He was born October 23, 1927 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Charles O’Neill and the late Janice O’Neill (nee - Hall).
He is the beloved husband of 49 years to Ida Mae (nee Fertig) O’Neill.
He is the father of Charles J. O’Neill III and his wife Sharon, Cindy Maffie and her husband Ozzie, Michael O’Neill, Kim Wolanski and her husband Mark. He is the grandfather of Charlie IV and Amanda O’Neill, Christine Wolanski, Christopher and Dominic Maffei and brother of Alyce Illgas, and Janice Dorion.
Charles was a truck driver during his working career. He was a charter member of the Rising Sun Lions Club, and a 55 year member of Teamsters Local #107 where he was a former Business Agent and a Korean War Army Veteran.
Relatives and friends were invited to his viewing Tuesday, June 17, 2003, from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. and Wednesday, June 18, 2003, from 9:00 to 10:00 A.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge. Relatives and friends were invited to his funeral mass Wednesday, June 18, 2003 at 10:30 A.M. at Maternity B. V. M. Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia. Interment at Forest Hills Cemetery, Byberry Road and Philmont Avenue, Lower Moreland followed the funeral mass.

She is the devoted wife of the late Emanuel R. Weimar Sr. for 46 years. She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and brothers: Edgar Beaumont, Robert Beaumont, Arthur, and his wife Elaine Beaumont and her sister in law Dorothy Beaumont along with many nieces and nephews.
She was a Book Keeper forScherr Motor reight Trucking for 23 years. She loved to read and crochet. She attended Hallihan Girls High School.
Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing Thursday, June 19, 2003, from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. and funeral service at 10:30 A.M. at St. John Of The Cross R. C. Church, 2840 Woodland Road, Roslyn. Interment at Forest Hills Cemetery, Byberry Road and Philmont Avenue, Lower Moreland followed the funeral service.

He is the Beloved husband of 50 years to Vera Ann (nee Wargo) Klinger. Father of Judith A. and her husband Robert C. Masser and Jonathan D. and his wife C. Meredith Klinger. Grandfather of Allison L . Masser, Meagan A. and Erika L. Klinger. He is the brother of Lavinia Klinger.
He was the owner operator of Klinger’s Ice Cream before working at Glen Martin Aircraft and SPS Technologies. He retired from SPS after 39 years.
Relatives and friends were invited to call Sunday, June 8, 2003, from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. and attend a memorial service at 3:00 P.M. at Chelten Baptist Church, 1601 Limekiln Pike, Dresher. Interment at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Prospectville preceeded the memorial service.

Rudy was born and raised in Philadelphia. He graduated from Dobbins Technical High School and attended Drexel University. He worked for 18 years for Molding Technology, Inc. and finished his working career with Mal-Bern Tool and Die Company in Feasterville, Pa. He was a fifty year member of the Schwarzwald Quartet Club and still held the office of Treasurer of the organization at his death. He was also a member of the Vereinigung Erzgebirge and the Cannstatter Volksfest Verein.
