WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Crystal D. Born Oct. 16, 1962, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Earl E. Sr. and Myrna L. Barlup Shatzer of Waynesboro.
She attended Waynesboro High School.
She was employed by Regency Thermographers, Waynesboro; at G.S. Electric; and at Staples of Hagerstown in the packing and shipping department.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her paternal step-grandmother, Elizabeth Shatzer, of Greencastle, Pa.; maternal grandmother, Ethel Barlup, of Waynesboro; one daughter, Heather Nicole Helman, of Waynesboro; one son, Aaron Keith Helman, of Waynesboro; two sisters, Wanda L. Funk and April L. Shockey, both of Greencastle; one brother, Earl E. Shatzer Jr., of Waynesboro; and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie L. Helman, who also Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died in the accident.
Services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Revs. Robert Fitz and Gregory A. Helman will officiate. Burial will be in Burns Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Harold E. Quivers Sr.
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Harold E. Quivers Sr., 62, of 2938 Filmore Drive, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Sunday, Sept. 26, 1999, at Chambersburg Hospital.
Born July 1, 1937, in Chambersburg, he was the son of Charles M. and Viola M. Brisco Quivers of Chambersburg.
He retired from the Pennsylvania Job Center in Chambersburg in 1998 after more than 30 years.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
He was a member of John Wesley AME Zion Church in Chambersburg.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Wanda Frisby Quivers, whom he married
Oct. 1, 1960; a daughter, Terra A. Quivers of Chambersburg; two sons, Gunnery Sgt. Harold E. Quivers Jr. of Quantico, Va., and Robert A. Quivers of Chambersburg; two sisters, Betty J. Thompson and Carol Ann Quivers, both of Chambersburg; two brothers, John E. Quivers and Charles M. Quivers Jr., both of Chambersburg; and four grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. Perry W. Medley will officiate. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery in Chambersburg.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family requests the omission of flowers. Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 452 E. King St., Chambersburg, PA 17201.
Loretta G. Skinner
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Loretta G. Skinner, 75, of 270 Mickey Inn Road, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Sunday, Sept. 26, 1999, at Falling Spring Nursing and Rehab Center.
Born June 9, 1924, in Hopewell Township, Bedford County, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Cloyd and Pearl Leonard Donaldson.
She was a homemaker and formerly worked at Bedford County Memorial Hospital as a licensed practical nurse.
She is survived by her husband, Roy J. Skinner, whom she married
in 1971; one son, Darryl Foor of Ruther Glen, Va.; two stepdaughters, Diane R. Skinner of Chambersburg and Tracey E. Skinner of Baltimore; two sisters, Vera O'Neal and Elsie Clabaugh, both of Everett, Pa.; one brother, Cloyd Donaldson, Jr. of Clearville, Pa. one granddaughter, one grandson, and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. Stuart Troutman will officiate. Burial will be in Norland Cemetery, Chambersburg.
There will be no public viewing.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
Paul E. Glunt
BURNT CABINS, Pa. - Paul E. Glunt, 92, of P.O. Born May 13, 1907, he was the son of the late Jacob and Mae Mock Glunt.
In his early years, he worked at Burnt Cabins Grist Mill for 25 years. He also worked at Letterkenny Army Depot for 35 years, where he retired.
He attended Burnt Cabins Presbyterian Church.
He was a member of Burnt Cabins Civic Association and Burnt Cabins Historical Association.
He is survived by his wife, Agnes Kearns Glunt; two daughters, Leona Delvin of Shade Gap, Pa., and Georgia Ross of Burnt Cabins; two sons, Richard C. Glunt of Ft. Littleton, Pa., and Glendall Glunt of Zephyhills, Fla.; two brothers, Guy Glunt and Reynolds Glunt, both of Carlisle, Pa.; 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Woods; two brothers, Willis Glunt and Malcolm Glunt and one grandson.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Inc., 322 N. Second St., McConnellsburg. The Rev. Ted Hale will officiate. Burial will be in Burnt Cabins Cemetery, Burnt Cabins.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 at the funeral home. For the convenience of friends, the funeral home will be open from 2 to 9 p.m.
Christa G. Riblet
BLUE RIDGE SUMMIT, Pa. - Christa G. Riblet, 65, of 15475 Sabillasville Road, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Saturday, Sept. 25, 1999, at her home.

She is survived by one daughter, Rebekka A. Johnson of Bridgton, Maine; two sons, Ronald B. Riblet of Fredericksburg, Va., and Robert F. Riblet of Arlington, Texas; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro, Pa. The Rev. Beth B. Folkemer will officiate. Graveside services will be held at Arlington National Cemetery and will be announced later.

Donald E. Fleagle
WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Donald Elvin Fleagle, 74, of 13918 Crest Ave., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Friday, Sept. 24, 1999, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Aug. 28, 1925, in Smithsburg, he was the son of the late Jacob E. and Bertha Deal Fleagle.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Vera L. Snurr Fleagle, in 1977. They were married
July 4, 1946.
He was a 1944 graduate of Smithsburg High School.
He was first employed as a foreman in the cutting department of Waynesboro Shoe Factory. He later worked as an agent for Lutheran Brotherhood Insurance; and was last employed as an assembler on the rector floor by Landis Tool Company, Waynesboro.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II on the U.S.S. Tollberg in the South Pacific Theater.
He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Rouzerville, Pa., where he served on the church council and was Sunday School treasurer.
He was a member of William Max McLaughlin VFW Post No. 695; Joe Stickell American Legion Post No. 15; Order of the Owls Nest No. 1073; and Eagles Club, Inc., all of Waynesboro.
He is survived by a son, Jon E. Fleagle of Waynesboro; four sisters, Ada Shatzer and Betty Rowe, both of Smithsburg, Violet Beck of Hagerstown and Ruth Reynolds of Waynesboro; two brothers, Leroy Fleagle and Theodore "Ted" Fleagle, both of Waynesboro; two granddaughters; nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Lorraine Brown and Naomi Willhide; and four brothers, Lloyd Fleagle, Daniel Fleagle, Vernon Fleagle and Leon Fleagle.
Graveside services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Harbaugh Church Cemetery in Rouzerville. The Rev. Steven Amundson will officiate.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 240, Rouzerville, PA 17250.
