She is the beloved wife of the late Hugh Ireland; Sister of Kenneth McKenzie; Aunt of William and Robert Waker, Russell, Donald, Raymond and Joan McKenzie.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, she was a 36 year resident of the 600 block of Kerper Street in Lawndale prior to moving to the North American Baptist Home (Pilgrim Gardens) with her husband, Hugh, in April of 1990.
Relatives and friends were invited to call Saturday, May 18, 2002, from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. at First Grace Brethren Church, Oxford Avenue & Knorr Street, Philadelphia. Relatives and friends were invited to her Funeral Service Saturday, May 18, 2002, at 10:00 A.M. at First Grace Brethren Church. Interment at Forest Hills Cemetery in Lower Moreland followed the Funeral Service.

She is the beloved wife of the late Griffith H. Lloyd; mother of Griffith “Bud” Lloyd and his wife Lee; grandmother of Daniel E. and his wife Joan, Stephen A. and his wife Rhonda, Thomas W. and his wife Donna and Timothy H. Lloyd; great grandmother of Mack, Molly, Anna, Jessica, Stephen, Amanda, Allyson and Thomas Lloyd; sister of Edward Schill.
Anna was born and raised in Philadelphia and was a graduate of Germantown High School. She worked for many years as a secretary for the Philadelphia School Board at 21st and the Parkway in Philadelphia. She was a long time member of Faith Community Church in Roslyn, PA. Anna was formerly of Fernwood Avenue in Roslyn.
Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing Monday, May 17, 2004, from 6:30 to 8:00 P.M. and to her funeral service at 8:00 P.M. at Faith Community Church, 1200 Easton Road, Roslyn. Relatives and friends were invited to meet for procession to graveside service on Tuesday, May 18, 2004, from 10:00 to 10:30 A.M. at Faith Community Church, 1200 Easton Road, Roslyn. Interment at Northwood Cemetery, 15th and Haines Streets, Philadelphia.

Brent Elder, Wendy Mabry and her husband Kenneth, Dwight Elder, Stanley Stauffer, Jr. and his wife Robin, Steven Stauffer and his wife Rebecca, Sharon Stachelek and her husband Peter, Stuart Stauffer, Derek Elder and his wife Minta, Christine Mulligan and her husband Michael and Jeffrey Elder; great grandmother of sixteen.
Violetta is a former member of the First Brethren Church in Philadelphia and a Charter Member of Suburban Grace Brethren Church in Hatboro where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years.
Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing Friday, May 7, 2004, from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. and to her funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 North Easton Road, Willow Grove. Interment at Hillside Cemetery, 2156 Susquehanna Road, Roslyn followed the funeral service.
Donations may be given in honor of her great granddaughter to Team Tamara - VE Memorial, PO Box 151, Gwynedd, PA. 19436. This non profit organization benefits Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance and The Epilepsy Foundation.

Lila was a registered nurse at Abington Hospital for 20 years during her working career. She was also lifetime member of the Eastern Star.

She is the beloved wife of the late Ralph Houtz. She is survived by her daughter Beryl Houtz Mullen, son in law Frank T. Mullen, grandson Chip Mullen, grand daughter in law Darinda Craige Mullen and niece Marilyn Hall.
During her education Beryl attended Oliver Wendell Holmes Elementary School and West Philadelphia High School. Beryl was a member of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church since 1954, teaching Sunday School for many years, and worshipped at Calvary Orthodox Presbyterian Church for the last 31 years. She was the office manager for W. B. Rapp Machinery Co. until her retirement in 1984.
