KRAUSE, Richard
Richard P. Krause, 95, of Charleston died Tuesday, July 2nd at a local nursing facility. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Rinehardt and Anna Hoegel Krause. He was the husband of the late Ethel E. Byrd Krause. Mr. Krause a retired baker. He was a former member of Ft. Pierce First Baptist Church were her served in many different capacities for over 40 years. After retirement Mr. Krause moved to Charleston he became a member of Fort Johnson Baptist Church and later joined James Island Presbyterian Church and attended until he became ill. Mr. Krause is survived by his daughter, Demaries Atwood of Charleston, three sons, Richard Krause, Jr., of Del Rio, Tenn., Darrell Krause, of Fort White, FL., John Raymond Krause of Carlsbad, New Mexico, a sister, Joy Roberson of Kissimmee, FL., and was predeceased by his sister Violet Brock. Also surviving Mr. Krause or fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Graveside Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Holy Cross cemetery.

MOORE, Jimmie
Captain Jimmie Rodgers Moore, USN Retired, 70, died Sunday, June 30, 2002, at his home in Mt. Pleasant, S.C. Born January 11, 1932, in Sapps, ALA., Captain Moore was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. James B. Moore. He joined the navy as an enlisted man following graduation from Aliceville High School in 1949. To highlight only a few of his many accomplishments in more than 30 years active duty, he graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, commanded two conventional submarines, commissioned the Navy's first all new SSN 688 class nuclear submarines squadron, and served as Plans Officer for the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations. Following his retirement, Capt. Moore earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA. He spent much of his time as a Master Gardener in Mount Pleasant. Survivors include his wife, Jacquelyn H. Moore, Mt. Pleasant; one son, David Spencer Moore, Virginia Beach, VA; two daughters: Jennifer Susan Moore, Alexandria, VA, Jessica Marie Moore, Bogota, NJ; two brothers: James Gilbert Moore, Alexandria, VA, Jessica Marie Moore, Bogota, NJ; two brothers: James Gilbert Moore, Aliceville, ALA, James Britt Moore, Jr., Northport, ALA; four sisters: Frances Harrice Rogers, Tuscalcosa, ALA; Lonnie Evelyn Sheppard, Tuscaloosa, ALA; Jannet Moore Crawford, Northport, ALA; Helen Sarah Boston, Pensacola, FLA; and two grandchildren: James and Nicole Beauchamp. Services will be held Monday, July 8th, 11a.m., at Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Pilgrims Rest cemetery in Sapps, Alabama. DANIELSON, Wesley
Wesley Osborne Danielson, 75, widower of Eric G. Danielson, of Isle of Palms, S.C. died Tuesday, July 2, 2002 at her residence. All funeral services will be Private. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.
Mrs. Danielson was born in Bridgeport, Conn., a daughter of Charles and Ida K. Osborne. She was a 1944 graduate of Central High School, Bridgeport Conn., and retired from Bodine Corporation as an Administrative Secretary. She formerly worked as secretary for Island Realty and Wild Dunes.
Surviving are two sons, Charles E. Danielson, MD of Wayne, Maine and Thomas O. Danielson of Mt. Pleasant, SC, one sister, Michelle Davenport of Aptos, CA and two grandchildren, Eric and Andrea Danielson.

EASLEY, Margaret
Entered into eternal rest on the evening of July 2, 2002, Margaret Longenecker Easley, wife of Dr. James W. Easley, Residence, James Island, S.C. Memorial services will be conducted at a later date in New Jersey.
Mrs. Easley was born February 8, 1926 in San Diego, California, the daughter of Frank F. Longenecker and Margaret Ray Longenecker. She graduated from University of California in Berkeley and received her M.S. from Rutgers University. She retired as a librarian. She was a member of Grace Episcopal Church.
She is survived by her husband of James Island, S.C., one daughter, Dr. Karen E. Mawn of Ricine, Wisconsin, one son, Paul W. Easley of Jarrettsville, Maryland, one brother, Reverend Donald Longenecker of Forrestville, Ca., and five grandchildren.

GIACCO, Joseph
Entered into eternal rest on the morning of July 1, 2002, Joseph J. Giacco, widower of Patricia Martin Giacco. Residence, James Island, SC. Mr. Giacco was born January 20, 1926, in Meriden, Connecticut, the son of Salvatore John Giacco and Maria Di Maria Giacco. He was a graduate of Virginia Tech and served with the US Navy during W.W.II. He began his career in Metallurgical Engineering and retired from Electrolux Corp. as Executive Vice President of Operations. He was a member of Nativity Catholic Church and the Country Club of Charleston.
He is survived by daughter, Tanya G. Deke and her husband Daryl of Pacific Palisades, California, 3 sons, Jay J. Giacco and his wife Denise of Avon, Connecticut, Todd C. Giacco of Atlanta, Georgia and Kyle D. Giacco of Houston, Texas, one brother, Alexander Giacco of Greenville, Delaware, 2 sisters, Mary Gelbogis of Waterbury, Connecticut and Beatrice Kowalski of Wallingford, Connecticut, 7 Grandchildren, Scott Deke, Jeffrey Deke and Jack Deke, Brittany Giacco, Brett Giacco, Corey Giacco and Michael Giacco.
GLAZE, Marion

Mr. Glaze was born December 27, 1928, in Adrian, Georgia, the son of Coleman H. Glaze and Selma Mulling Glaze. He retired from the Charleston Naval Shipyard in the Nuclear Machine Shop #31. He was a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church. He served with the US Navy and was a member of the VFW and the American Legion.
Two daughters survive him: Marion G. Currow of Augusta, Ga., and Gay Glaze of Minneapolis, Minnesota, 2 brothers, Glenn A. Glaze and Coleman O. Glaze, both of Charleston, S.C., one sister, Mary Evelyn Cochran of Americus, Georgia, 3 granddaughters, Kimberly Currow Erickson, Lauren Drose and Gabrielle Drose and 2 great grandchildren Lily and Lane Erickson.

LEINING, Dr. Albert
Dr. Albert Lewis Leining, D.D.S., 84, widower of Theodora T. Leining, died Monday in a local nursing home. The relatives and friends of Dr. Leining are invited to attend his memorial service, Friday, July 5, 2002 at Cooper Hall Retirement Community at 10 AM. Arrangements by J. Dr. Leining was born in Weehawken, New Jersey, son of Albert L. and Margaret P. Leining. He was a US Army Veteran and served during the Korean War in the medical field. Dr. Leining ran a successful dental practice in Rockaway, NJ for fifty years and was a Mason.
Surviving is a daughter, Lynn L. McNally of Isle of Palms, SC, two sons, Albert L. Leining, III of Lake Mary, FL., and Mark E. Leining of North Brunswick, NJ, and four grandchildren.

DEHON, Elizabeth
Elizabeth B. Dehon, 94, widower of Theodore Dehon of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., died Tuesday, July 2, 2002 in a local hospital. Funeral services will be at a later date. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.
Mrs. Dehon was born in Darlington, S.C., a daughter of George Andrew and Amie W. Buchanan. She was a 1928 graduate of Winthrop College and Retired school teacher, former director of Christian Education at First Scots Presbyterian Church in downtown Charleston, and a member of St. Philips Episcopal Church in Brevard, N.C. She was the sole surviving sibling of George Andrew Buchanan, Jr., former editor of the Columbia Record and Dean of Journalism at USC. She was also a member of the Daughters of American Revolution and the United Daughters of the Confederacy.
Surviving are two sons, William Barr Todd III of Charleston, S.C., George Buchanan Todd and one daughter, Andrella Todd Brunson, both of Columbia, S.C., five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
