Survived by loving husband of 37 years, Francis A. Bazyk Sr., and these devoted children: Francis A. Jr., married
to the former Laura Troxell, Mechanicsville, Md.; Bryan, and loving girlfriend, Marissa Rullo, and Kristen, wife of Kevin Weaver, both of Johnstown; grandchildren, Keith, Erik and Emily Bazyk; Lindsay and Jonah Weaver. A sister of Thomas, and wife, Sally, Elizabethville, Pa.; Bernard, and wife, Kay, Harrisburg. Retired supervisor of proof department for First National Bank. Secretary of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Graduate of Johnstown Catholic High School. Active and devoted member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, where funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, the Rev. Martin Cingle. Committal, Grandview Cemetery. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street, where vigil for the deceased will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday and Alhambra Vigo Caravan 1551 and Knights of Columbus Council 467 will recite the Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Kathy was a loving and kind person who helped anyone who needed her special care at their time of need; she was devoted to her family, church and friends. He was a World War II Army veteran, having served in the European Theater in the Battle of the Bulge. He received a Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. He was a lifetime member of St. John Gualbert Cathedral. Albert was a quiet man. He enjoyed reading, music and working outdoors. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where a vigil for the deceased will be held.
