SOUTH MOUNTAIN, Pa. - Myrtle M. Medical Center.
Born April 16, 1935, in South Mountain, she was the daughter of the late George Crawford and Hazel Blizzard Shaffer.
She was a 1953 graduate of Quincy High School. She received her Licensed Practical Nursing certificate from Willow Street (Pa.) Vo-Tech.
She was employed at South Mountain Restoration Center as an LPN, retiring in 1994.
She attended Wesley United Methodist Church, Mont Alto, Pa., and South Mountain Bible Church.
She was a member of National AARP.
She is survived by four sisters, Clarabell V. Cable of Davidsville, Pa., Shirley J. Longnecker of Elizabethtown, Pa., Bernadine M. Rotz of Chambersburg and Barbara A. Hayes of Carmel, Ind.; one brother, George J. Shaffer of Chambersburg; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. David L. Keener will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery near Quincy.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Asia E. Borror
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Asia Elizabeth Borror, infant daughter of Jennifer Elizabeth Meier and Terry Lee Borror of Chambersburg, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died at birth at home on Saturday, Oct. 30, 1999.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by maternal grandparents, Wayne and Bonnie Gunstone of Chambersburg; paternal grandmother, Virginia Burdette of Chambersburg and maternal great-grandparents, Eugene and Viola Egolf of Chambersburg.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
Arrangements are by Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg.
Kenis E. Perry

Born Jan. 3, 1933, in Pikeville, Ky., he was the son of the late Milton Orville and Sarah Margaret Reynolds Perry.
He attended public schools in Pikesville.
He worked as a mechanic in the automobile repair business; and owned and operated K & L Motors in Stroudsburg and Perry's Exxon Service Center, Chambersburg.
He served in the U.S. Army.
A Protestant, he attended services at Chambersburg Salvation Army.
He played lead guitar with his band, The Happy Guitars, during the 1960s.
He was a member of Stroudsburg Pennsylvania Lions Club.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Madeline Bishop Perry; two daughters, Pamela Heeter of Stroudsburg and Stacey Dimenichi of Allentown, Pa.; one son, Lonnie Perry of Chambersburg; three sisters, Stella Mae Thompson of Pikeville, Ruth Foshee of Clanton, Ala., and Ruby D. Bowden of Titus, Ala.; four brothers, Charles F. Perry of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., Robert L. Perry and Thomas Perry, both of Stroudsburg, and Joseph Perry of Wetumpka, Ala.; eight grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Mabel Unger and Marie Christian; and three brothers, William Perry, Roger Perry and Victor Perry.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, 306 Union St., Berkeley Springs. Chaplain Capt. John Brooks will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Berkeley Springs.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home, which will be open from 9 a.m.

Hilda I. Beam

Born Sept. 21, 1909, in the Blue Mountain area near Smithsburg, she was the daughter of the late George Cleveland and Carrie Belle Ott Hahn.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence R. Beam, in 1958. They were married
in 1941.
She attended Blue Mountain School.
She was employed by Waynesboro Shoe Factory as a machine operator in the cutting department. Prior to retiring in the mid-70s, she worked at South Mountain (Pa.) Restoration Center in the dietary department.
She was a member of Wayne Heights Brethren Church and the Adult Sunday School Class.
She is survived by one daughter, Vivian R. Barkdoll of Waynesboro; five sisters, Marie L. Thompson, of Quincy (Pa.) United Methodist Home, Mildred Wilhide, Naomi Shifflette and twins, Kathleen Minnick and Ilene Barkdoll, all of Smithsburg; two brothers, William Hahn of Smithsburg and Eugene Hahn of Waynesboro; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Norvin Hahn.
Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Harold W. Walton will officiate. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

She was a 1957 graduate of Chambersburg High School.
She was employed by the former J. Schoeneman Co., Chambersburg, retiring in 1991.
She is survived by one daughter, Cynthia K. Wade of Chambersburg; one son, Steven L. Wade of Chambersburg; one sister, Phyllis Warren of State Line, Pa.; two brothers, Dick Fitzgerald and Jack Fitzgerald, both of Chambersburg; and 13 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Rickrode.
Services will be Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. K. Hull Byers will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery, Chambersburg.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

He is survived by one daughter, Janet I. Hocker of Chambersburg; one brother, Richard H. Bouder of Harrisburg, Pa.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one niece.
He was preceded in death by one son, Charles T. Bouder and one sister, Isabelle V. Banzhoff.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Evangelical Lutheran Church Chapel, 43 S. Church St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Richard A. Seaks will officiate. Burial will be in Burns Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
There will be no public viewing but the family will receive friends Wednesday one hour prior to the services in the church parlor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Evangelical Lutheran Church Chapel, 43 South Church Street, Waynesboro, PA 17268.
