Mr. Bennet is survived by his wife, Mrs. Edna Bennett, his children, Ms. Shirley Clark, Mrs. Marva Louise Page (Jay), Mrs. Martha Fairrow, Mr. Marsh Bennett, Jr., Mr. Ira Henderson (Jestine), Ms. Beverly Henderson and Mr. Marvin Henderson, his step-children, Mr. Henry Brown, Mr. Maurice Simmons (Sylvia) and Ms. Latishia Simmons, 20 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, his brothers and sister, Mr. Edward Bennett, Sr., Mr. George Bennett (Mildred), and Mrs. Inez Vanderhorst (James), nieces, nephews, a special friend, Mr. Issac Foster, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation for Mr. Bennett will be at the William M. Smith Memorial Chapel, 2 Radcliffe St., Charleston, S.C., on Monday, April 8, 2002, from 2 to 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m.

HUFF, Helen
Helen Heath Huff, 85, of 2030 Charlie Hall Blvd., Charleston, S.C., died Saturday, April 6, 2002, at a Charleston hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., on Monday, April 8, 2002, in the SHELLHOUSE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL. Interment will follow in the Town Creek Baptist Church cemetery. Rev. John Bolin will officiate.
Mrs. Huff was a member of Talatha Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Florence R. Herman, Charleston; two grandchildren, Jackie D. Barnes, James Island, S.C., Carla Herman Moran, Mt. Pleasant, S.C.; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Myrtle Heath Garvin, Aiken; two brothers, Edgar Heath, Clearwater, S.C., and Robert L. Heath (wife Dorothy Heath), Aiken.
Pallbearers will be Mike Moran, Alan Barnes, Ronnie Heath, Rickie Heath, Allen Heath, Tommy Garvin, Shawn Heath.

Ms. Crosby was born in Charleston County and was the daughter of Derrell K. Crosby and the late Carol Patricia Crosby. She was a graduate of North Charleston High School, a Christian and a member of the Gospel Light Baptist Church.
Surviving is her father, Derrell K. Crosby; her step-mother, Janis J. Crosby; her beloved brother, Will Scott Crosby of Columbus, Ga.; her grandmothers, Mary S. Crosby of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Mildred Blanchard of Bonneau, S.C.; Uncle James Heyward Crosby, Jr., of Charleston Heights; Aunt Barbara Noland of Chattanooga, Tenn.; Joan Head of Crossville, Tenn.; Gloria Howard of Sullivans Island, S.C.; and Debbie Leluke of North Carolina. A very close, cherished cousin, Kelly Head of Ladson, S.C.; and lifetime friend, Danny Santos of Goose Creek, S.C.

ANDREWS - Randolph Revels Pitts, Jr., 72, died Saturday, April 6, 2002, in Williamsburg Regional Hospital in Kingstree.
Mr. Pitts was born in Florence on December 16, 1929, a son of the late Randolph Revels Pitts and Amelia Higbe Pitts. He grew up in Andrews and lived there for a number of years prior to moving to Dillon and later to Kingstree.
Surviving are a brother, John H. Pitts and his wife Windola of Andrews; a sister-in-law, Mary M. Pitts of Marion; a nephew; and two nieces.
Funeral services will be at 3 o'clock Monday afternoon, April 8, 2002, at the graveside in Andrews Memorial cemetery. Officiating will be the Rev. L. Michael Mills. Burial will follow under the direction of the ANDREWS CHAPEL OF MAYER FUNERAL HOME.

ROBINS, Sr., Ernest
Ernest Arthur Robins, Sr., 77, husband of Henrietta Gaillard Robins of Bonneau, S.C., died Thursday, April 4, 2002 in a local hospital.
The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Arthur Robins are invited to attend the funeral services of the former Saturday, April 6, 2002 in Christ Episcopal Church at 3:30 o'clock. Mr. Robins was born in Branford, Florida, September 7, 1924 the son of John J. and Renah Mae St. John Robins.
Mr. Robins was a retired Sales Manager with Southern Mill Supply (now Charleston Supply). He served in the U.S. Navy in W.W.II on the USS Hornet as a Radio Gunnerman on a SB2C "Hell Diver." He was a founding member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, served on the vestry and was a Superintendent of the Sunday School. In the 1950's, he hosted Radio and TV shows dedicated to hunting and fishing in the Low Country. He was a member of the Charleston Elks Club and Charleston Rod and Reel Club.
Surviving are his wife, Henrietta Gaillard Robins of Bonneau, S.C., two sons, Ernest Arthur Robins, Jr. of Atlanta, Ga., William Gaillard Robins of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., one granddaughter, Lydia Fitzsimons Robins.
