Born July 11, 1914, in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late Armor W. and Grace Bertha Kugler Richardson.

She attended Waynesboro schools.
She was employed at Waynesboro Laundry; then did domestic work for local families, retiring in 1997.
She was a member of Glen Furney Assembly of God Church, Waynesboro.
She was a member of Joe Stickell American Legion Post 15 Ladies Auxiliary, Waynesboro.
She is survived by two sisters, Jane L. Cline and Alice V. Shade, both of Waynesboro; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Arvella Shilling and Ethel Branhaver and a brother, Robert Richardson.
Services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Dwan N. Newsome will officiate. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
The family will receive friends Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Christina M. Ryder
BEAVER, Pa. - Christina Marie Ryder, 34, of 380 Park St., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Saturday, March 25, 2000, in Harrisburg (Pa.) Hospital, Harrisburg, Pa., following a bout with cancer.
Born Jan. 19, 1966, in Waynesboro, Pa., she was the daughter of Louise I. Hartman Ryder of Chambersburg, Pa., and the late Harold E. Ryder.
She graduated in 1987 from Washington County Job Development Center, Hagerstown; and in 1994 from Beaver County Rehabilitation Center, Beaver.
She was employed at King's Restaurant for 5 years; and at Callahan's Restaurant, both in Beaver.
She was a member of Beaver Assembly of God Church, Beaver.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sisters, Carolyn E. Caulfield of Waynesboro and Cindy S. Garner of Clear Spring; three brothers, Michael H. Ryder of St. Thomas, Pa., Mark E. Ryder of Juneau, Alaska, and Marlin R. Ryder of Shippensburg, Pa.; five nieces; six nephews and her fiance, John B. Gill of Aliquippa, Pa.
Services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at Fairview Chapel, 8964 Capitol Hill Road, Waynesboro. The Rev. Tim Michaux will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
The family will receive friends Thursday at 12:30 p.m. at the church.

She was retired from First Virginia Bank, Falls Church.

She is survived by a son, Bruce K. Rudolph of Fayetteville; a brother, Robert Biddrick of Detroit; and a grandson, Brian S. Rudolph of Arlington, Va.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Jim, Jack and Bill.
There will be no services. Burial will be in George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Paramus, N.J.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1 to 3 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg.

James E. Summers

Born May 8, 1917, in Eldred, Pa., he was the son of the late Merle Floyd and Leona D. Foster Summers.
He was a 1935 graduate of Bradford (Pa.) High School.
He was employed for 30 years at Tri-State Hearing Aid Center, Hagerstown, and was co-owner for the last 15 years, retiring in 1982.
He was a member of Waynesboro, Pa., Seventh-day Adventist Church.
He was a member of Maranatha International Corp.; Appalachian Trail Club; and Mason-Dixon Canoe Club.
He volunteered at Hagerstown Community Center.
He is survived by his wife, Connie J. Halsaver Summers, whom he married
Oct. 1, 1939; two daughters, Linda L. Logan of Washougal, Wash., and Kathy A. Lance of York, S.C.; a son, Dallas S. Summers of Appomattox, Va.; a brother, Floyd Summers, of St. Joseph, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Fuller.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Waynesboro. The Revs. Dean Negri and Lloyd H. Logan will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Hagerstown.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro.

He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He was a member of Scotland United Methodist Church; taught Sunday school; had been a trustee and treasurer.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Culbertson Boyer, whom he married
Dec. 22, 1942; two daughters, Nancy J. Garner of Pottstown, Pa. and Donna M. Peck of Abingdon, Md.; a son, Terry L. Boyer of Chambersburg; a sister, Alsace Culbertson of Denver; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Boyer; a sister; and five brothers.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Scotland United Methodist Church, Scotland, Pa. The Rev. Charles Kind will officiate. Burial will be in Norland Cemetery, Chambersburg.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg; and Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the church.
