Born June 30, 1911, in Guilford Township, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Daniel S. and Bessie M. Gushard Etter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd W. Foose, in 1998.
She was a packer for Beistle Co. in Shippensburg, Pa., retiring in 1973.
She was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church in Shippensburg; and Altar Guild.
She was a member of Jolly 60s Club of Chambersburg; Golden Age Club, both Chambersburg and Shippensburg; and American Association of Retired Persons Chapter 1507.
She is survived by a brother, Norman H. Etter of Chambersburg; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Gerald L. Foose; and a brother, Raymond S. Etter.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road in Chambersburg. The Rev. Bonnie B. Hoffman will officiate. Burial will be in Norland Cemetery in Chambersburg.
Visitation will be Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Born Oct. 29, 1916, in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of the late Theodore Gloyd and Mary M. Christ Hayden.

She graduated from Chambersburg High School after attending Corpus Christi grade school.
She had worked for DESCOM at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg. She formerly worked at the Stanley Co.
She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Chambersburg.
She was a life member of VFW Post 1599 auxiliary, and a member of Falling Spring Chapter AARP, Elks Lodge 600, American Legion Post 46 auxiliary, National Association of Retired Federal Employees and Council of Catholic Women.
She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by six sisters and two brothers.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 320 Philadelphia Ave., Chambersburg. The Rev. Joseph Ambrose Eckinger and Monsignor Thomas R. Brenner will officiate.
Visitation will be today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg.
Mary E. Behel

Born April 13, 1915, in Altoona, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Zinc and Bertha B. Keith Lafferty.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Behel, in 1982.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by a daughter, Mary E. Burdge of East Waterford; a son, William D. Behel of East Waterford; a sister, Sara Gram of Altoona; a brother, Chet Lafferty of Altoona; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister; and a brother.
Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at John L. Agett Funeral Home, 18875 Main St. in Dry Run, Pa. Pastor Terry Lafferty will officiate. Burial will be in Upper Tuscarora Presbyterian Church.
Visitation will be Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday at noon at the funeral home.

She was a member of King Street United Brethren Church in Chambersburg. She was a member of Buds of Promise Sunday School class. She was a member of Women's Christian Temperance Union.
She is survived by a daughter, Amelia M. Martin of Chambersburg; a granddaughter, Kimberly Peiffer of Chambersburg; and a great-granddaughter.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road in Chambersburg. The Rev. Patrick B. Jones and the Rev. Paul B. Baker will officiate. Burial will be in Norland Cemetery in Chambersburg.
Visitation will be Thursday at noon at the funeral home.

She was a member of AARP Chapter 1507, Golden Age Club and Chambersburg Senior Center.
She is survived by two daughters, Esther L. Smith of Blue Ridge Summit, Md., and Delores J. Oberholzer of Greencastle, Pa.; two sons, Donald R. McClure Sr. and Kenneth L. McClure, both of Chambersburg; three stepsisters, Mae Martin of St. Thomas, Pa., Lauretta King of York, Pa., and Marie Nye of Chambersburg; two stepbrothers, Frank Nye of Velma, Okla., and Glenn Nye of Mont Alto, Pa.; 16 grandchildren; seven stepgrandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 15 step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one grandson, one sister, and one stepbrother.
Services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. Patrick B. Jones and the Rev. Paul B. Baker will officiate. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg.
Visitation will be today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
David S. Guyer

He was a member of Cito United Methodist Church in McConnellsburg.
He was a member of St. Thomas American Legion and Mercersburg American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Brennan Guyer, whom he married
July 15, 1989; a daughter, Janet A. Keefer of Fort Loudon, Pa.; two sisters, Rebecca Effland of Chambersburg, Pa. and Margaret Gabler of South Dakota; five brothers, Fred Guyer and Grant Guyer, both of Fayetteville, Pa., Gene Guyer and Robert Guyer, both of Chambersburg and Melvin Barber of Savannah, Ga.; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Nellie Garns and a brother, John Guyer.
Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at McConnellsburg United Methodist Church. The Rev. George Clippinger and the Rev. David Reams will officiate. Burial will be in Union Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home Inc., 322 N. Second St. in McConnellsburg. For the convenience of friends, the funeral home will be open Thursday from 2 to 9 p.m.; and Friday at noon at the church.
