O'CONNOR, Genevieve
Genevieve Ann (Smith) O'Connor, 71, of Goose Creek passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2002 at a local hospital. She was born on December 20, 1930 in Charleston, S.C., the daughter of Perry and Elizabeth Smith (nee McGrane). She was a devoted mother, wife, grandmother and a friend to all who knew her. For 12 years, she was the bookkeeper at Marrington Elementary School in Goose Creek. She is survived by her husband, Francis; two sons: Timothy E. O'Connor of North Charleston, S.C. and John F. O'Connor of Ladson, S.C.; three daughters: Elizabeth A. Davis of Goose Creek, S.C., Cynthia Miller of Port Orchard, Wash., and Mary F. O'Connor of Cottageville, S.C.; one brother, Perry J. Smith of Cordesville, S.C.; and two sisters: Patricia Rogers of Belton, S.C. and Teresa Fox of North Charleston, S.C. She is predeceased by a daughter, Suzanne M. O'Connor; and two sisters: Elizabeth Rivers and Delores Flemming. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 2, 2002 between the hours of 6 and 8 PM in the GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL OF McALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 100 S. Louis Henry Boudolf, Sr., of Charleston, entered into eternal rest on August 30, 2002. Born in Charleston of March 21, 1917, son of the late Francis Victor Boudolf and Ida Cordy Boudolf of Ostende, Belgium. Mr. Boudolf was a graduate of Murray High School. He was retired from Southern Division Engineering Command ROICC, of Charleston, as a supervisory inspector. He was also a life member of the Charleston Elks Lodge #242. Mr. Boudolf is survived by his wife of 51 years, Evelyn Mayfield Boudolf, and his five children, Louis Henry Boudolf, Jr. of West Linen, Oregon, Christopher Anthony Boudolf of Charleston, Lawrence Joseph Boudolf, Sr. of Charleston, Elizabeth Boudolf Katko of Charleston, and Michele Boudolf Page of Charleston; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren. WALTERBORO - Mrs. Martha Fraser Williams, 63, of 625 Fourth Street, died Friday at her residence. Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Tuesday at Glendale Memorial Cemtery with Rev. John Saunders officiating and directed by the BRICE W. HERNDON AND SONS FUNERAL HOME.
Mrs. Williams was born in Colleton County, a daughter of Witsell Fraser, Sr. and Essie Evans Fraser. She was a retired supervisor with Steep Grip in Danville, Illinois and was the widow of Max L. Williams. She attended Evergreen Christian Church.
Surviving in addition to her parents of Walterboro are three daughters, Deborah Boggs of Fort Hood, Texas, Tambia Covert of Danville, Illinois, Cheryl Anne Curry of Walterboro; a son, Joshua Lee Williams of Ravenel; brothers, Witsell Fraser, Jr., Fred Fraser, Franklin Fraser, Gerald Fraser, all of Walterboro; sisters, Frances Herndon, Florence Nettles, both of Walterboro, Kathy Flader of Charleston, Delores Stevens of El Paso, Texas, Mae Hancock of Columbia; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Barbara Denise McCaslin, and a sister, Gail Fraser.

FINLEY, Cheryl
Mrs. Cheryl Beach Finley, 32, of Aiken, formerly of Varnville, died Friday afternoon at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta after an extended illness.
Mrs. Finley was born in Hampton County, October 27, 1969, a daughter of Ira and Emily Spilliards Beach. She was a pharmacist with CVS Drug Stores in the Aiken area for 15 years. She was a graduate of the University of South Carolina Pharmacy School, and had done volunteer work in the Aiken area with the pharmacy.
Surviving besides her parents of Varnville are her husband, James Robert Finley of Aiken; one sister, Sandra Cannon of Hampton; her paternal grandfather, Floyd Whitted of Sarasota, Florida; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 3 PM Sunday in the Sand Hill Baptist Church, with Rev. Glenn Samples officiating. Burial will be in the Sand Hill cemetery directed by PEEPLES-RHODEN FUNERAL HOME in Hampton.
Friends may call at the Chapel in Hampton from 6 to 8 PM Saturday and Sunday until 2 PM when the casket will be places in the church prior to services.

Estelle Victoria Stack Muckenfuss, 90, of Chilhowie, Virginia, formerly of Summerville, South Carolina, and widow of Adam David Muckenfuss, died Friday evening, August 30, 2002 at Valley Health Care Center, Chilhowie, Virginia.
Funeral services will be held Monday, September 2, 2002 at 11 o'clock in the First Baptist Church of Jedburg. Burial will be in Summerville cemetery.

Mrs. Muckenfuss was born December 24, 1911 in Cordova, South Carolina, a daughter of the late Medieus James Stack and Emily Victoria Smoak Stack. She was a graduate of Cordova schools in Orangeburg, SC. She was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Jedburg and Ridgeville Chapter #290 Order of Eastern Star.

William Monroe Taylor, 81, died Friday, August 30, 2002, at his residence.

Mr. Taylor was born July 7, 1921 in Georgetown County, a son of Herbert Taylor and Lizzie Mills Taylor. He was educated in the Georgetown County School District. He was a retired Lime Kiln Operator with the Paper Mill Division with International Paper Company, Georgetown Mill and a member of IP's Quarter Century Club, a WWII Army veteran, receiving several medals and bronze stars for his service, and a member of the Andrews First Pentecostal Holiness Church, where he served in many areas of the church.
He was predeceased by his parents; three brothers, Donald Taylor, Landrew Taylor, and Samuel W. Taylor.
Surviving are his wife, Margery McCutcheon Taylor of Andrews; two sons, Jimmy Taylor and his wife Gayle of Andrews, Jeff Taylor and his wife Katrina of Georgetown; a daughter, Barbara T. McCants and her husband Ron of Eustis, Florida; two brothers, Lee Taylor of Conway, John Taylor of Sumter; four sisters, Bevie T. Worsham of Georgetown, Beatrice T. Devine of Goose Creek, Margie T. Hardee of Summerville, and Doris T. Bean of Pinewood; five grandchildren, Stephanie McCants McConnell, Ryan Taylor, Ashley Taylor, Bradley Taylor, Kyle Taylor; two step-grandchildren, Crystal Morris and Treva Fulton.

SAVANNAH, GA - Florence Counihan Adams, 86, died Friday, August 30, 2002 in her residence while under the care of Hospice Savannah, Inc.
The native and lifelong resident of Savannah attended local Catholic Schools and was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She was a member of the Daughters of Ireland and the Lady's Ancient Order of the Hibernians. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Wilmot Adams; daughter, Sarah Catherine Adams; sister, Margaret Corcoran; and parents, Dennis Counihan and Catherine Dwan Counihan Walls.
She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, George W. "Billy" Adams, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Robert E. and Kieran R. Adams of Savannah; brother-in-law, J. Parker Adams of Arlington, VA; aunt, Elizabeth Hunter, FL; seven grandchildren and grandchild-in-law, John, Erin, Brian, Kevin, Christopher and Kieran Adams, Sarah A. and Craig Taylor; two great-grandchildren, Hayden James and Eden Grace Taylor; one niece and one nephew, and numerous other relatives.
