Born in Waynesboro, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Pearl and Lawson Keller.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Everly.
She worked at restaurants in Hagerstown, including The Prospect Diner and Fountain Head Country Club. She worked for the Marriott Hotel chain in Philadelphia. In 1988, she became a caretaker for the elderly in Georgia. She retired in 1998.
She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Thompson; a brother, John Keller; three grandchildren, Linda McAlpin, Karen Payne and Donna Woodworth; eight great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Frances, Isabell and Alinda; and two brothers, William and Charles.
She was buried in McFarland, Kan.
Arrangements were by Romero Family Funeral Home, Pueblo.
Donald S. Franklin
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Donald Statler Franklin, 66, of 48 Woodland Way, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1999, at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, Pa.
Born July 7, 1932, in Chambersburg, he was the son of the late Harry G. and Iva Statler Franklin.
He was a graduate of the former Chambersburg Business School.
He worked for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board for 32 years as a manager, retiring in 1987. He had managed the State Liquor Store in Greencastle, Pa.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Chambersburg.
He was a life member of Charles M. Nitterhouse Post 1599 VFW in Chambersburg.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Rinehart Franklin, whom he married
Dec. 17, 1955; a daughter, Kimberly Ann McConnell of Chambersburg; a son, Stephen Wayne Franklin of Madison, Ala.; a sister, Carolyn Ewing of Waynesboro; a brother, Gary Franklin of Chambersburg; and a grandson.
Services will be Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. Dianne B. Salter will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery, Chambersburg, with military services by members of Charles M. Nitterhouse Post 1599 Honor Guard.
Visitation will be Saturday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Mary J. Souders

Born Sept. 27, 1950, in McConnellsburg, Pa., she was the daughter of Elmer A. and Beverly G. DeShong DeShong of Greencastle, Pa.
She attended James Buchanan High School, Mercersburg.
She was employed as a steam-press operator at London Fog Co. of Hancock for 14 years.
She was a member of Four Square Gospel Church of Greencastle.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Robert R. Souders, whom she married
March 17, 1968; three daughters, Bobbie J. Carey of Mercersburg, Wendy S. Miller of Greencastle and Lisa G. Souders of Mercersburg; a son, Rodney R. Souders of Mercersburg; four sisters, Sandra L. Ray and Julie A. McCarty, both of Hancock, Cora L. Santos of Mercersburg, and Teresa F. Norton of Greencastle; three brothers, F. Dean DeShong of Waynesboro, Mark J. DeShong, her twin, and E. Dwayne DeShong, both of Mercersburg; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jeannette G. Souders in 1970; and a brother, Rodney J. DeShong in 1973.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Four Square Gospel Church, 236 Tyrone St., Greencastle. Pastor Victor E. Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Greencastle.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Miller-Grove Funeral Home, 521 S. Washington St., Greencastle.

Glen D. Crider

Born Dec. 20, 1925, in Hamilton Township, Pa., he was the son of the late Cyrus and Cora Leininger Crider.
He worked for Valley Transit Mix of Chambersburg, retiring after 28 years.
He served with the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was a member of First Church of God, Chambersburg, where he was a member of Willing Workers Sunday School Class.
He was a former member of Winnebago Camping Club.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannette Coover Crider, whom he married
Nov. 7, 1946; two sons, Ryan E. Crider and Michael A. Crider Sr., both of Chambersburg; four sisters, Dorothy Bittinger, Olive Sollenberger, Mabel Lockwood and Naomi Mull, all of Chambersburg; two brothers, Paul Crider of Chambersburg and Charles Crider of Shippensburg, Pa.; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two sisters; and a brother.
A memorial service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at First Church of God, 339 Lincoln Way East, Chambersburg. The Rev. Earl E. Mills will officiate. Burial will be private.
There will be no viewing; however, the family will receive friends Monday following the service at the church.
The family requests the omission of flowers.

Caroline V. Hippensteel
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Caroline Virginia Ritter Hippensteel, 80, a resident of Falling Springs Nursing Home and formerly of 326 W. Born Jan. 25, 1919, near Mont Alto, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Mary Ritter Cossabone.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William E. "Worley" Hippensteel, 1978. They were married
July 5, 1942.
She was a graduate of Waynesboro High School.
She was employed by Waynesboro Knitting Mill; and then served as a nurses aide at Waynesboro Hospital and later Hearthstone Retirement Home, Waynesboro.
She was a member of Saint Andrew Roman Catholic Church, Waynesboro.
She is survived by a friend, Geraldine V. Rogers of Leitersburg, Md.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Saint Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 112 N. Broad St., Waynesboro. Father Thomas J. Hemler will be celebrant. Burial will be in Burns Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 9 to 9:45 a.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro.
