FAYETTEVILLE, Pa. - Sarah Elizabeth Rowe, infant daughter of Rodney A. and Joyce B. Kaiser Rowe of Wile Circle, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died at birth on Monday, June 21, 1999, at Chambersburg Hospital, Chambersburg, Pa.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Wesley J. Keller, at home; maternal grandparents, Clifford and Mary Kaiser of Fayetteville; paternal grandparents, Glenn and Betty Rowe of Fayetteville; and paternal great-grandmother, Ellen J. Carly of Greencastle, Pa.
Graveside services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at New Guilford Cemetery near Fayetteville. The Revs. Robert D. Verno and George S. Mouer Sr. will officiate.
There will be no viewing.
Arrangements are by Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg.
Joseph C. Mooney
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Joseph C. Mooney, 54, of 1757 Howard St., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Monday, June 21, 1999, at his home.
Born Jan. 26, 1945, in Boston, he was the son of the late Daniel and Mary McDonald Mooney.
He served in the U.S. Army for 22 years. He subsequently was employed by Financial Trust Co. in Chambersburg for eight years.
He was of the Roman Catholic faith.
He was a member of Burt J. Asper Post 46, American Legion, Charles M. Nitterhouse Post 1599 VFW, Chambersburg Club, and Marine Corps League, all in Chambersburg.
He is survived by his wife, Susan B. Hrimnak Mooney; two daughters, Angela K. Jane of Mechanicsburg, Pa., and Melinda L. McKenzie of Chambersburg; one sister, Mureen Vinton of Boston; one brother, Daniel Mooney of Boston; and two grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Parklawns Memorial Gardens in Chambersburg with military services by Charles M. Nitterhouse Post 1599 VFW Honor Guard. The Rev. Luis R. Rodriguez will officiate.
Visitation will be Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home in Chambersburg.
Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 452 E. King St., Chambersburg, PA 17201.

She was a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in elementary education.
She was a school teacher in the Duquesne and West Homestead, Pa., areas.
She was of the Presbyterian faith.
She is survived by one daughter, Carole Cuppett of Chambersburg; and one granddaughter, Christie May Cuppett of Palm Beach, Fla.
Graveside services will be Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Parklawns Memorial Gardens in Chambersburg. Vernon Isner, chaplain, will officiate.
Visitation will be at Robert G. Sellers Funeral Home, 297 Philadelphia Ave., Chambersburg, Friday from 1 to 2:15 p.m.
Martha E. Shaffer
GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Martha E. Shaffer, 77, of 13092 Grant Shook Road, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Monday, June 21, 1999, at Washington County Hospital.
Born Jan. 30, 1922, in Dallas Center, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Rachel Garwick Ebersole.
She was a 1940 graduate of Lemasters High School.
She was a homemaker and helped her husband with the family business.
She was a member of Waynesboro Dunkard Brethren Church.
She attended Upton (Pa.) Homemakers Club.
She is survived by her husband, Frank D. Shaffer, whom she married
Nov. 16, 1942; two daughters, Angeline Mallow of Clearville, Pa., and Linda Stitely of Greencastle; two sons, Frank E. Shaffer of Greencastle and Myron D. Shaffer of New Creek, W.Va.; 10 grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; three great-grandchildren; 10 stepgreat-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter; an infant great-grandson; a sister; and three brothers.
Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Upton Church of the Brethren. Elder Paul Hartz and the Rev. Dean Shaffer will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, 45 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle, and Thursday at the church at 1 p.m.

Graveside services were Monday at Fountaindale Union Cemetery, Fairfield, Pa. The Rev. Edward L. Lochstampfor Jr. officiated.

Earl E. Shrader Sr.
ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. - Earl E. Shrader Sr., 88, of 1 Masonic Drive, Masonic Homes, and formerly of 5300 Lincoln Way East, Fayetteville, Pa., Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Sunday, June 20, 1999, at Hershey (Pa.) Medical Center.
Born June 6, 1911, in Antrim Township, Pa., he was the son of the late Clyde Daniel and Laura E. Naugle Shrader.
He attended Greencastle, Pa., area schools and the University of Pittsburgh.
He worked in farming and construction. He then worked at Blue Ridge Woolen Mill in Chambersburg, Pa.; was a patrolman with Chambersburg Police Department; was administrator of Shirley Home For the Aged in Shirleysburg, Pa., and transferred to Clear Haven Home For the Aged in Clearfield County, Pa. He retired in 1977 as administrator of Franklin County Nursing Home. He then worked at the Butcher Shoppe in Chambersburg for eight years.
He was a member of Greencastle Church of God.
He was a member and past master of Cromwell Masonic Lodge 572 F. & A.M. of Orbisonia, Pa.; a member of Scottish Rite Consistory of Harrisburg, Pa.; Grand Lodge of Masons of Philadelphia; High 12 Club of Masons 629 of Elizabethtown, and Fraternal Order of Police Chapter 76 in Chambersburg.
He is survived by his wife, Hilda G. Cowan Shrader, whom he married
in 1946; four sons, Edgar A. Shrader of Hanover, Pa., Joseph Shrader of Cambridge Springs, Pa., John D. Shrader and William E. Shrader, both of Chambersburg, Pa.; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one son, Earl Shrader Jr.; and two sisters.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, 45 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle. The Rev. Floyd E. Myers will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill United Brethren Church Cemetery in Shade Gap, Pa.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Cromwell Masonic Lodge of Orbisonia will conduct a Masonic service at 8:30 p.m.
