Born June 29, 1926, in Orbisonia, Pa., he was the son of the late Herman P. and Mabel B. Jacka Chilcote.
He was employed by Bill Laurence and Co., Washington, D.C.
He was a member of AARP.
He is survived by his stepmother, Effie Chilcote of Orbisonia; two daughters, Mary Martin of Marion, Pa., and Penny Chilcote of South Mountain, Pa.; four sons, Terry Chilcote, Greencastle, Pa., Carl "Butch" Chilcote of Chambersburg, Pa., Jeffrey Chilcote of Fort Loudon, Pa., and Jamey Chilcote of Fort Loudon; four half sisters, Mary McElrath of Orbisonia, Dolly Mann of Greenlane, Pa., Jane Lauder of Misslin, Pa., and Beverly Stricker of McAlesterville, Pa.; five half brothers, Eugene Chilcote of Chambersburg, Pa., Robert Chilcote of Orbisonia, Boyd Chilcote of Mount Union, Pa., Wendell Chilcote of Mechanicsburg, Pa., and Randy Chilcote of Cresson, Pa.; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and his companion, Laura A. Tracy of Zullinger.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Chilcote.
Memorial services will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at New Life Assembly, 9365 Blue Spring Road, Mercersburg. Pastor Danny L. Keen will officiate.
Arrangements are by Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg.
Helen P. Taylor

Born March 20, 1912, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Hunter and Elizabeth Burl Robinson.

She was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church in Baltimore.
She is survived by two sons, Wilbur C. Taylor of Arbutus, Md., and Gilbert R. Taylor of Warfordsburg; a sister, Cecelia Shaffer of Baltimore; two brothers, Carroll Robinson of Baltimore and Howard Robinson of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, George Taylor; a sister; and brothers.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in New Cathedral Cemetery, Baltimore.
Rhonda L. Shreiner
ST. THOMAS, Pa. - Rhonda L. She was a 1975 graduate of James Buchanan High School and a 1977 graduate of Central Penn Business School.
She was a travel agent for 20 years, sold her business interest in 1997, and joined the family business, Charles E. Brake Co. Inc., serving as treasurer.
She was a member of Grindstone Hill Lutheran Church.
She was a member and past vice president of St. Thomas Ruritan; and woman of the year of American Business Womans Organization in 1991.
She is survived by her husband, Curt Shreiner; two sons, Courtney Shreiner and Aaron Shreiner, both at home; a brother, Randall Brake of Chambersburg, Pa.; and maternal grandparents, Harold and Jean Kriner of Chambersburg.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 6492 Lincoln Way West, St. Thomas. The Revs. Michael Allwein and Alford Hezlep will officiate.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m., and on Saturday at 10 a.m. The funeral home will be open from 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Building Fund of Grindstone Hill Lutheran Church, 4856 Wayne Road, Chambersburg, PA 17201.
Iva E. Snowberger

She was preceded in death by four sisters, Hettie Hess, Media Harbaugh, Anna Pentz and Ellie Pentz; and six brothers, Samuel G. Pentz, Emory W. Pentz, Daniel F. Pentz, John A. Pentz, Percie Pentz and Charles J. Pentz.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Walter A. Stuart will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery near Quincy.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 5 to 9 p.m.

He was a member of Elks Lodge, Gettysburg; Eagles Club, Waynesboro, Pa.; and AMVETS Post 172, Fairfield, Pa.
He is survived by his wife, Catherine Wenschhof Young; 12 children, Matt Young, Chaney Young, June Dick, Debra Sites and David Timmerman, all of Gettysburg, Fred Young and Terry Young, both of Fairfield, Linda Davis and Tina Ohler, both of Thurmont, Md., Beverly Myers of Hagerstown, Beverly Hess of Hanover, Pa., and Christine Dillon of Biglerville, Pa.; a sister, Jeanette Wiley of Graceham; 27 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Joe Timmerman, in 1975.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Emmitsburg. The Rev. Michael J. Kennedy will be celebrant. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens, Gettysburg.
Friends may call Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Skiles Funeral Home, Emmitsburg, where the rosary will be said at 8 p.m.
