Dorothy M. Gault, 90, of Henderson, Ky., died Friday, Nov. 26, 1999, in the Community Methodist Hospital of Henderson. She was a member of the United Church of the Nazarene, where she was a children's Sunday school teacher for many years. She was also a member of the Zion Homemakers Club and the Homemakers Chorus. She was preceded in death by her husband, William T. Gault, in 1976. She is survived by her stepdaughter, Mrs. Dorothy Norris and husband, Seaton, of Henderson; a stepson, Robert Gault and wife, Doris, of Jeannette; a sister, Annabelle Muller of Troy; and a brother, Paul Glunt of McKeesport. Also, surviving are 14 step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; step-great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME INC., 201 N. First St., Jeannette, Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted in the funeral home Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Robert W. Gault, pastor of the Hatcher's Memorial Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in the Jeannette Memorial Park, Penn Township. Memorial donations are suggested to the United Church of the Nazarene, and/or Gideon's International.
Anna Gash Lotinsky, 82, of Export, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999. Born June 28, 1917, in Export, a daughter of the late Carl and Anna Dydiw Gash. She was a member of St. Michael's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Jeannette. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Lotinsky; a son, John; two brothers, Walt "Russian" Kurian and Charles Gash; and a sister, Mary Lotinsky. Surviving are a son, Carl and wife, Debra, of Saltsburg; a daughter, Carol Lotinsky and a daughter-in-law, Kathi, both of Export; a sister, Mrs. (Charles) (Stella) Cherepko, of Export; and two grandsons, Jason and Justin. Friends will be received at the EDWIN N. WOLFE FUNERAL HOME INC., Export, Monday and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home, with the Rev. Father Robert Popichak officiating. Entombment Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont. Parastas service Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
James Warren Proctor, 76, of Delmont, died Sunday, Nov. 28, 1999. He was born Dec. 5, 1922, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Troley Shields and Mary Ellen Bridge Proctor. He was a retired bank manager and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Proctor; and a niece, Rosanne Proctor. He is survived by a sister-in-law, Eleanor Proctor of Murrysville; six nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Proctor, Timothy Proctor, Erin Barone, Eileen Harrison, Thomas Proctor and Theodor Proctor; nine great-nieces and great-nephews; and a dear friend and companion, Leona Fontana of Delmont, and her daughters, Sandy Fontana and Judy Massari, and her granddaughter, Renee Bittner. Visitation Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the JOHN T. HART FUNERAL HOME, Murrysville. A service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 1 p.m. with Dr. T. Ewen Holmes officiating. Interment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont. If desired, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Francis J. Reott, 75, of Adamsburg, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999, at his home. He was born May 16, 1924, in Irwin, a son of the late Nicholas Joseph and Ellen Dugan Reott. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a machinist for Elliott Co. of Jeannette. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of the St. Boniface Church of Penn, a member of the Penn Rod and Gun Club, and a member of the Claridge American Legion Post 260. Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Olga Macrania Reott; two sons, Paul Reott and his wife, Diane, of Newtown Square, Pa., and John Reott of Wegley; three grandchildren, John Paul, Alexandra and Matthew Reott; a sister, Ellen Frantz and her husband, Robert, of Greensburg; a brother, Paul Gene Reott and his wife, Dorothy, of Wegley; and nieces and nephews, Nick and Barbara Reott of Jeannette, Joseph Reott of North Huntingdon, Beverly and Wayne Null of New Stanton, Edward and Mercedes Frantz of Wexford, and Cindy and Michael Geho of Allentown. Friends will be received at the JOSEPH F. OTT FUNERAL HOME INC., Fifth and Oak streets, Irwin, Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in the St. Boniface Church. Entombment will follow in the Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Hempfield Township. A blessing service will be held Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
