Born Nov. 9, 1908, in Needmore, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Lydia Mellott Bard.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Kerlin.
She and her husband had operated Kerlin Florist and Greenhouse in Knobsville, Pa.
She was a member of McConnellsburg United Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Lessie Garland and Cleo Garland, and two brothers, George Bard and Earl Bard.
Services will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 322 N. Second St. in McConnellsburg. The Rev. Trent Hancock will officiate. Burial Visitation will be Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
Caryl A. Doyle
FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. - Caryl A. Born Dec. 26, 1922, in New York, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late William and Mae Sause Schewe.
She graduated from Harrison High School in Rye, N.Y., and a business school in New York.
She was an executive secretary for Franklin Distillers at Rockefeller Center in New York, retiring in 1984.
She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Chambersburg and Elizabeth Ministry.
She was a member of the American Association of Retired Persons and the Wilson College Institute of Retired Persons of Chambersburg.
She is survived by her husband, Edward R. Doyle, whom she married
July 29, 1950; a daughter, Katherine Doyle of Havertown, Pa.; two sons, Michael F. Doyle of Littleton, Colo., and Thomas E. Doyle of Charlottesville, Va.; a sister, Iola Schewe Hull of Bayside Long Island, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m., and a prayer service will be conducted at 8:30 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home in Chambersburg.
Mabel M. Mentzer
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Mabel M. Mentzer, 95, a resident of Menno Haven Nursing Home and formerly of Orchard Road, Waynesboro, Pa., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Thursday, Nov. 4, 1999, at Menno Haven.
Born Aug. 25, 1904, in Littlestown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Annie Hahn Hilbert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey K. Mentzer, in 1958. They were married
in 1926.
She was a 1922 graduate of Waynesboro High School. She was a 1926 graduate of Shippensburg Normal School, receiving a teaching degree.
She taught school in Waynesboro and Quincy, Pa., area schools.
She was an active member of Faith United Methodist Church in Waynesboro, where she taught Sunday School.
She was a member of the Retired Teachers Association.
She is survived by a daughter, Marilyn Kline of Huntsville, Ala.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Carl Mentzer and William Mentzer; a sister; a brother; and a grandson.
Services will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St. in Waynesboro. Chaplain Vernon D. Isner will officiate. Burial The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Tommy B. Hall II
FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. - Tommy Bob Hall II, 44, of 517 Mount Pleasant Road, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Thursday, Nov. 4, 1999, at his home.
Born May 12, 1955, in Orange, Texas, he was the son of Tom Hall of Mission, Texas, and Wilma Jones Weldon of Fayetteville.
He was a truck driver for Cressler Trucking Co.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1974 to 1977.
He attended World Harvest Outreach Church in Chambersburg, Pa.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Nancy M. Drake Hall, whom he married
Jan. 17, 1986; one daughter, Megan Hall, a student of Millersville University; one son, Shawn Fogelsonger of Fayetteville; one sister, Violet Hall of Mission; one brother, Richard Hall of El Paso, Texas; grandparents Violet Hall and Harley and Ruby Thompson of Mission; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, C.R. Hall; and stepfather, Tom Weldon.
A memorial service will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Scotland United Methodist Church, 4040 Main St., Scotland, Pa. Friend in Ministry Emmert Banzhoff, will officiate.
Arrangements are by Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 725 Norland Ave., Chambersburg.
Earl J. Hege

He was a farmer.
He was a member of Culbertson Mennonite Church of Chambersburg.
He is survived by his wife, Lucy Good Hostetter Hege, whom he married
Nov. 27, 1971; four daughters, Anna Miller of Chambersburg, Sara Hege, Dorcas Hege and Martha Hege, all at home; five sons, Reuben Hege of Shippensburg, Pa., Simeon Hege and Joel Hege, both of Chambersburg, and Jason Hege and James Hege, both at home; four sisters, Esther Rodes of Virginia, Freda King of Myerstown, Pa., Martha Steiner of Wisconsin and Mary Coblentz of Ohio; three brothers, Harold Hege of Cambridge Springs, Pa., Marlin Hege of Keymar, Md., and Luke Hege of East Berlin, Pa.; and five grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Culbertson Mennonite Church in Chambersburg. Isaac K. Sensenig, H. Lynn Martin, Wayne L. Shank and LaRay P. Martin will officiate. Burial The family will receive friends today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. at Culbertson Mennonite Church; and Friday at 9 a.m. at the church.
The family requests the omission of flowers.

Lois Martin
WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Lois Martin, 68, of 304 N. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray E. Martin, in 1992. They were married
March 2, 1950.
She attended Washington Township High School; and received nursing training at Albert Einstein Medical College in New York.
She worked at Lincoln Hospital in New York, John F. Kennedy Hospital in Lakeworth, Fla. and Conestoga View Nursing Home in Lancaster, Pa. Prior to retiring in 1987, she worked at Piney Mountain Nursing Home.
She was a member of Fayetteville Church of God.
She was a member of AMVETS Post 172 of Fairfield, Pa.; and National AARP.
She is survived by four daughters, Susan Martin of Windber, Pa., Patte Hays of Biglerville, Pa., Mandy Micnanis of Holly Springs, Pa., and Sally Kline of St. Thomas, Pa.; three sons, Stephen Martin of St. Thomas, Rick Martin of Pensacola, Fla., and Ronald Martin of Chambersburg; a brother, Gilmore Harbaugh of Waynesboro; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lois Jean Martin; a son, Charles E. Martin; and a brother, Ronald Robinson.
Services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. George S. Mouer Sr. will officiate. Burial The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lutheran Home Care Services, Hospice of the Good Shepherd, 2700 Luther Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17240.
