BRUCH, Mark
Mark Wilson Bruch 83, of North Charleston, died Saturday, June 29, 2002 in a local hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2002 in Yeamans Park Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Gardens. Born December 26, 1918, in Jonesboro, Indiana. He was the son of the late Charles Vernon Bruch and Gracie Payne Bruch.
Mr. Bruch was preceded in death by his wife Anita Ray Bruch. Mr. Bruch was a retired Garden Shop Manager with Sears. An Air Force Veteran of WWII and the Korean Wars. He was a Charter Member of the Yeaman Park Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include daughters; Mary Jane Bruch, of Folly Beach, Candace Darlene Bruch of North Charleston and Ramona Alana Peavy of Goose Creek, a son; Mark Kevin Bruch of Montgomery, Alabama, a sister Virginia "Ginny" Walters, two brothers; Phil Bruch, of Michigan and Bob Bruch of California four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Patsy Osborne Cantley, 54, of 356 Cantley Landing Rd., died Monday, July 1, 2002, at Roper Hospital in Charleston.
Funeral service will be 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2002, at the Bloomingvale Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery directed by ANDREWS CHAPEL OF MCKENZIE FUNERAL HOME.
Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Tuesday evening, July 2, 2002, at Bloomingvale Baptist Church.
Mrs. Cantley was born February 17, 1948, in Williamsburg County, a daughter of Weldon E. Osborne and Pauline H. Osborne. She was educated in Williamsburg County School System. She was a member of Bloomingvale Baptist Church, Church Choir, Women Missionary Union, and was a Sunday School Teacher. She is predeceased by her father and a brother, Ernest Osborne.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Cades, are: Her husband; Charles B. Cantley III of Andrews; three daughters; Michelle Cantley of Atlanta, GA; Melissa Cantley of Burbank, CA; and Marsha C. Davis of Hemingway; three sisters; Dorothy O. Cantley of Andrews; Nancy O. Morris and Kathy O. Timmons, both of Cades, three grandchildren, Ashleigh Fersner, Kyle Fersner, and Anna Davis.
WEATHERFORD, E.
Eberdeen Campbell Weatherford, 75, widow of Leon H. Weatherford, died Saturday, June 29, 2002 at her home.
Born in Darlington County, she was the daughter of the late Hollie Edward Campbell, Sr. and the late Hallie Hill Campbell. Mrs. Weatherford was a retired manager of Krispy Kreme.
Survivors include four daughters, Judy Ettinger and her husband Jack of Ladson, Sandy Martin of Mt. Pleasant, Kathy Parnell and her husband Carl of Charleston, Pam Gillman of Charleston; two brothers, Hollie Edward Campbell, Jr. and his wife Jeanne of Independence, Missouri, Charles W. Campbell and his wife Betty of Dalzell; three sisters, Sara Amerson of Sumter, Shirley Edgar and her husband Bennie of N. Charleston, and Shelby Rodgers of Waycross, Ga; nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth McLeod.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the CHAPEL OF THE ELMORE-HILL-MCCREIGHT FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL with the Rev. Ed Bowen officiating.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the ELMORE-HILL-MCCREIGHT FUNERAL HOME.

ST. GEORGE, S.C. - Deryl Wimberly Comer, 47 of 121 Comer Lane, St. George died Monday at her home.
