Born July 30, 1940, in Lexington, S.C., he was the son of the late Willie Lee and Wormettera Brooks Dominick.
He was most recently employed by Knouse Foods in Chambersburg.
He was a member of Mount Moriah Baptist Church in Chambersburg.
He is survived by his wife, Zelda White Dominick, whom he married
Nov. 18, 1978; seven daughters, Tosca Dominick of Georgia, Jazelle Dominick, Jody Dinger, Michelle Dominick and Angie Dominick, all of Harrisburg, Pa., Christina Hill of Chambersburg and Connie Dominick of New York; seven sons, Samuel Dominick Jr., Jeffrey Dominick and Dwight Dominick, all of New York, Charles Dominick and Steven Dominick, both of Harrisburg, Nicholas Hill Jr. of Chambersburg and Joseph Hill of Carlisle, Pa.; three sisters, the Rev. Bessie Willis of New York, Rose Turner of North Carolina and Gloria White of Connecticut; three brothers, Charles Dominick and Joseph Dominick, both of New York, and John Dominick of South Carolina; grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Mount Moriah Baptist Church, 230 Mount Moriah St., Chambersburg. The Rev. G. Nathan Bell will officiate.
Burial will be private.
There will be no viewing.

Born March 9, 1922, in Sabillasville, Md., she was the daughter of the late Amos and Rhoda Kipe Ferguson.
She attended Sabillasville and Thurmont schools.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Sabillasville and the Willing Workers Group.
She was a member of Mount Vernon Chapter No. 398 Order of the Eastern Star in Waynesboro; and National AARP.
She is survived by her husband, Francis E. Staley, whom she married
Aug. 14, 1940; a son, Philip E. Staley of Wayne Heights, Pa.; two sisters, Naomi Harbaugh of Blue Ridge Summit and Lola DeWees, of Manor Care Health Services in Chambersburg; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Clifford F. Staley; three sisters, Bernice Warren, Anita Cox and Ellen DeWees; and a brother, Carlton Ferguson.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St. in Waynesboro. The Rev. Janet I. Comings will officiate. Burial will be in Bethel Church Cemetery in Cascade, Md.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Maurice E. Daywalt

Born March 12, 1917, in South Mountain, Pa., he was the son of the late James and Mary Lowans Daywalt.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred G. Sprow Daywalt, in 1996. They were married
July 19, 1940.
He attended the Adams County School House.
He was employed by Quincy Orphanage in Quincy, Pa., for 17 years as a painter in the maintenance department. Prior to retiring in 1983, he was a painter for Keystone Homes in Waynesboro.
He was a member of Blue Rock United Brethren in Christ Church in Tomstown, Pa.
He was a member of Chambersburg Beagle Club.
He is survived by a daughter, Karen E. Daywalt of Waynesboro; two sons, Larry L. Daywalt of Chambersburg and Rodney L. Daywalt of South Mountain; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Maurice E. Daywalt Jr.; five sisters; and six brothers.
Service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Donald L. Bender will officiate. Burial will be in Quincy Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Margaret H. Tice

She was a housewife.
She attended Independent Baptist Church in Saltillo, Pa.
She is survived by her husband, James E. Tice, whom she married
March 19, 1947; a daughter, Frances Louise Chules of Reading, Pa.; a stepdaughter, Naomi Ruth Foor of Youngstown, Ohio; a sister, Ruth Shaw of Fayetteville, Pa.; a brother, Richard Flood; two step-grandchildren; and a step-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Sipes Funeral Home, 6633 Lincoln Highway, Harrisonville, Pa. Pastors Donald Bard and Tom Maurer will officiate. Burial will be in Siloam United Methodist Cemetery, Harrisonville.
Visitation will be Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
George T. Hartzell

Born Feb. 11, 1920, in Washington, Pa., he was the son of the late Milton and Maude Turner Hartzell.
He was a 1938 graduate of Chambersburg High School; received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa.; and his master's degree in chemistry from Shippensburg (Pa.) University.
He owned Hartzell Construction and Fence Co. in Fayetteville.
A veteran of World War II, he served in the U.S. Army.
He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Chambersburg, and was past president of the consistory.
He was a Realtor and a member of Franklin County Realtors Association; a member and past commander of Susquehanna Power Squadron; had served one term on the Greene Township School Board and two terms on the board of Chambersburg Area School District; a member of Franklin County and Pennsylvania Builder's Associations; Greene Township Lions Club; B.P.O. Elks Lodge No. 600 of Chambersburg; Burt J. Asper Post No. 46 American Legion of Chambersburg; was on the boards of the Franklin County Legal Aid Society and Mutual Living Styles of Chambersburg; was an officer with the Green/Guilford Environmentalist Association.
He was the current president of the Franklin County Rental Property Owner's Association; a member of Kittochtinny Historical Society of Chambersburg; Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce; Guilford Township Planning Commission; founded the Chambersburg Area School District Foundation; and sponsored the Hartzell Construction Co. Award at the Franklin County Science Fair.
He published "The Book of Life, " a history of the Hartzell family.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Pearl Reamer Hartzell; three daughters, Elaine Hartzell Nagle of Cary, N.C., Susan Hartzell Rosenberry of Chambersburg and Anita Hartzell MacNeill of Lynchburg, Va.; two sisters, Jane Moyle and Ida Kistler, both of Carlisle; six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at St. John's United Church of Christ, Chambersburg. The Rev. Jeffrey R. Roth will officiate.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
The family will receive friends Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the church.
