Born Oct. 5, 1937, in Blue Ridge Summit, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Luther and Mary Biser Mummert.
She was a 1956 graduate of Waynesboro Senior High School.
She was a presser at the former J. Schoeneman Company in Chambersburg, retiring in 1997 when the company closed.
She was a member of Solomons Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chambersburg.
She is survived by her husband, Frederick B. Zeger; a son, Stephen R. Yeager of Fayetteville; two stepdaughters, Debbie Edmondson of Carlisle, Pa. and Brenda Redcay of Fayetteville; three sisters, Helen Smith and Jane Martin, both of Waynesboro, and Mildred Saunders of Blue Ridge Summit; a brother, Paul Mummert of Waynesboro; three grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Brian E. Yeager; a sister; and a brother.
A service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Solomons Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4856 Wayne Road in Chambersburg. The Rev. Michael E. Allwein will officiate. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens in Chambersburg.
Visitation will be Monday from noon to 2 p.m. prior to the service at the church.
The family requests the omission of flowers.

DRY RUN, Pa. - A. Margaret Sleicher, 86, a resident of Gold' N Gray Retirement Home, and formerly of 19 E. Born June 20, 1913, in Greencastle, she was the daughter of the late Ira and May Yeakle Fetterhoff.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert G. Sleicher, in 1974.
She attended school in the Greencastle area.
She worked in a garment factory in Waynesboro, Pa.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Greencastle.
She is survived by a stepdaughter, Delores Sleicher Goetz of Tomstown, Pa.; two stepsons, Richard Sleicher of Mont Alto, Pa., and Robert Sleicher of Waynesboro; a sister, May Newlin of Funkstown; a brother, Chalmers Fetterhoff of Greencastle; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Lindsay Howe; and a brother, Paul Fetterhoff.
A service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, 45 S. Carlisle St. in Greencastle. Pastor John H. Flokstra will officiate. Burial will be in Browns Mill Cemetery in Kauffman, Pa.
The family will receive friends Tuesday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Hospice of the Good Shepherd, 2700 Luther Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
Marvin L. Weaver Jr.
HUMMELSTOWN, Pa. - Marvin L. "Joe" Weaver Jr., 50, of Hummelstown, and formerly of Hagerstown, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 1999, at Hershey (Pa.) Medical Center.
Born July 4, 1949, in Hagerstown, he was the son of Marvin L. Sr. and Dolores J. Plank Weaver of Hagerstown.
He was general manager of Bowers Marine Sales of Highspire, Pa.
He was of the Catholic faith.
He was a member of Blue Ridge Country Club in Hummelstown; and Sons of the American Legion in Hagerstown.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Linda L. Edris Weaver; a brother, Allen P. Weaver of Baltimore; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in the chapel at Rest Haven Cemetery. The Rev. George Limmer will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
Visitation will follow the graveside service.

Born Dec. 23, 1910, in Springfield Township, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Isaac and Jenny McElwee Park.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Furman Long, in 1977. They were married
May 10, 1927.
She was employed, for 20 years, by L. Greif and Co. Manufacturing in Mount Union, Pa.
She was a member of Walnut Grove Church of God in Three Springs, Pa.; and attended Knobsville Church of the Brethren in McConnellsburg.
She was a member of Shirleysburg Grange No. 119; and North End Garden Club.
She is survived by nine children, Freda Fultz of McClure, Pa., Erma Brown of Orbisonia, Pa., Gilbert C. Long of Three Springs, Pa., Virl Long of Hustontown, Pa., Larma Jane Ramsey of Harrisonville, Pa., Vera Brown and Linda McLucas, both of McConnellsburg, Dale Long of Newburg, Pa., and Loretta Strait of Fort Littleton; 30 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marion Snook; two sons, Reed Long and Robert Long; a sister; four brothers; five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at M. R. Brown Funeral Home, Hustontown. The Rev. Chris Elliott will officiate. Burial will be in Old Methodist Cemetery in Orbisonia.
Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 2 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by maternal grandparents, Randy A. and Kathy Shindle of Greencastle; paternal grandparents, Larry and Audrey Sadler of Chambersburg; maternal great-grandparents, William and Kathleen Mitchell of St. Thomas, Pa. and Jacob and Ruby Shindle of Greencastle; paternal great-grandmother, Agnes Miller of Biglerville, Pa.; maternal great-great-grandmothers, Mildred Faith of Mercersburg, Pa. and Anna Mitchell of Chambersburg; two aunts; four uncles; great-aunts and great-uncles.
A graveside service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Corpus Christi Cemetery in Chambersburg. Monsignor Thomas R. Brenner will officiate.

Born July 19, 1922, in Sunbury, Pa., he was the son of the late John Foulds and Martha Lupold Agett.
He was a 1940 graduate of Sunbury (Pa.) High School; attended Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa., and graduated from Eckel's School of Embalming in Philadelphia.
He owned and operated John L. Agett Funeral Home in Dry Run for 49 years. He previously had been a funeral director and embalmer with Fairchilds and Sons in Brooklyn, N.Y.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was a member of Upper Path Valley Presbyterian Church in Spring Run, Pa., and was trustee.
He was a member of the National, Pennsylvania and Capital City Funeral Directors' Associations; Fannett-Metal Fire and Ambulance Co. in Dry Run, and organized the local ambulance league; a member of McCartney Post 232 American Legion in Dry Run; Path Valley Lions Club; helped organize and was a member of Dry Run Water Board; a former member of Advisory Board of the Juniata Valley Bank of Blairs Mills, Pa.; was a member of Orrstown (Pa.) Lodge 262 F & AM; Harrisburg Consistory; and Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Valley Forest No. 145 in Shippensburg, Pa. He was a former Fannett Township tax collector.
He is survived by his wife, Winifred B. Bingman Agett, whom he married
Aug. 8, 1945; three daughters, Susan Byers of Carlisle, Pa., Ruth Jones of Shippensburg and Kimberly McCurdy of Fannettsburg, Pa.; a sister, Martha Messner of Selinsgrove, Pa.; a granddaughter; and five grandsons.
Service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Upper Path Valley Presbyterian Church in Spring Run. The Revs. Ted Hale and Marlin Neil will officiate. Burial will be in Upper Path Valley Cemetery in Fannett Township with a military service by McCartney Post 232 American Legion Honor Guard.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 9 p.m. at John L. Agett Funeral Home in Dry Run, with a Masonic service at 8:30 p.m. by Orrstown Lodge 262 F & AM; and Saturday at 10 a.m. at the church.
