Born Jan. 28, 1922, in Greencastle, Pa., he was the son of the late Carrie Hege and Isaac Dulebohn.
He was a 1939 graduate of Greencastle High School.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He was a Lutheran.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Zoehrns Dulebohn, whom he married
in 1945; a daughter, Lynn Gross of Newark, Del.; a son, David Dulebohn of Sweet Valley, Pa.; seven grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; four sisters, Anna Mae McDonald of Hagerstown, Jane Sogegian of Franklin, N.C., Lois Heinbaugh of Mercersburg, Pa., and Mary Joyce Shatzer of Middletown, Md.; and four brothers, Joe Dulebohn of Greencastle, George Dulebohn of Fresh Meadows, N.Y., John Dulebohn of New Oxford, Pa., and Thomas Dulebohn of Germantown, Md.
Services were held Tuesday, April 3, at 10 a.m. at Mannal Funeral Home, Tyson and Frankfurt avenues, Philadelphia.
Joel L. Knepper
HUSTONTOWN, Pa. - Joel Lucian Knepper, 91, of Hustontown, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Thursday, April 29, 1999, at Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, Pa.
Born Jan. 26, 1908, in Robertsdale, Pa., he was the son of the late Charles and Florence Shaver Knepper.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ferne L. Wright Knepper, in 1990. They were married
Aug. 16, 1930.
He was a farmer all of his life.
He was a life member of Center United Methodist Church, Waterfall, Pa., where he had been a Sunday School teacher and had held many church offices.
He was a life member of Fulton County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau. He had been director and board member of the former Atlantic Breeders Cooperative, and a charter member and director for 25 years of Fulton County Medical Center. He served on Taylor Township school board for a number of years. He was a member of Forbes Road Lions Club and Hustontown Area Senior Citizens.
He is survived by three sons, Fredric Knepper of Hustontown, Glenn Knepper of Greencastle, Pa., and Larry Knepper of New Holland, Pa.; four sisters, Edith Moseby of Wells Tannery, Pa., Phyllis Lamont of Rosemont, Pa., Helen Pryor of Radnor, Pa., and Harriet Abbey of Fayetteville, Pa.; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, four brothers and a great-granddaughter.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Center United Methodist Church, Waterfall. Pastor David Arnold will officiate. Burial will be in Center Cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. at M.R. Brown Funeral Home, Hustontown; and Monday one hour before the services at the church.

Rhetta E. Vandrew
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Rhetta E. Born Aug. 7, 1911, in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of the late David C. and Minnie Martin Brindle.

She was a homemaker, and previously was employed by Peerless Shirt Co. in Shippensburg, Pa.
She was a member of First Church of God in Chambersburg.
Early in life, she drove her father, who was a veterinarian, to appointments.
She is survived by one son, Richard W. Vandrew of Chambersburg; and one grandson, Erik R. Vandrew of Chambersburg.
Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. Earl E. Mills will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery in Chambersburg.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Saturday at noon.

Samuel F. Ensminger
WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Samuel F. He was born Dec. 14, 1905, in Palmara.
He graduated from San Tee High School in Upland, and attended Messiah College.
He was a nurseryman.
He was a member of Fairview Avenue Brethren in Christ Church, and formerly attended Upland Brethren in Christ Church.
He was a former member of Total Life Center at Waynesboro Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Lucy E. Gibbiney Ensminger; one son, Jessie Ensminger of Waynesboro; and two granddaughters.
Services will be Friday at 8 p.m. at Lochstampfor Funeral Home, South Church and West Second streets, Waynesboro. The Rev. Raymond Kipe will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery in West Milton, Ohio, on Monday at 10:30 a.m.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday at 7 p.m.
Ward W. Keesecker II
LOVELY, Pa. - Ward W. Born July 27, 1938, he was the son of the late Dr. Ward W. and Mary Mish Keesecker.
He was a 1957 graduate of Baxter (Tenn.) Seminary. He attended Salem (W.Va.) College, West Virginia Institute of Technology, and earned a bachelor's degree from Shepherd College in Shepherdstown, W.Va., in 1961.
He was a school teacher in Prince George's County, Md.; was supervisor and ski shop manager with Hecht Co. in Washington, D.C.; manager of Potomac Ski Shop in Kensington, Md.; owned and operated Graystone Hotel and Ski Specialties Shop in Bedford, Pa.; worked with Blue Knob Ski Resort, and had worked as a purchasing agent with Ball-Healy Co. in Arlington, Va. He earlier had worked at Stine's Drug Store in Berkeley Springs, was a lifeguard at Berkeley Springs State Park and served with West Virginia Air National Guard in Martinsburg, W.Va.
He had attended Francis Asbury United Methodist Church in Berkeley Springs.
He was a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1483; Alderton-Dawson American Legion Post 60; and Tri-State Honor Guard, all in Berkeley Springs. He was a founding member of Fagowee Ski Club in Washington, D.C.
He was preceded in death by his stepmother, Emily M. Keesecker, in 1993.
Graveside services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in Providence Cemetery in Johnsontown, W.Va., with military honors by Tri-State Honor Guard. The Rev. Kelly L. Scott will officiate.
Memorial donations may be made to Alderton-Dawson American Legion Post 60, 1950 Valley Road, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411.

She is survived by two sons, George Allan Small and Dennis Ray Small, both of Fort Loudon, Pa.; one sister, Harriet Gay Cormany of Chambersburg; two brothers, Thomas Guy Cormany and Donald Lee Cormany, both of Chambersburg; and two grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
There will be no viewing.
The family requests the omission of flowers. Memorial donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children, Philadelphia Unit, 8400 Roosevelt Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19152; or to Carrick United Methodist Church, 7003 Path Valley Road, Fort Loudon, PA 17224, c/o Shirley C. Jones.
