowa.
He was a member of First Methodist Church of Grand Junction.
Mr. Keeney was an avid fisherman, enjoyed boating on the Mississippi River, and was an expert carpenter and cabinetmaker.
On November 6, 1937, he married
Maurine Katherine Jenkins, who is deceased. He later married
Lucile Teuscher, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, William Keeney of Scenery Hill; two daughters, Judith Reese of Washington and Rebecca Weerkamp of Fredericktown; a stepson, Leroy Teuscher of Des Moines, Iowa; three stepdaughters, Lorna Bauer and Eleisa Murphy, both of Des Moines, and Freida Horton of Austin, Texas; 11 grandchildren, Jane and Timothy Reese, Bridget Wolf, Rachel Russo, Christopher and Matthew Burke, Kathryn Frank, Laurie Courtney, Michael, Rebekah and Lace Ann Keeney; 10 great-grandchildren; and a niece; and 24 stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.

Mr. Kennel was a lifelong resident of Finleyville and was an active member of Gastonville United Methodist Church, where he was chairman of trustees.
He retired from U.S. Steel Corp.'s Clairton Works.
Hunting was a favorite pastime of Mr. Kennel, who was a member of Library Sportsmen's Association.
His wife, Nancy George Kennel, with whom he celebrated 44 years of marriage on July 6, 2001, survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Robert A. Kennel of Falls Church, Va., and Scott P. Kennel of Waynesburg; four grandchildren, Andrew, Katherine, Daniel and Emily Kennel; two sisters, Margaret McMillen of McMurray and Ida Phillips of Monongahela; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are a brother, Sgt. Robert A. Kennel, who was killed in action on D-Day, June 6, 1944; and two sisters, Rosemarie Popp and Kathryn Patricia Messner.

Deceased are a grandson, Chad Maley; four sisters, Delta Martin, Ethel Robinson, Sarah Miller and Bertha McCullough; and four brothers, Clarence, Lewis, Arthur and Albin McCullough.
