Born Nov. 1, 1937, in McConnellsburg, he was the son of the late Dorie and Thelma Hollenshead Seville.
He retired in November 1999, as a bridge construction foreman. He had worked for G.A. and F.C. Wagman Construction Co., Dallastown, Pa. He previously had worked for A.V. Williams Construction Co., Baltimore.
He was a member of Cito United Methodist Church, McConnellsburg.
He was a member of VFW Post 655 and American Legion Post 561, both of McConnellsburg.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy A. Helman Seville, whom he married
on Oct. 6, 1962; a sister, Louise Seville of McConnellsburg; a brother, Jim R. Seville of McConnellsburg; two nieces; a grandniece; and three grandnephews.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at M. R. Brown Funeral Home, Hustontown. The Rev. Donald Bard will officiate. Burial will be in Clear Ridge Cemetery, North Clear Ridge Road, Hustontown, with military services by Fulton Honor Guard.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home, which will be open from 2 to 9 p.m.; and Wednesday one hour prior to the service.
Mildred L. Pheil
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Mildred L. Pheil, 86, formerly of 13231 Shimpstown Road, Mercersburg, Pa., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, in Penn Hall Nursing Center, Chambersburg.
Born Feb. 26, 1913, in Greencastle, Pa., she was the daughter of the late David Sylvester and Elizabeth Stumbaugh Crist.

She was a homemaker. Early in her life she was employed at the former Mercersburg Shirt Factory.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Mercersburg, where she taught the Hoch Bible Class for 50 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Ruby J. Hawbaker of Greencastle; three sisters, Mary Auman of Chambersburg, Floe Mellott and Genevieve Angle, both of Mercersburg; a brother, Wilbur Crist of Strasburg, Ohio; and a granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn McCulloh, and two brothers, Earl Crist and Melvin Crist.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, Mercersburg. The Rev. Samuel L. Sheffler will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Mercersburg.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Lininger-Fries Funeral Home Inc., 47 N. Park Ave., Mercersburg.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hoch Bible Class and designated to Abendroths (missionaries supported by the class), c/o Floe Mellott, 9596 Mercersburg Road, Mercersburg, PA 17236.
Margaret R. Burns

Born Nov. 5, 1929, in Cresaptown, Md., she was the daughter of the late Harold E. and Reba H. McClintock Frazee.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Evangelical Lutheran Church of Waynesboro, Pa., and was attending Trinity United Church of Christ in State Line.
She was a member of National AARP.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Clyde William Burns; a daughter, Lucinda Ann Mathes of Shippensburg, Pa.; a sister, Betty Oshel of Waynesboro; a brother, Edgar Lee Frazee of Mont Alto, Pa.; an aunt; an uncle; three granddaughters; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, 45 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle, Pa. The Rev. Edwin Higginbottom will officiate. Burial will be in Harbaugh's Church Cemetery near Rouzerville, Pa.
The family will receive friends Wednesday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Edmund Kozub
GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Edmund Kozub, 80, of 329 S. Ridge Ave., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at Waynesboro Hospital, Waynesboro, Pa.
Born Oct. 12, 1919, in Poland, he was the son of the late Wilhelm and Maria Oblonchek Kozub.
In his earlier life, he worked for Fred B. Nair Appliances, Mercersburg, Pa., as an electronics technician and then worked for Landis Tool Co., retiring in 1983.
He was a member of HUG Computer Club of Hagerstown; a life member of Model Railroad Club of Hagerstown; member of Eastern Federation of Mineralogical and Lapidary Society; Stamp Collecting Club of Chambersburg, Pa.; and Latco Retired Foremen's Club.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Helga Hanson Kozub; a daughter, Judy Mitten of Hilltown, Pa.; a sister, Barbara Kozub of Poland; two grandsons; a foster son, Rudy Boyance of Malvern, Pa.; nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Evangelical Lutheran Church Chapel, 130 N. Washington St., Greencastle. The Rev. Martin Horn will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Greencastle at the convenience of the family.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Kozub Home, 329 S. Ridge Ave., Greencastle.
The family requests the omission of flowers and that memorial contributions be made in his memory to American Heart Association, Franklin Co. Chapter, 225 E. King St., Chambersburg, PA 17201.

Clyde W. Gsell
QUINCY, Pa. - Clyde W. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna May Rebuck Gsell, in 1980.
He was a dairy farmer in the Clay Hill, Pa., area, known for his registered Holstein cows.
He was a member of Heidelberg United Church of Christ in Marion, Pa., where he served as a deacon.
He was a member of the Chambersburg Loyal Order of the Moose and national AARP and a former member of National Holstein Association.
He is survived by a daughter, Rose Marie Virts of Rohrersville, Md.; five sons, H. Jacob Gsell of Mercersburg, Pa., Gene E. Gsell and Paul R. Gsell, both of Greencastle, Dr. Ray A. Gsell of Warsaw, Ind., and Lynn E. Gsell of Zullinger, Pa.; a sister, Gail Whilhide, a resident of Quincy United Methodist Home; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Pauline Gsell; three sisters, Florence Helman, Catherine Knepper and Pearl Niswander; two brothers, Charles Gsell and Grant Gsell; and a great-granddaughter.
Services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, 45 S. Carlisle St. in Greencastle. The Rev. John A. Toms will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Greencastle.
The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Roy D. Naugle
FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. - Roy D. Naugle, 85, of 10674 Corls Ridge Road, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2000, in South Mountain, Pa., at the home of his daughter, Shirley I. Daywalt.
Born June 16, 1914, in South Mountain, he was the son of the late John D. and Louisa Strang Naugle.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Lorraine Bigham Naugle, in 1968. They were married
in September 1945.
He attended school in South Mountain.
He worked at the orchards in Orrtanna, Pa. Later, he was self-employed as a pulpwood cutter and hauler. He also worked for Samuel Dixon State Hospital, presently named South Mountain Restoration Center, in the Maintenance Department, and the Pennsylvania State Forestry Department at Mont Alto Nursery. His last place of employment was at Caledonia State Forestry.
He was a member of the South Mountain Fish and Game Association and the Adams County Fish and Game Association.
He is survived by four daughters, Patsy L. Null of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Shirley I. Daywalt of South Mountain, Rosetta C. Henderson of Aspers, Pa., and Marcia L. Greene of Waynesboro; three sons, Roy A. Naugle and Daniel L. Naugle, both of South Mountain, and Barry J. Naugle of New Oxford, Pa.; a sister, Beulah Gossert of Waynesboro; a brother, John D. Naugle of Fayetteville; 17 grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; seven step-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three sisters, Rosetta Naugle, Lula Naugle and Cordie Harmon; four brothers, Edward Naugle, Harry Naugle, Norman Naugle and Jesse Naugle; and a grandson.
Services will be Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St. in Waynesboro. The Rev. C. Roy Daywalt will officiate. Burial will be in Strang's Cemetery in South Mountain.
The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
