WRIGHT, Laura
Laura Frost Wright died on Tuesday, April 23, 2002, at a local hospital. She was born in Charleston on July 9, 1944, a daughter of the late John Preston Frost and the late Laura Green Frost. She was a member of St. Michael's Episcopal Church.
Surviving are her husband, Arnold Wright, Jr., a daughter, Laura Holt Crabtree Morawitz, two grandsons, Keene Morawitz and Peter Morawitz. Also surviving are two sisters, Celestine Frost Lehmann-Haupt and Frances Frost Hutson.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2002, at St. Michael's Episcopal Church.

Mr. Reynolds was born in Charleston, S.C., the son of William Alvo Reynolds and Lillian Christina Sweat Reynolds. He was a retired welder for the Charleston Naval Shipyard. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Ravenel.
Surviving are his wife of Ravenel, S.C.; four daughters, Joan Tew (Tim) of Portsmouth, Va., Theresa Hearn (Frank) of N. Tonawanda, N.Y., Donna Burghardt (Craig) of Pisgah Forest, N.C., and Rachel Reynolds of Ravenel, S.C.; three sons, Raymond Reynolds, Jr., (Bettye) of Summerville, S.C., Carl Reynolds (Kathy) of Kailua, Ill., and Linden Reynolds (Debbie) of Charleston, S.C.; one brother, William Alvo Reynolds, Jr., of Vermontville, Mich.; one sister, Maude Tisdale (Bill) of North Charleston, S.C.; 25 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Dunn was born in Charleston, S.C. on February 22, 1954 the son of the late John F. Dunn and Vera L. Dunn. He retired from construction as a pipe fitter. He attended North Charleston High School and was a member of Hanahan Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother of Hanahan, S.C., one sister, Henrietta Dunn Roberts of Hanahan, S.C., one son, Christian Michael Dunn, of Summerville, S.C., one daughter, Desiree Dunn of Summerville, S.C., three nephews, Joey Roberts of Goose Creek, S.C., Bryan Roberts of North Charleston, S.C., Jonathan Roberts, of Hanahan, S.C., one brother-in-law, Raymond L. Roberts of Hanahan, S.C., three special aunts, Hattie Peagler of Hanahan, S.C., Annie Forbes of Georgetown, S.C., Blance Hyatt of Georgetown, S.C., one uncle, Carl Lane of Fayetteville, N.C., one step-son, Shane Decker, of Mississippi two great-nieces, Jessica Roberts and Katelyn Roberts, and one great-nephew, Austin Roberts.

WARD, William
William Jackson Ward, Sr., 74, died Saturday April 20, 2002 at a hospital in North Charleston, S.C. He was born March 26, 1928 in Florence, S.C. A veteran, Mr. Ward retired from the U.S. Air Force as a crew chief. He was a Supervisor at S.C. State Ports Authority. He owned and operated Ward's Shoe Repair business for 7 years. He was also a painter with Laurentide. Mr. Ward was a Baptist, and he was a member of Masonic Lodge #401, Scottish Rite and Shriners. His father, the late Kelly Ward preceded him in death; he is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nellie Ward (nee Rountree); son, William Jackson Ward, Jr., Moncks Corner; three daughters, Lena Gail McLaughlin Stout (Ernie Stout), Summerville, Greeta Jean Gowder Burbage, Summerville, S.C., Gwyn Sineath Kinard (Roy Kinard) Walterboro, S.C.; mother, Lena Mae Ward Kiker (nee Langston), Florence, S.C.; two sisters, Gloria Rowell, Florence, S.C., and Kelly Mae Howle, Columbia, S.C.; ten grandchildren including William Ashley Ward; 11 great-grandchildren including Terry McLaughlin; his sidekick dog Pepe and cat Tigger. Sheila M. Bowles was employed at Roper Hospital as a surgical technologist for four years.
She will be interred at the Rosehill cemetery, Linden, N.J.
