She was born in Canonsburg on December 28, 1949, a daughter of the late Joseph and Violet Hamko Bruno.
She attended Canon-McMillan schools and Penn Commercial School of Washington.
Mrs. Betarie was employed by Leader Nursing Home for five years as a prep cook, and was an avid bowler who enjoyed arts and crafts. She was Catholic.
On March 4, 1966, she married
Ronald Betarie, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Ronald Betarie Jr. of Meadow Lands and Frank J. Betarie at home; two daughters, Eileen M. Cooper of Salem, Ohio, and Lisa Betarie at home; two brothers, Steve Bruno of Wisconsin and Joe Bruno of McMurray; one sister, Mary Ann Bruno of Winston-Salem, N.C.; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is one brother, Frank Bruno.

She was a member of Croatian Fraternal Union Lodge 354 of Cokeburg and its bingo committee and was a supporter of St. George's Jr. Tamburitzans, Cokeburg.
Surviving are a daughter, Annette Cutaia of Cokeburg; two grandsons, Peter Phillip and Joseph Anthony Cutaia; two brothers, Peter and Joseph Ladisic, both of Cokeburg; three sisters, Viola Zegilla of Montville, N.J., Dolores Goblesky and Janice Ann Yoskey, both of Cokeburg.

Mullins, both formerly of Midway; six stepsons, Roy L. of Apollo, James of Chicago, Ill, David of Aliquippa, Bryan, John and William Staley, all of Washington; three stepdaughters, Dorothy Douglas of Kissimmee, Fla., Karen Briggs and Nancy Robl, both of Washington; a brother, William V. Mullins of Toledo, Ohio; a sister, Christine Hensley of Chicago, Ill.; seven grandchildren and 14 stepgrandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Kenneth W. Mullins.

Mr. Huchko was a pipefitter for Local 47 of the Plumbers and Steamfitters of Northwestern Pennsylvania in Monaca, retiring in 1996 after 29 years of service.

Esther P. Conn Huchko, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Charles M. Huchko of Bulger, Terry M. Huchko of McDonald and Donald R. Huchko of Burgettstown; a daughter, Debra J. Chytil of Bulger; a brother, Peter Huchko of Wintersville, Ohio; two sisters, Victoria Smith and Sophie A. Schorr, both of Carnegie; seven grandchildren, Shad Chytil, Michael C., Holly M., Jennifer L., Cassandra M., Brian A. and Andrew S. Huchko; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a brother, Joseph Hucko.