Richard T. "Dickie" Robertucci, 58, of Scottdale (Upper Tyrone Township), passed away Sunday morning, Nov. 28, 1999, at his residence. Dickie was born in Hempfield Township, March 24, 1941, a son of the late George and Raphael Mary Zucco Robertucci. Dickie was a former tool and die maker with Modulus Corp. in Mt. Pleasant, prior to the plant's closure, and more recently was employed as a machinist at C&K Composites in Bridgeport. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Scottdale. Dickie will be remembered as a hard working, loving father and grandfather, and an excellent cook to his family and friends. Dickie is survived by his former wife and friend, Alice; four loving children, Mary K. McKnight and husband, Jay, of Scottdale RD1, George H. Robertucci at home, Christopher A. Robertucci and wife, Lisa, of Kingview, and Maria D. Black and husband, Samuel, of Scottdale; and five loving grandchildren, Jesse McKnight, Brittany and Nicholas Robertucci, Kailyn Robertucci, and Jessica Black. In addition to his parents, Dickie was preceded in death by a son, Richard T. "Dickie" Robertucci Jr. in 1973, and a granddaughter, Angela D. McKnight in 1981. Family and friends will be received at the ROBERT B. Louise M. Wall, 94, of Export, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999. She was born Sept. 7, 1905, in Export, a daughter of the late Robert and Grace Hill Schake. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard J. Wall. She is survived by three daughters, Betty Bauermann of Clearwater, Fla., Mary Lou Condon of Pensacola, Fla., and Faye Trent of Export; a son, Leonard R. Wall of Palm Beach Garden, Fla.; two sisters, Faye Indrunas of Lakeland, Fla., and Virginia Del Torre of Turtle Creek; two brothers, Richard and the Rev. Jack Schake, both of Irwin; 18 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Visitation Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the JOHN T. HART FUNERAL HOME, Murrysville. A service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 10 a.m. with Father William McGuirk officiating. William C. Klingensmith Jr., 82, of New Kensington, died Monday, Nov. 15, 1999. He was the retired owner of Klingensmith Hardware of New Kensington and a local land developer. Beloved husband of 60 years of Marian Dale Klingensmith. Father of Dr. William C. Klingensmith III, Mrs. Frederick (Nancy) Wolfe and Marjorie Chused, all of Denver, Colo. Also seven grandchildren. Brother of Mrs. Ted (Margaret) Duglass of Hendersonville, N.C. Preceded in death by a sister, Mary Kay Ashe; and parents, W. Claude Sr. and Helen Dill Klingensmith. Wilma L. Gall, 86, of Pleasant Hills, on Monday, Nov. 15, 1999. A member of the Allegheny General Nurses Association Alumni. Beloved sister of Esther Anderson; and aunt of Judith Maurhoff. Also survived by many other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME INC., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. Ronald H. McDowell, 56, of Manor, died Wednesday, Nov. 17, 1999, in West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born Dec. 6, 1942, in Greensburg, a son of Charles and Helen Davis McDowell of Manor. He was employed as a mechanic for Beckwith Machine in Blawnox. He was a member of the Penn Lutheran Church and the International Union #66 of Operating Engineers. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 34 years, Lorena Raspotnik McDowell; two sons, Ronald S. and wife, Cheryl McDowell, of North Huntingdon and James E. McDowell of Westmoreland City; a daughter, Heather L. McDowell, of Pitcairn; a sister, Donna Nedley, of Harrison City; and five grandchildren, Brian, Brent, Samantha, Megan, and Kayli McDowell. Friends will be received at the JAMES E. LINDSAY FUNERAL HOME INC., Main Street, Harrison City, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Robert J. Marks officiating. Interment will follow in Irwin Union Cemetery, Irwin.
Paul E. Petenbrink, 81, of North Grove Street, Scottdale, died Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1999, in Countryside Rest Home, Mt. Pleasant. He was born March 29, 1918, in Scottdale, a son of the late Edwin and Clara Geiger Petenbrink. He was a lifelong member of the Scottdale Church of Christ and the community of Scottdale. He served his church as a deacon, elder and Sunday school teacher, and was a member of the Co-Strivers Sunday school class. Paul was a graduate from Scottdale High School with the Class of 1937. He served with the U.S. Navy from 1936 to 1940 and the U.S. Navy Air Force from 1941 to 1945. While in the Navy, he attended the Naval Air Technical Training School in Chicago, Ill., and the Link Trainers School in Pensacola, Fla. Paul retired from the U.S. Post Office on May 12, 1973, after 32 years of service as a mail carrier for the Scottdale area. He was a life member of the Scottdale VFW Post, Senior Citizens Group of Connellsville and a member of Branch 84 Postal Union in Pittsburgh. Paul leaves to cherish his memories, his loving and devoted wife, Donna J. Camlin Petenbrink, with whom he celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary on June 17, 1999; a daughter, Karen K. Thornblade and her husband, Dr. Edward D. Thornblade, of Scottdale; two grandchildren, Tracey Belmont and her husband, Dr. Michael Belmont, of Philadelphia, and Dr. Carl E. Thornblade of San Antonio, Texas; two brothers, Gilbert Petenbrink and his wife, Hazel, of Christian City, Ga., and Ray Petenbrink and his wife, Ann, of Fairfield, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Paul Eugene Petenbrink Jr., who died Sept. 30, 1968; and a brother, Orlin Mankamyer. Paul's family will receive friends in the FRANK KAPR FUNERAL HOME INC., 417 W. Pittsburgh St., Scottdale, Friday from 1 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with his pastor, Bob Chambers, officiating. Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville. The family suggests memorials be made to the Scottdale Church of Christ, in loving memory of Paul E. Petenbrink.
