Clark; brothers, Robert and Melvin McFeaters; and sisters, Eleanor Braun and Mary Louise Marsh. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Ann, wife of James Dias, Phillipsburg, N.J.; grandchildren, Christine Fortunato, Janet Dias, Clark Dias and Donna Dias; and nine great grandchildren. Jane was an active volunteer with local politics and adult education, and with her husband enjoyed going to Bethco Pines and socializing at various fraternal clubs. Friends will be received Thursday from 6 until the time of services at 7 p.m. at Picking-Treece-Bennett Mortuary Inc., West Hills, 921 Menoher Blvd., the Rev. Arnie McFarland officiating. A sister of Carl, married to the former Rachael Giardina, Johnstown; Kathie, wife of Jim McClintock, Monroeville; Kerry, married to the former Annabelle Salazar, Grants, N.M.; Randy, married to the former Barbara Hamlin, Goose Creek, S.C.; and Karen Wilt, and fiance, David Vivis, Johnstown. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Tracie wife of Eddie Mikesic; Lisa, married to Nick Teeter; Brock and Karlie Horner; Megan McClintock; and Max, Zeke and Sage Wilt and special uncle and aunt, Tim and Judy Williams, Harrisburg. Also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Graduate of Greater Johnstown High School, Class of 1986. Graduated from Elizabethtown College with a B.A. in elementary education and early childhood development and a master's degree from Penn State University. SMITH - Dorothy M., 67, Patton, passed away July 18, 2007, at Altoona Regional Health System, Bon Secours campus. She was Born on March 28, 1940, in Spangler, the daughter of Eliqius G. and Catherine (Johnson) Neibauer. She was preceded in death by her father. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Ronald D. "Dean" Smith, whom she married on Jan. 27, 1962, in Patton; her brother, Kenneth (Lee) Neibauer, Altoona; their granddaughter, Victoria Kissell; her sisters, Linda Neibauer, Altoona, and Robin Neibauer, Patton; and several nieces and nephews. Dorothy was a 1958 graduate of Patton High School. She was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Patton. She enjoyed the outdoors, animals, birds and people. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Stevens Funeral Home Inc., 1004 N. Fifth Ave., Patton, where vigil for the deceased will be held. WILLIAMS - Dock Houston, 67, Newark, Del., passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with prostate cancer on Tuesday, July 17, 2007. Mr. Williams was Born on Feb. 27, 1940, in Strongstown, to the late Haden and Beulah Williams. He was a 1958 graduate of Blacklick Township High School, where he was named class valedictorian, and a 1962 graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He then served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army at bases in California from 1962 to 1965. Retiring from the Christina School District as a math educator in 1991, he taught at Glasgow and Christiana High schools and also was a member of the adjunct faculty of the University of Delaware until the spring of 2007. Since 1998, he had been a member of the Newark Lions Club, where he also served as a past president and was active with District 22-D in various capacities. Dock also was a member of First Presbyterian Church, where he was a trustee and the Remembrance Garden Committee. He volunteered for AARP in tax preparation for approximately four years. He enjoyed travel with family and friends by air, sea and the VW camper. He is survived by his wife of 40 years and dance partner, K. Jean Williams, Newark; a son, Dirk H. Williams, Orlando, Fla.; a daughter, Danielle W. Holmes, and her husband, Lance, Tulsa, Okla.; two brothers and their wives, John Williams and Shirl, Mechanicsburg, and Timothy Williams and Dar, Strongstown; two sisters and their husbands, Joan Gelormino and Mike, Patton, and Brenda Denzer and Karl, Belsano; mother-in-law, Kathryn Keidel, Berlin; and one beloved grandchild, Luke Holmes. He was preceded in death by a sister, Janice Williams. Friends and family may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2007, at R. T. Foard and Jones Funeral Home, 122 W. Main St., Newark, Del. 19711.
