Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 4 o'clock in James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Burial will be in Dorchester Memory Gardens, Summerville.

Justin was born on October 2, 1981 in Charleston, S.C., a son of of John Wesley and Sybil Janice Mizzell Maurice of Summerville. He was a graduate of Berkeley High School. He was a utilities technician. He was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church.
Surviving are his parents of Summerville; his sister, Amanda Jane Maurice of Summerville; maternal grandparents, Vivian D. Mizzell of Summerville; paternal grandparents, John R. and Edith W. Maurice of Nashville, Tenn.

SCOTT, Marion
CMSGT Marion Thomas Scott, U.S. Air Force (Ret.), 70, of Summerville, husband of Frances "Bunny" Lorene Beugnot Scott died Monday in a Charleston hospital.
Funeral service will be held Thursday at 11 o'clock in James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Burial will be held at 2 o'clock in Beaufort National cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 until 8 o'clock this evening.
Mr. Scott was born on December 4, 1931 in Waco, Texas, a son of the late William Marion Scott and Lois Jewel Hammock Scott Douglas.
CMSGT Scott served his country proudly with over 33 years of military service. His career started in the Naval reserves in Miami, Fla. in 1949. He transferred to the Air Force in 1951 where he served for over 30 years. During his career, he served at bases in Korea, Florida, Michigan, Vietnam and Charleston. While stationed at Charleston Air Force Base he served as a Superintendent of Aircraft Maintenance with the 437th Organizational Maintenance Squadron, where he retired in 1984. Through out his career, he received numerous decorations including the Bronze Star for bravery while serving in the Vietnam War. He was also a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He was a member of the Old Fort Masonic Lodge #420 A.F.M., Eutawville Flyers Radio Control Club and the Charleston Radio Control Society.
Surviving are his wife of Summerville; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dana Scott of Miami, Fla., Doug and Denise Scott of Summeville, S.C.; two daughters and son-in-laws, Debra and Kenneth Buber of Rancocas, N.J., Delores "Dee" Finn and Al Hill of Summerville, S.C.; seven grandchildren, Zachary, Tracey, Christopher, John, Jesse, Christine and Anna.

DORCHESTER - Will James, Sr., 82, of 1520 East Main Street, Dorchester, S.C. died Sunday, March 31, 2002, in a Charleston hospital after an extended illness. Mr. James was born December 25, 1919 in Dorchester, S.C., a son of the late Aaron James and Mrs. Gracie Macon James. He was a member of the Elem Missionary Baptist Church and attended the public schools of Dorchester County. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving are two brothers, Bennie (Ruth) James of Dorchester, S.C. and Wilson James of Harleyville, S.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Aldline Green and Mrs. Janie Lee Zeigler both of Harleyville, S.C., Mrs. Gracie Wamer of Brooklyn, New York. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

WALTERBORO - Mrs. Launette Crosby Way, 56, of 6787 Jefferies Highway died Monday at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday at the chapel of the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Bedon Baptist Church cemetery.
Mrs. Way was born in Colleton County, a daughter of Sarah Turner Crosby and the late Launie A. Crosby. She was the retired owner and operator of Launette's Flowers. She was a member of Bedon Baptist Church, a member of the S.C. Florist Association, where she served on the Board of Directors from 1996 thru 2000, and was named Florist of the Year in 1999. She was co-owner and operator of the Round O Fox Run. She was an avid fox hunter and member and avid supporter of the South Carolina Coalition of Dog Hunter's Rights. She was a lover of the outdoors.
Surviving in addition to her mother of Walterboro are her husband, Howard O. Way, Jr., a daughter, Elaine Knight and her husband Steve of Knightsville, sons, Neal Way and his wife Maureen of Walterboro and Launie Michael Way and his wife Ruth Ann of Walterboro, two sisters, Jackie Williams of Brunson and Theresa Jones of Walterboro, six grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.

Bessie Caldwell Harrison, 92, of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., died Monday, April 1, 2002, in a local hospital. Born October 2, 1909, in Mt. Pleasant, she was the daughter of Richard and Eunice Bacot Caldwell. A graduate of Mitchell College in Statesville, N.C., Mrs. Harrison was a retired Proof Reader for the Charleston News and Courier. A member of Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church, she belonged to the church's Sunday School, the Women of the Church, Circle #3, and worked with the "Pelican" church newsletter. Mrs. Harrison was preceded in death by her husband William B. Harrison. She is survived by a cousin, Richard Bacot Stall of Myrtle Beach, S.C. The funeral service will be 11 a.m., Friday, April 5, 2002, at Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church with burial in Mt. Pleasant Lutheran cemetery.
