He was 88 years old. Hiram was born May 28, 1916 in Merchantville, New Jersey, son of the late William Potter Hallinger and the late Frances Hallinger (nee - Brown).
He is the beloved husband of Mary Jane Hallinger (nee - Crenshaw); father of Pam Lear and her husband David and William Hallinger; grandfather of Scott Lear; brother of Joyce Gilbert and Jessie Renninger.
Godfrey was born in New Jersey and was a graduate of Penn Charter School. He was inducted into the United States Army in January of 1943 and served in the European, African and Middle Eastern Theaters during the war. He reached the rank of Technician 5th Grade and was discharged from the service on January 3, 1946. After the war he worked as an accountant for Philco and for Intercounty Hospitalization. He was an avid tennis player.
Service and interment were private at the family’s request.
Richard R. Maclay

He was 74 years old. Richard was born February 18, 1930 in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, son of Charles Maclay and Blanche Maclay (nee - Rutherford).
He is the husband of Gail F. Maclay (nee- West); father of Peggy Rubin and stepson David W. Morsa; grandfather of Zach Rubin; brother of Charles ‘Bud’ Maclay.
Mr. Maclay retired from the Willow Grove Post Office in 1992.
Relatives and friends were invited to his visitation Tuesday, June 8, 2004, from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. and to his funeral service at 1:00 P.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 North Easton Road, Willow Grove. Interment at Hatboro Cemetery, 36 Fulmor Avenue, Hatboro followed the funeral service.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the American Lung Association, 525 Plymouth Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.
Judith A. Barben
Judith A. She is the beloved sister of Steven Barben, Wayne Barben, Richard Barben and Hazel Stanley and her husband Tillman Stanley; Aunt of Beth Stanley; Good friend and companion of Fred Schmitt.
Judith was born and raised in Philadelphia and was a 1961 graduate of Olney High School. She worked in sales for the Philadelphia Gas Works from 1961 until 1995 and was a sales consultant in home furnishings for Sears from 1980 until 2000.

She is the beloved aunt of Marlene Spindler; great aunt of Deborah Witzel, Glenn and Kevin Spindler; great great aunt of Kristin and Derek Witzel and Kyle Spindler; sister of the late Florence Mayer.
Clara last worked for the White Motor Company. She was a longtime member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church and was a member of the church Mature Adults group.
Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing Friday, June 11, 2004, from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. and to her funeral service at 10:00 A.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 6902 Rising Sun Avenue, Philadelphia. Interment at Lawnview Cemetery, 500 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge followed the funeral service.

Helene B. Gaus
Helene B. She is the beloved wife of the late Franz Kriszat; aunt of Manfred Mueller and Fred Kriszat of the United States and Waltraut, Irmgard, Gerhart and Wanda of Germany.
Meta was born in East Prussia and grew up and worked on a farm. After the war she spent three years in a labor camp. She married and then came to the United States with her husband Franz in 1955 and lived for many years on the 400 block of Sanger Street in the Lawndale section of Philadelphia before moving into the Philadelphia Protestant Home in 1990. She and her late husband were longtime members of the Tabor Lutheran Church.
Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing Tuesday, July 20, 2004, from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. and her funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at the Chapel of the Philadephia Protestant Home, 6500 Tabor Road, Philadelphia. Interment at Lawnview Cemetery in Rockledge followed the funeral service.

Marie was born and raised in Ratzebuhr, Pommern, Germany and emigrated to the United States in 1929. She was employed in domestic work until 1937 when she attended school to become a hairdresser. She worked at Plessner Hairdressers in Jenkintown, eventually purchasing the shop from the original owners. She retired and sold the business in 1971.

Carmela was born August 25, 1919 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Alfredo Juliani and the late Catherine Juliani (nee - Kessler).
She is the beloved wife of the late Piet Verburgt;
mother of Peter Verburgt; grandmother of Anne Verburgt;
sister of Ida Zanker, Jane Flaville, Leonard, Clotilda and Joseph Juliani, the late Susan Buonfiglio and the late Alfred Juliani, Jr.
Carmela was the first employee of Sandmeyer Steel Company of Philadelphia beginning work in May 1952, she retired in August 1987 as a Vice President. During her years at Sandmeyer, Carmela became nearly indispensable. When the company founder Paul Sandmeyer died, she was instrumental in educating the new management generation on the financial status of the family run company. She assisted in virtually all aspects of the company business and was supportive to all of her coworkers needs.
Carmela was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Maple Shade, New Jersey. She loved the music of Frank Sinatra.
Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing Tuesday, July 20, 2004, from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 6902 Rising Sun Avenue, Philadelphia and to her funeral mass at 10:30 A.M. at Presentation B. V. M. Church, 100 Old Soldiers Road, Cheltenham. Interment at Northwood Cemetery in Philadelphia followed the funeral mass.
