DOROTHY MAE PICKELL MULAC
Dorothy Mae Pickell Mulac, 63, of North Huntingdon, died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999, at her home. She was born June 3, 1936, in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Howard C. and Gertrude Knoll Pickell. She was a member of the Penns Woods Civic Association of North Huntingdon. Surviving are her husband of 34 years, Anthony M. Mulac; four daughters, Susan and her husband, David Petrulak of Jeannette, Sherry and her husband, Donald Acalotto, Trish and her husband John "J.R." Acalotto, and Pamela and her husband, Robert Beranek, all of North Huntingdon; seven grandchildren, Kellie, Kristopher, Erica, Anthony, Brianna, Leanndra and Lindsay; a brother, Howard C. Pickell Jr. of Boston, Pa.; and a sister, Eunice Gibb of Irwin. Friends will be received at the JOSEPH F. OTT FUNERAL HOME INC., Fifth and Oak streets, Irwin, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A blessing service will be held Monday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Richard J. Kosisko, pastor of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, officiating. Interment will follow in the Penn-Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon.

STEPHEN J. MUSINSKY
Stephen J. Musinsky, 85, of East McKeesport, died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999. He was a retired employee of U.S. Steel, Irvin Works. He was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Church, East McKeesport, and a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Irene Racko Musinsky; and his second wife, Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Busija Musinsky. He is survived by his wife, Emily Smith Musinsky; a son, Gerald of Germany; a daughter, Anna Marie Blawas of Berea, Ohio; a stepson, Stephen Smith of McKeesport; five stepdaughters, Leslie Mathis of Butler, Mary Beth Drakulic of Level Green, Susan Kirkpatrick of North Versailles, Teri Kratochvil of Level Green and Kim Varacalli of North Huntingdon; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, the Rev. John Musinsky of Italy; and two sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" Zamborsky of West Mifflin and Ann Fudalla of Munhall. Friends will be received at the FORGIE-SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, 1032 Broadway, East McKeesport, Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at noon in St. Robert Bellarmine Church. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Port Vue.

FRED M. PRAH SR.
Fred M. Prah Sr., 78, of Derry (Peanut), died Friday, Nov. 26, 1999, at his home. He was born Feb. 19, 1921, in New Derry, a son of the late John and Louise Lekse Prah. He was a lifelong member of St. Martin's Church, New Derry. He was retired from the Latrobe Steel Co., and was a World War II veteran, having served six years in the U.S. Army in the European Theatre. During the war, he was a small arms weapons mechanic responsible for inspection and repairs on all types of hand and shoulder weapons and machine guns. He was a loving husband and father, and an avid hunter and outdoorsman who also enjoyed gardening. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by three brothers, Louis, John and Joseph Prah; and three sisters, Mary Ream, Rose Benedict and Frances Opatka. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary A. Rick Prah; two sons, Fred Prah Jr. and special friend, Diane Williams, of Shaler Township and James Prah and his wife, Gretchen, of Latrobe; five daughters, Janet McNaughton and her husband, Philip, of New Alexandria, Diana Kostelnik and her husband, Anthony, of Latrobe, Carol Downs and her husband, George, of Loyalhanna, Mary Prah of New Derry, and Donna Hogue and her husband, Marvin, of Blairsville; and a brother, Rudolph Prah of Derry. Also survived by eight grandchildren, Christina Downs and her husband, Ray Rager, Eliott Downs and his wife, Janice, Emilie Kostelnik and her fiance, Arthur Ray, Kimberly Kostelnik, Jodi Kostelnik, Ryan McNaughton, Douglas Prah and Heather Prah; a great-granddaughter, Jessica; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the JOHN J. LOPATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 601 Weldon St., Latrobe. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Martin's Church with the Rev. Arthur J. Holtz, O.S.B., as celebrant. Interment St. Martin's Cemetery. Military services will be held at 10:15 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.

JACK COWAN SARVER
Jack Cowan Sarver, 77, of North Versailles, died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1999. A son of the late Percy and Jessie (Cowan) Sarver. Beloved husband of Helen "Honey" (Kukic) Sarver. Dear father of Stephen "Slugger" (Althea) Sarver, Eugene E. "Babe" (Arlene) Sarver, Martin "Marty" (Julie) Sarver, and Nancy (Jack) Steere. Grandfather of Melissa (Raymond) Ascione and J.J. (Theodora) Sarver. Great-grandfather of Madison Louise Ascione. Brother of Percy Eugene (Gerry) Sarver and the late Mary Bevan, Grace Jones, Sylvana Polka and Bert Sarver; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends received at the ALFIERI FUNERAL HOME INC., 201 Marguerite Ave., Wilmerding, Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday until the time of service in the funeral home at noon. Additional services will follow in St. Nicholas Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church at 1 p.m. Interment Grandview Cemetery, North Versailles. Mr. Sarver worked for many years as a heavy equipment operator. One of his final projects with Harrison Construction was a special project at Lakewood Country Club.

