Mrs. Cathcart was an active women all her life, being a member of Presbyterian Church of Adamsville for 54 years, a welder for the Former Blazon Plant in Jamestown, PA, a cook for Greenville, Diner, her and her husband were life long members of Trail Blazers Snow Mobile Club, Pymatuning, PA, she enjoyed hunting, but most of all, loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, one son; Wayne Cathcart, his wife Kathy, two children, Tana and Ryan of Adamsville, PA, two daughters; Mrs. Mark R. (Linda) Stewart and two children, Jason Sterling and Rebecca Iverson of Greenville and Mrs. John (Carol A.) Caffas and child Candice of Meadville, PA., two step grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and one sister, Clara Bel Cathcart. He was an avid golfer and spent many hours perfecting his game. His son: Teddy meant the world to him and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him as a loving son, father, fiance, brother, uncle and friend. No formal services will be held.

During his career in agriculture he served as director of many farm lobbying associations. After his dairy career he was employed for 18 years in the Sales Department of Marshall Company and for the last five years by Adesa Pittsburgh Auction Company, Mercer, Pa. He is survived by his wife: Rita Ellen Falkinson Rosen whom he married November 9, 1952 ; 3 sons: Allan Rosen and his wife Dr. Phyllis Indianer, Detroit, Michigan; Marc Rosen, Denver, Colorado; Kenneth Rosen, Jamestown, Pa.; 2 grandchildren: Elana and Seth Rosen and by several nieces and nephews. Dora A. After attending school for a number of years in Italy, she moved to Washington, PA and graduated high school there in 1936. Mrs. Parisse then continued her education at the Washington Hospital School of Nursing. Later her career took her so far as to be the nurse in charge of the Sharon Regional Hospital Blood Bank. On September 10, 1940, she married Anthony D. Parisse, who preceded her in death. Over the years, she was a member of Grand Lodge of the PA order of the Sons of Italy in America. She also was a member for a number of years of the Sharon Country Club. And was an avid bridge player.
She leaves behind 2 daughters: Mary Louise and husband Thomas Barnes of Charleston, SC and Margaret R. and husband Patrick Viccaro of Pittsburgh, PA; 5 Grandchildren; Katharine Boehm, Thomas Barnes; Anthony Mark, Marissa and David Viccaro. 2 Sisters Pauline and Gina Raffaeli both of Washington, PA and one Brother John Raffaeli of Washington, PA

Mr. Gilbert C. Sorg, Sr., 89, 183 Ray Road, Jamestown, Pa. Mr. Sorg was a member of the Jamestown Presbyterian Church, Jamestown, Pa. and was a 1932 graduate of the former Penn High School, Greenville, Pa. During the depression he worked in the C.C.C., Civil Conservation Corps and during World War II he was employed under a U.S. Navy contract as a welder for Chicago Bridge & Iron, Greenville, Pa. He later worked for Bessemer Corporation and Greenville Steel Car Company and retired with 30 years of service from Shenango – Penn Mold Corporation as a mold setter. Throughout his lifetime he continued a 60 year second career of whitewashing barns throughout Northwestern Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. He loved his family. His grandchildren and great grandchildren being the “lights of his life“. He was an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting and fishing. Mr. Sorg is survived by his wife: Grace Elizabeth Landfried Sorg whom he married March 20, 1937. Also surviving are 3 sons: Gilbert C. “Butch“ Sorg, Jr. and his wife: Nellie; of North Carolina; David William Sorg, Jamestown, Pa. and Robert G. Sorg and his wife Holly, Greenville, Pa.; a daughter: Mary “Pat“ Lorigan, Jamestown, Pa.; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Mrs. Flocco was also active in her card club and was the secretary for 53 years. She loved to spend time with her family and friends and cook for them, especially pizza. Mrs. Flocco also had a talent for gardening and loved to care for her flowers as well.

Two Sons; Edmond J. and his wife Denise Flocco of Hermitage, PA and Richard E. Flocco of Hermitage, PA and Terrie Rayburg. Five grandchildren; John, Jeffrey and Susan Moroco and Robert Clark and Edmond Flocco. Five great-grandchildren; Annie, Emily, Joseph, Jack and Rachael Moroco. Two sisters; Elizabeth Goodrich of Cleveland, OH and Mary Jane Moran of Sharon, PA. Two brothers; Ted Moran and wife Bea of Vienna, OH and Joseph Moran of Farrell, PA. She was predeceased three brothers Michael, Carmello and William Moran. One sister; Rose Moran and one great-grandchild Jeffrey Moroco.

He was previously employed at Wheatland Tube Company, Sharon, Pa. and until recently, due to illness her had served as the Supervisor of the Circulation Department of the Delaware State News, Dover, Del. He was an avid motorcyclist and a member of the Harley Owners Group. Survivors include his wife: Charlotte Smith Ossman whom he marred July 7, 1985; four sons: Tony Clark and Steve Clark, Lisbon, Ohio; Jim Stine, Sebring, Ohio; Fred DeSomma, Dover, DE; five daughters: Dawn Moss, Dover, DE; Kris Lovell, Beloit, OH; Teresa Alabran, Greenville, PA; Rayanne and Arianna “Bear“ Ossman, Beloit, Ohio; two sisters:
Karen Vogt, Sheakleyville, Pa.; Darleen Capel, Arizona; 24 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
