He had been a resident of Johnsonburg for 15 years and is formerly of Portage. He is a graduate of Portage Area High School, Class of 1976. He was a member of United Methodist Church, Johnsonburg; Johnsonburg Moose; and Central Hose Co., Johnsonburg. He was employed for six years with Highlander Energy Products and seven years with Southern Industrial Products. He is survived by parents, Portage; wife, at home; sons, Andrew Spaid, Cresson, and Robbie Spaid, at home; daughter, Christina Spaid, Erie; granddaughter, Brooklyn Pollick; sisters, Joyce Decort, and husband, Galen, Portage; Joan McCann, and husband, Richard, Windber; and Jane Abertelli, and husband, Michael, Windber; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his twin sister, Rita Spaid. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church, Johnsonburg, the Rev. Jay Gill, pastor. Interment, Wardvale Methodist Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Anthony Ferragine Funeral Home Inc., 401 Chestnut St., Johnsonburg.

Member of Richland Fire Department. Former police officer for Seven Springs, a paramedic for East Hills Ambulance and the chef at Somerset Country Club and Hidden Valley. Preceded in death by sister, Dorothy Hauer, and brother, Theodore Daniel. Survived by sons, John Yasko III, married to Vickie, and Christen Yasko, all of California. Brother of Patricia, wife of Roy VanDolah, Conemaugh; Dr. Richard, and wife, Jan (Strobe), Gainesville, Fla.; and Ronald, married to the former Karen Pristas, Johnstown. Also survived by grandchildren, Drew, Kate and Carly. He was a member of Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church. He was the valedictorian of East Conemaugh High School, Class of 1952. He also attended PSU. He was an Army veteran of the Koran Conflict. He retired from Gould-Brown Boveri Co., Greensburg. Friends will be revived from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Henderson-Makuchan Funeral Home, Conemaugh, where Parastas will be sung at 6 p.m. and holy rosary will be recited by the parish family at 6:30 p.m. Funeral begins at 11:30 a.m. Saturday with a brief service at the funeral home, followed by Divine Liturgy at noon at Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church, the Rev. Msgr. Raymond Balta. Interment, Holy Trinity Byzantine Cemetery.

Also survived by brother, Charles S., and wife, Mary Stewart, and sisters, Alice, wife of James Schatz, and Deborah Stewart. Rachel was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church. In the eyes of her children, Rachel was the greatest mom that ever lived. At the request of the family, there will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Zion Lutheran Church. The family is being served by the Baker-Harris Funeral Chapel, Conemaugh. The family suggests donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital.

Former employee of Sunnehanna Country Club, where she worked at the "10 stand." Later in life, Margaret suffered from Alzheimer's disease and spent her final years at Laurel View Village. Miloro will hold Panachida at 8 p.m. There will be a brief service at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, followed by funeral service at 10 a.m. at Christ the Saviour Cathedral, Pastor Wes Yoder, representing Laurel View Village. Burial, cathedral Cemetery.

He is survived by his daughter, Debbie (Leonard) Balk of Macedonia, Ohio; son, Michael (Susan) Janota of Stow, Ohio; grandchildren, Carrie (Robert Toma, fiance') Balk, Jason (Tiffany) Balk and Cory and Logan Janota; sister, Ann (Joseph) Gallo; and brother, George Janota. Services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 2121 Sixth St,. Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, 44221, with the Rev. Robert Linsz officiating. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Lamb was an employee of the state of California; a member of the California State Employee Association; and a member of the State Quartet, The Four Roses. She was a member of Christian Chapel, where she sang in the chancel choir. After retirement from the state of California, she returned to Johnstown to establish residency, where she was a member of Johnstown Senior Citizen's Association. Mrs. Lamb was an elementary teacher in Croyle Township and Visitation School. A memorial service will be held at the family's convenience. Arrangements in charge of Alternative Burial Corp. Interment, South Fork Cemetery.
