She is the wife of Andrew Conti; beloved mother of Darlene, Phyllis, Debbie; dear grandmother of Brian, Adam, Natalie, Victor; great-grandmother of Emily, Alyson, Nicole, and Anthony.
Services and interment were private at the family’s request.

Rita Eike

She was 82 years old. Rita was born February 15, 1922 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Frank Irrera and the late Josephine Irrera.
She is the beloved wife of the late Eugene V. Eike; mother of Cliff Eike and his wife Sue; grandmother of Amy Burkat and Catie Eike; sister of Margaret Avicolli; aunt of Geraldine Ferullo and numerous nieces and nephews.
During her working career Rita was in sales working for Wanamakers and Gimbels Department stores.
Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing Saturday, September 18, 2004, from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 North Easton Road, Willow Grove and to her funeral mass at 11:00 A.M. at St. David R. C. Church, 316 North Easton Road, Willow Grove. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Baily Road, Yeadon followed the funeral mass.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
Thomas Mannering

He is the beloved husband of Ethel B. Mannering;
brother of William Mannering. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
During his working career Tom worked as an accountant for The Charter Investments Company. He was a member of Calvary Assembly of God.
Relatives and friends were invited to his viewing Friday, September 24, 2004, from 10:30 to 11:30 A.M. and to his funeral service at 11:30 A.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge. Interment at Oakland Cemetery, Adams and Ramona Avenues, Philadelphia followed the funeral service.
Walter E. Pekula, Sr. - "Peck"

He is the beloved husband of Charlotte Pekula; father of Walter E. Pekula Jr. and his wife Darlene, Michael Pekula and his wife Deborah and Robert Pekula; grandfather of Christopher Mark, Daniel, Nicholas, Timothy, Joseph, Michael, Thaddeus, Christian and Molly Pekula; brother of Sofia Karlo.
During the Second World War, Walter served in the United States Army in Centeral Europe and the Rhineland. He had attained the rank of Captain by the time of his honorable discharge in 1947. He is the longtime owner of Peck’s 5 & 10, President of Franklinville Quartett Club, member of Cannstatter V. V., Catholic Kolping Society and the United Singers.
Relatives and friends were invited to his viewing Thursday, September 23, 2004, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge and to his funeral mass Friday, September 24, 2004, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia R. C. Church, 535 Rhawn Street, Philadelphia. Interment was private.

She is the beloved wife of the late Heinrich Wohlers; mother of Anke Gropp and Peter Wohlers; grandmother of Daniel and Stephen Gropp and Peter Jr., Jason and Andrea Wohlers; great grandmother of Erica Gropp and Jazlynn, Jason and Elizabeth Wohlers; sister of Alois Krol, Paul Krol and Regina Lacey.
Hildegard was born and raised in Bremen-Blumenthal, Germany and emigrated to the United States in 1957. She worked in meat packing and then as a cashier for Gimbels Department Store during her working career in America. She retired in 1984. Hildegard was formerly of Pine Road in Huntingdon Valley and North 3rd Street in Philadelphia.
Services and interment were private at the family’s request.
