She is the beloved wife of the late Edgar “Eddie” P. Lacey, Jr.; sister of Elizabeth Bamford and Faith “Carol” Pacher. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Mildred was born and raised in Philadelphia and was an insurance underwriter during her working career.
Services and interment were private at the family’s request.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Memorial Presbyterian Church of Fox Chase, 7902 Oxford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111.

Melone; grandmother of 17, and great-grandmother of 4. She is the sister of Marguerite Robinson, William Ball, and the late Francis Ball and Elizabeth Loun.
Relatives and friends were invited to call Wednesday, January 22, 2003, from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 North Easton Road, Willow Grove and Thursday, January 23, 2003, from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. at the Wetzel and Son Funeral Home. Relatives and friends were invited to her funeral mass Thursday, January 23, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at St. David R.C. Church, 316 North Easton Road, Willow Grove. Interment at St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont followed the funeral mass.

Kale was a retiree of the Reading Railroad where he was a freight conductor. He was an Eagle Scout, “Mr. Christian Endeavor” for the Old York Road Branch of C.E., an avid skier, camper and outdoorsman.
Relatives and friends were invited to his viewing Monday, January 24, 2005, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. and to his funeral service at 8:00 P.M. at Berachah Church, 400 Ashbourne Road, Cheltenham. Relatives and friends were invited to his procession Tuesday, January 25, 2005, at 10:30 A.M. at Berachah Church and to his graveside service at 11:00 A.M. at George Washington Memorial Park, Stenton Avenue and Butler Pike, Plymouth Meeting.

He is the beloved husband of Phyllis W. Whelans (nee - Winkler); father of Thomas M. Whelans, III. He is also survived by his sister and by his nieces and nephews and their families.
Thomas was born in England and emigrated with his family to the United States. He attended Frankford High School and Peirce Business School. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1942 and served in the South Pacific, receiving a Purple Heart for injuries at Leyte. He was an accountant during his working career, being self employeed for the last 16 years. He was a member of the Willow Grove American Legion Post.
Relatives and friends were invited to his graveside service Friday, January 23, 2004, at 11:00 A.M. at Lawnview Cemetery, 500 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge.

Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Hulmeville Road, Bensalem followed the funeral mass.

Edward was a retiree after 40 years with AT & T. He was a W.W.II Navy Veteran having served aboard the USS Hancock in the Pacific Theater.

Interment at Lawnview Cemetery, 500 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge followed the funeral mass.
