QUINCY, Pa. - Lillian Christina Culmer, 102, formerly of Townhouse Manor, Hagerstown, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Sunday, Feb. 14, 1999, at Quincy Home in Quincy, Pa.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Culmer.
She is survived by one daughter, Ruth L. Stacer of Hagerstown; three grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 27 great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Allegheny County Memorial Park, Allison Park, Pa.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown.
Linda Sepp
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - Linda Frank Sepp, 58, of 251 E. Born Dec. 1, 1940, in Gettysburg, Pa., she was the daughter of Kathryn E. Myers Frank of Waynesboro, and the late Rev. Nelson H. Frank.
She was a 1959 graduate of State College High School, a 1962 graduate of Harrisburg Hospital School of Nursing and attended Penn State University for her B.S. in nursing.
She worked for Dermatology Associates of Central Pennsylvania. She previously worked at Deaconess Hospital in Cleveland as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit for 11 years and was head nurse for 6 years.
She was a former member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, State College.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by one sister, Constance M. Frank of Waynesboro; two brothers, Ramsey L. Frank of Waynesboro, and Douglas N. Frank of State College; an aunt; a niece and a nephew.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, 45 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle, Pa. The Rev. Jay E. Zimmerman will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Greencastle.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday at 2:30 p.m.
There will be no viewing.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to one's local American Cancer Society chapter.
Alice E. Hartman
GREENCASTLE, Pa. - Alice E. "Betty" Hartman, 71, of 9951 McClanahan Road, Cemetery-obituaries?utm_source=partner_genlookups&utm_medium=partner&utm_campaign=genlookups_July21_textlink&tr_ad_group=textlinks&tr_funnel=supersearch" target="_blank">died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1999, in the emergency room of Waynesboro (Pa.) Hospital.
Born Aug. 21, 1927, in Greencastle, she was the daughter of the late John Norris and Helen L. Trayer Cowan.
She helped her husband operate the family farm. She also worked at J. Schoeneman Co. in Chambersburg, Pa., from 1977 to 1990.
She was a life member of Evangelical Lutheran Church of Greencastle and Gleaners Sunday School Class.
Earlier, she was active in local square dance organizations.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Galen M. Hartman; a daughter, Bonnie K. Zeis of Greencastle; two sisters, Hazel Peck of Norfolk, Va., and Ruth Wolf of Zullinger, Pa.; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Richard A. Hartman, in 1996; a sister, Virginia Hartman, in 1990; and her twin brother, William A. Cowan, in 1994.
Services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, 45 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle. The Rev. Perry Hanson will officiate. Burial will be in Parklawns Memorial Gardens, Chambersburg.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to Memorial Fund of Evangelical Lutheran Church, 130 N. Washington St., Greencastle, PA 17225.

Born Sept. 1, 1907, in Ramstown, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Harry and Edna Wolf Faust.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Driscoll.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church of South Mountain.
She is survived by a daughter, Delores Bortolon of Petoskey, Mich.; and a grandson, Chris Bortolon of Clawson, Mich.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. in the auditorium of South Mountain Restoration Center. The Rev. Joseph Carolin will be celebrant. Burial will be in St. Andrews Roman Catholic Church Cemetery, Waynesboro, Pa.
Visitation will be Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at the restoration center.

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Marshall W. Burkhart, 85, of Falling Springs Nursing Home, and formerly of 338 W. Born April 21, 1913, in Waynesboro, he was the son of the late Harry W. and Etta L.B. Kirkpatrick Burkhart.
He was a 1931 graduate of Waynesboro High School.
He was employed at Pen Mar Park at Pen Mar. Before retiring in 1978, he worked in the methods department at Landis Machine Co., Waynesboro, for 46 years.
He was a member of Royal Arcanum, of which he had been secretary and treasurer, and Royal Arcanum Harrisburg Council 499. He also was a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 1191; Fraternal Order of Eagles 1758; Eagles Club Inc.; and a social member of William Max McLaughlin VFW Post 695; Joe Stickell American Legion Post 15, all of Waynesboro; and National AARP.
He is survived by a daughter, Shirley J. Crowder of Houston; two sons, Neil C. Burkhart and Dennis W. Burkhart, both of Newark, Del.; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Lynn D. Trutt will officiate. Burial will be in Burns Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ethel M. Diehl

Born June 9, 1904, in Antrim Township, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Daniel H. and Fannie Rice Diehl.
She was a 1923 graduate of Greencastle High School; and a graduate of Shippensburg Normal School, now Shippensburg University.
A teacher in the Greencastle-Antrim area for 42 years, she taught at Hollowell, Shady Grove and Browns Mill schools.
She was a member of Evangelical Lutheran Church of Greencastle, taught Children's Sunday School for more than 50 years, and sang with the church choir.
She was a member of Pennsylvania Retired Teachers Association; and Shady Grove Homemakers.
She is survived by three nieces, Marie D. Conrad, Frances M. Diehl and Betty J. Fisher, all of Greencastle; a nephew, William A. Diehl of Greencastle; great-nieces and great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters; Ida Diehl and Minnie Henneberger; and three brothers, William A. Diehl, George H. Diehl and Frank Diehl.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at Harold M. Zimmerman and Son Funeral Home, 45 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle. The Rev. Perry Hanson will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Greencastle.
