Born April 1, 1931, in Franklin County, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Harry Leslie and Nora Blanche Frey Seilhamer.
She attended Quincy Township schools.
She helped her husband on the family farm for many years.
She was a member of Calvary Bible Church near Greencastle, Pa., where she also was a member of Adult Sunday School Class. When she was younger, she taught Vacation Bible School at Ebenezer "Guitners" United Brethren Church near Greencastle.
She enjoyed quilting, sewing, cooking and gardening.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel H. Bingaman Jr., whom she married
Sept. 10, 1948; three daughters, Janice B. McEntire and Susan F. Bingaman, both of Waynesboro and Carol A. Pugh of Chambersburg, Pa.; three sisters, Mildred Fortney a resident of Quincy United Methodist Home in Quincy, Pa., Hazel Heckman a resident of Shook Home in Chambersburg and Ruby Shindle of Greencastle; a brother, Chester W. Seilhamer of Hagerstown; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce M. Bingaman; a sister and two brothers.
Services will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Calvary Bible Church, 3845 Buchanan Trail West, Greencastle. The Rev. Glen A. Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Greencastle.
The family will receive friends Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, 45 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle; and Tuesday one hour before the services at the church.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Building Fund of Calvary Bible Church, 3845 Buchanan Trail West, Greencastle, PA 17225.

Marie Fotti
SOUTH MOUNTAIN, Pa. - Marie Fotti, 95, of South Mountain Restoration Center, 10058 South Mountain Road, and formerly of 813 Carpenter St., Philadelphia, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Wednesday, July 28, 1999, at Chambersburg Hospital.
Born March 25, 1904, in Ferla, Syracuse, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Teresa Blamanta Fotti.
She was a member of the Roman Catholic Church.
She is survived by one nephew, Richard Gentile of Yardley, Pa.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the auditorium of South Mountain Restoration Center, with the Rev. Joseph C. Carolin as celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Yeadon, Pa.
The family will receive friends at the center, 30 minutes prior to the Mass.
Arrangements are by Miller-Grove Funeral Home, 521 S. Washington St., Greencastle, Pa.
Thomas C. Barges
ST. THOMAS, Pa. - Thomas C. Barges, 67, of 1054 St. Thomas-Williamson Road, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Tuesday, July 27, 1999, at Chambersburg (Pa.) Hospital.
Born Oct. 13, 1931, in Mercersburg, Pa., he was the son of the late Christ George and Sarah Catherine Bryan Barges.
He worked as a machinist for the Pennsylvania Railroad for 22 years, and for Chambersburg Implement Co. as a lawn mower repairman, retiring in 1985.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1956 until 1961.
He attended St. Thomas Assembly of God Church.
He was a member of St. Thomas American Legion Dietrich-Brechbill Post No. 612.
He is survived by his wife, Nora H. Davis Barges, whom he married
March 8, 1958; two daughters, Cindylee Fogal and Cathy Blacker, both of Chambersburg; two sons, Alan T. Barges and Harry C. Barges, both of St. Thomas; a sister, Viola Christ Higgins of St. Thomas; a brother, John Barges of St. Thomas; four grandchildren; five nieces and 10 nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Barges; and three brothers, Harry G. Barges, Stephen Barges and George Barges.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Assembly of God Church, St. Thomas. The Rev. Alvin J. Hezlep will officiate. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery with military services by St. Thomas American Legion, Dietrich-Brechbill Post No. 612.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 6492 Lincoln Way West, St. Thomas; and Friday at 10 a.m. at the church. The funeral home will be open today from 2 p.m.
Russell L. Hazel Jr.
STATE LINE, Pa. - Russell L. Hazel Jr., 69, of 1009 East Ave., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Tuesday, July 27, 1999, at his home.
Born Feb. 10, 1930, in Greensburg, Pa., he was the son of the late Russell L. Hazel Sr. and Adelaide Beckner Hazel.
He was a 1950 graduate of Greensburg High School.
He retired in 1992 from Mack Trucks in Hagerstown after 30 years of service.
He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in State Line.
He was a member of Greencastle (Pa.) Sportsman Association; Morris Frock American Legion in Hagerstown; State Line Ruritan Club; Golden Bulldogs; and UAW Local No. 171, both of Hagerstown. He was a social member of Harry D. Zeigler VFW Post No. 6319 in Greencastle.
He enjoyed playing golf.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Ethel Kay Ross Hazel; two daughters, Elaine K. Sherrill of Greencastle and Susan Lynn Heller of Waynesboro; a son, Kenneth Ted Hazel of Greencastle; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Alex Hazel.
Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, 45 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle. The Rev. Paula Ouderkirk will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Greencastle.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
