Born June 8, 1949, in Waynesboro, he was the son of John E. Sr. and Phyllis J. Doyle Bonebrake of Waynesboro.
He was a 1967 graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School.
An automotive technician, he worked for car dealerships and for the past 10 years was employed by Younger Toyota in Hagerstown.
He was a member of NSRA; National Street Rod Association; KKOA; Kuston Kemps of America, and Brusch Grand National North. He rebuilt Sprint cars and World of Outlaw Sprint cars.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Debra P. Kolb Bonebrake, whom he married
Aug. 4, 1981; three sisters, Darlene Malloy of Hagerstown, Nancy Benshoff of Waynesboro and Karen Freeman of Quincy, Pa.; a brother, Blaine G. Bonebrake of Mount Airy, Ga.; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Lynn D. Trutt will officiate. Burial will be in Burns Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
There will be no public viewing; the family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 452 E. King St., Chambersburg, PA 17201.
William N. Steele
SHADE GAP, Pa. - William N. Steele, 80, of HCR 75, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Sunday, April 9, 2000, at Fulton County Medical Center in MCConnellsburg, Pa.
Born Feb. 2, 1920, in Breezewood, Pa., he was the son of the late Albert and Lilly Colledge Steele.
He was a self-employed truck driver.
A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served from 1941 to 1946.
He was a member of Hustontown Church of God; and had been a member of Breezewood United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ida A. Everets Steele, whom he married
Jan. 19, 1958; a stepdaughter, Patricia A. Mills of Sagamore Hills, Ohio; three stepsons, Johnnie D. Clugston of St. Thomas, Pa., Lawrence J. Clugston of Chambersburg, Pa., and Dennis E. Clugston of York, Pa.; a brother, James Steele of Shelby Township, Mich.; eight stepgrandchildren and nine stepgreat-grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at M.R. Brown Funeral Home, Hustontown. The Rev. John Warner will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, RD, McConnellsburg, with a military service by Fulton Honor Guard.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.; and Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
Brenda J. Zeger
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -Brenda J. Zeger, 58, of 215 Theodore Ave, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Monday, April 10, 2000, at her home.
Born Nov. 15, 1941, in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of Seth and Betty McDonald Kennedy of Chambersburg.
She was a 1960 graduate of Chambersburg High School.
She had been employed as a medical receptionist for Falling Springs Medical Associates in Chambersburg. From 1960 to 1993 she worked as an executive secretary for DESCOM and SIMA at Letterkenny Army Depot.
She attended Five Forks United Brethren Church, Five Forks, Pa. She had been a Bible teacher for B.S.F. in Franklin County and After Five Christian women's group.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Stanley N. Zeger Sr.; a daughter, Stephanie J. Ryder of Boonsboro; and a son, Stanley N. Zeger Jr. of Chambersburg.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Five Forks United Brethren Church, Five Forks. The Revs. Bill Shank and Douglas Kelchner will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the church.
Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 452 E. King St., Chambersburg, PA 17201; or to Hospice of the Good Shepherd, 2735 Luther Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17201.

She was a seamstress for Stanley Co.; and she and her husband were owners in the C & L Square Dance and Western Ware Shop.
She attended Mount Pleasant United Brethren Church; and was a member of Kings, Sons and Daughter Sunday School Class.
She was a member of Shippen Squares square dancing group.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Reese; a daughter, Sonya Miller of Elizabethtown, Pa.; a son, Larry Reese of Chambersburg; two sisters, Martha Myers of St. Thomas, Pa., and Helen Meyers of Chambersburg; two brothers, Harold Brechbill of Chambersburg and Kenneth Brechbill of St. Thomas; four grandchildren; and her stepmother, Martha Wenger Brechbill.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Mount Pleasant United Brethren Church. The Revs. Darryl Elliott and Chris Little will officiate. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 725 Norland Ave., Chambersburg, which will be open from 2 p.m. Visitation also will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at the church.

Miriam D. Brent
LANGHORNE, Pa. - Miriam D. She was a 1942 graduate of Waynesboro High School.
She was employed by Sherman's Clothing Store in Waynesboro, then as a personal secretary to several executives. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Florian T. Brent, whom she married
June 26, 1943; one daughter, Debbie E. Brent of Columbia, Md.; two sisters, Martha J. Durst of Hagerstown, and Mary B. Lennon of DeBary, Fla.; one brother, Arthur J. Durst of Hagerstown; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Frances D. Chastian, Rebecca Durst and Catherine Durst; and three brothers, Lewis L. Durst, Robert M. Durst and French S. Durst.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. Pastor Jay E. Zimmerman will officiate.
There will be no public viewing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday one hour prior to the service.

She was a member of the American Legion Post of Cascade; and Veterans of Vietnam War Post 41 of Chambersburg.
She is survived by her husband, Robert E. Tucker, whom she married
Oct. 23, 1999; two sons, John Robert Mastronardi, serving with the U.S. Army in Germany, and James Gregg Mastronardi of Waynesboro, Pa.; four sisters, Mary Fisher Jarrad of Virginia Beach, Va., Bonnie Fisher of Bethesda, Md., Sally Fisher Lockler of Atlanta and Cindy Burton of Perry Hall, Md.; and her stepmother, Alice Fisher of Hurlock.
Services will be Thursday at 3 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road in Chambersburg. The Rev. Jeffrey R. Diller will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery in Chambersburg.
Visitation will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
