WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Donald W. "Bud" Martz, 76, of 338 W. Born July 28, 1923, in Waynesboro, he was the son of the late Omer Wade and Rhoda Alice Hardman Martz.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Josephine Bonner Martz, whom he married

He was a 1942 graduate of Waynesboro Area High School.
He was employed for Landis Machine Company as an assembler and then he worked at Fairchild.
He and his uncle were founders of Martz Plumbing, Waynesboro, in 1946. In 1982 he built his new shop on W. Fifth Street and before that he worked for Waynesboro Ice and Cold Storage.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II with the Air Group 27 abroad the USS Independence, as an Aviation Machinist, 2nd class. He was also an aerial gunnery and radar operator. He received the Air Medal for bombing raids over Japan.
He was a member of Otterbein United Brethren in Christ Church. He was a former member of South Mountain Church of God, where he served as a deacon.
He was a member of Acacia Lodge 586 F&AM; Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite Masonry, Valley of Harrisburg Consistory; Founding and Charter member of South Penn Scottish Rite Club, where he served as third president; Zembo Temple of Harrisburg and he worked on Waynesboro Day at the Circus. He was a member of Waynesboro Shrine Club, where he served as president in 1964 and assistant secretary from 1965 to 1997 and chaplain from 1990 to 1997 and was made chaplain emeritus in 1998. He was also a member of Past President Club at Zembo Temple; a member of George Washington Royal Arch Chapter 176, Chambersburg, Continental Commandery 56, Chambersburg; Hagerstown Shrine Club; a charter member of Cumberland-Shenandoah Valley Conclave of Fraternal Fellowship; Post member of American Legion Joe Stickle Post 15; VFW William Max McLauglin Post 695, Waynesboro; A.A.R.P. Chapter 739, Waynesboro; National A.A.R.P.; NRA; life member of Mechanics SFE & Hose Company, Waynesboro and he transported children to the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
He is survived by two daughters, Debby Mouer and Donna Wishard, both of Waynesboro; one son, Wayne S. Martz of Waynesboro; two brothers, Gilson Martz and Glenn Martz, both of Waynesboro; six grandchildren and two aunts.
He was preceded in death by one infant daughter.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Lochstampfor Funeral Home, Inc., corner of S. Church St. and W. Second St. The Rev. Michael Newman will officiate. Burial will be in Burns Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.

Judy A. Neil
MCCONNELLSBURG, Pa. - Judy Ann Neil, 51, of Cardinal Glen Terrace, Apt. 124, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Friday, Nov. 5, 1999, at Fulton County Medical Center.
Born April 12, 1948, in Willow Hill, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Paul A. Neil Sr. and Helen Moore Neil Barger.
She was a seasonal worker for Musselman Orchards, Biglerville, Pa.
She attended Evangel Assembly of God Church, McConnellsburg.
She was a member of VFW, McConnellsburg.
She is survived by two sisters, Virginia M. Parks of McConnellsburg and Debra A. Neil of Newburg, Pa.; three brothers, Dave E. Neil of Three Springs, Pa., Harry A. Neil of Tyrone, Pa., and Paul A. Neil Jr., of Orbisonia, Pa.; six nieces; six nephews; four great-nieces and five great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Jean Neil and Wanda Jane Beatty.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at John L. Agett Funeral Home, 18875 Main St., Dry Run, Pa. The Rev. Belvy White will officiate. Burial will be in Upper Path Valley Cemetery, Fannett Township, Pa.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
Donald E. Dietrich
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Donald Eugene Dietrich, 66, of 1732 Leafmore Road, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Saturday, Nov. 6, 1999, while taking his daily walk on Leafmore Road.
Born Oct. 30, 1933, in Chambersburg, he was the son of the late George L. and Rhoda Hollenshead Dietrich.
He was retired from Power Transmission Division of Mack Truck, as a machine operator.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He attended Bethel Assembly of God Church in Chambersburg.
He was a lifetime member of Franklin Fire Company, Franklin County A.A.R.P. and Mason-Dixon Antique Car Club.
He is survived by his wife, D. Kay Shoop Dietrich, whom he married
in 1955; one son, Donald A. Dietrich of Chambersburg and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Bethel Assembly of God Church, 400 Miller St., Chambersburg. The Rev. Elmer Kipe will officiate. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., and Wednesday one hour prior to the services at the church. For the convenience of friends, the funeral home will be open Tuesday from 2 to 9 p.m.
Susan B. Bradshaw

She was a 1955 graduate of Chambersburg High School.
She was employed at the former J. Schoeneman Company as a seamstress.
She was a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, Shippensburg, Pa. She was a member and past president for many years of the Episcopal Church Women.
She was a member and past Matron of Jeptha Chapter 4 Order of Eastern Star, Carlisle, Pa., past Matron of 5th District School of Instruction and a volunteer for American Cancer Society.
She is survived by two sisters, Helen Waltz of Chambersburg and Cindy Jones of Gettysburg, Pa.; three brothers, Lester I. Brown and Louis C. Brown, both of Fayetteville, Pa. and David L. Brown of Ortanna, Pa.
She was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 21 N. Prince St., Shippensburg. The Rev. Edward J. Peck will officiate. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg. Members of Eastern Star will conduct a services Wednesday evening at 8:30 p.m.

She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
She was an active member of Jolly 60's.
She is survived by nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Norland Cemetery. The Rev. Beth Lupolt will officiate.
There will be no viewing.