ROWLAND E. SCOTT JR.
Rowland E. Scott Jr., 64, of Ligonier, died Friday, Nov. 26, 1999, at his residence. He was born May 31, 1935, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Rowland E. Sr. and Anna Marie Faas Scott. Prior to retirement, he was employed as an architectural draftsman for Creative Productions, Pittsburgh. He had attended West Virginia University. Rowland was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army (1959-1961). He was a private pilot and an avid radio control plane builder. He is survived by his wife, Jean Brobst Scott; three children, Charles and his wife, Arlene, of Munhall, David and his wife, Renne, of Irwin, and Maria and her husband, Mark Wells, of Latrobe; six grandchildren, Brad, Megan, Deidra, Derrick, Ryan and Cameron; and an aunt, Ruth Scheel of Gibsonia. There will be no visitation. Memorial services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in the SNYDER FUNERAL HOME INC. & CREMATORY, Route 982 South, Latrobe, with the Rev. William E. Ordelt Jr. officiating. ERNEST O. WATT
Ernest O. Watt, 85, of Casselberry, Fla., formerly of Irwin, died Saturday, Nov. 13, 1999, in Florida Hospital, Altamonte Springs, Fla. He was born in Export. He had retired after 42 years with Huwood-Irwin Corp. as a fabricator/welder in steel manufacturing. He is survived by his wife, Doris V. Watt of Casselberry, Fla.; three sons, David James Watt of Orange City, Fla., Robert E. Watt of Deltona, Fla., and Todd B. Watt of Vero Beach, Fla.; two daughters, Virginia A. Heywood of Lakeland, Fla., and Cynthia Louise Goembel of Longwood, Fla.; a brother, Charles James Watt of Export; a sister, Florence Good of Jeannette; and eight grandchildren. Services and burial were conducted Tuesday, Nov. 16, at the DELTONA MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME AND CEMETERY, Orange City, Fla.

DELORES J. WESTCOAT
Delores J. Westcoat, 65, of Brownsville, formerly of California, Pa., died Thursday, Nov. 25, 1999, at her home. She was born Nov. 6, 1934, in Blainesburg (West Brownsville), a daughter of the late John F. and Dorothy Weaver Westcoat. She was a member of the United Christian Church, Disciples of Christ, California, Pa., and a graduate of California State Teachers College. Prior to retirement in 1997, she was a teacher for the Brownsville Area High School for 41 years, and was senior class adviser and sponsor of the National Honor Society. Past president of the Brownsville Business Professional Women, she also served as state president and district director. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star of California, Pa., where she was past Worthy Matron, and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Hiller Fire Co. She is survived by a sister, Diana and husband, Wylie Irwin, of Irwin; a brother, Thomas J. and wife, Janet Westcoat, of Long Branch, Pa.; nieces, Rhonda Irwin Fletcher, Janice Irwin Mihalko and Dawn Irwin Kane; nephews, Jeffrey and Michael Westcoat; four great-nephews, Tyler, Nicholas, Matthew and Bobby; and a great-niece, Gillian. She was predeceased by a sister, Dorothy Dell Westcoat. Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park St., Brownsville, Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Norman Hunt officiating. Interment Redstone Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the United Christian Church of Christ, California, Pa.; B.P.W. Foundation; or the American Cancer Society. A memorial service will be conducted Sunday at 3 p.m. by the B.P.W.

JAMES H. ALTMAN
James H. Altman, 43, of Penn Township, died Saturday, Nov. 27, 1999, in his home. He was born May 10, 1956, in Pittsburgh, a son of Barbara Schrock Altman of Claridge and the late Walter J. Altman. He was employed as a mechanic for Export Tire. He was a member of the Bushy Run American Legion Post #260 in Claridge, and the S.N.P.J. of Pleasant Valley. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Renee O'Connell Altman; a son, John D. Pullen of Jeannette; two daughters, Marion and husband, Eric Barr, of Pittsburgh and Melanie Altman of Export; a brother, Mark A. Altman of Cleveland, Ohio; and a sister, Cheryl and husband, William Holman, of Claridge. Friends will be received at the JAMES E. LINDSAY FUNERAL HOME INC., Main Street, Harrison City, Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Milton Nichols officiating. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1011 Old Salem Road, Greensburg, PA 15601.

ROBERT F. CONLEY
Robert F. Conley, 88, of Export, died Wednesday, Nov. 24, 1999, at his home. He was born Oct. 30, 1911, in Valencia, the son of the late Joseph Earl and Margaret Blanche Ludwick Conley. He was a retired supervisor for the Central Division of the Peoples Natural Gas Co. with 42 years of service. He was a member and former trustee of the First Presbyterian Church of Murrysville; a member of the Forbes Trail Lodge #783 F&AM; The Consistory, Valley of Pittsburgh, and the Syria Shrine. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Jonathan Conley Hild, in 1990. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Helen Fausold Conley; two daughters, Barbara Conley Hild of Pulaski and Linda Conley of Petaluma, Calif.; a granddaughter, Joanna Hild Bentz of Lawrenceville, Ga.; and a great-grandson, Christopher Jonathan Bentz. Interment will be private in the Mars Cemetery, Adams Township. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Nov. 30, at 3 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church of Murrysville with Dr. T. Ewen Holmes officiating. If desired, memorials may be made to the Church Building Fund.

ALVIN B. COSTABILE
Alvin B. Costabile, 75, of Youngwood and Greensburg, died Friday, Nov. 26, 1999, as a result of a heart attack. He was born in Greensburg, Sept. 23, 1924, and was a son of the late John and Josephine Costabile. He had served in the U.S. Army during World War II, and was a retired employee of the former Overmyer Mould Co. in Greensburg. He was Catholic by faith and a member of the VFW. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne Dull Costabile; and two brothers, Henry and Louis Costabile. He is survived by his children, Kathy Kapalka of Wexford, Jerri Keller of Boston, Mass., Alvin Costabile, and John and his wife, Jackie Costabile, all of Greensburg; his sister, Rosajean Gaskey of Greensburg; brother, Donald Costabile of Hueytown, Ala.; and five grandchildren, Allison and Paul Kapalka, Yvonne, Johnny and Jamie Costabile. Family and friends will be received at the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, 524 N. Main St., Greensburg, Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A blessing service will be held in the funeral home Tuesday at 10 a.m., followed by interment in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery. The family wishes memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.
