Heidi Bland Spigelmire, 60, of Moncks Corner, a retired legal secretary with the United States Department of Justice, died Thursday at a North Charleston hospital.
The memorial mass will be at 7 PM, Tuesday, August 27, 2002 at St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church, Moncks Corner. Burial, directed by Russell Funeral Chapel, will be in Arlington National cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
Mrs. Spigelmire was born October 29, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of Charles Blank and Tonttu Kahila Blank. Mrs. Spigelmire was a member of the Parish Council and Ladies Guild, St. Philip Benizi Catholic Community, Past Officer on Locale, Grande and Nationale levels of the La Societe de Femme, Forty and Eight, and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Lowcountry Chapter, 82nd Airborne Division Association.
Surviving are her husband, Charles E. Spigelmire, III of Moncks Corner; sister, Linda Kahila of Archer, Florida; niece, Tauna Murphy of Tampa, Florida; aunt, Carol Haba of Cape Coral, Florida; aunt and uncle, Harry and Violet Prah of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Arrangements by RUSSELL FUNERAL CHAPEL, MONCKS CORNER. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Philip Benizi Catholic Church, 1404 Old Highway 52, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.

Funeral and burial services were held on August 3, 2002, in Brooklyn, NY.

Hannah Scott Broad, 67, of Stormwatch Lane, Moncks Corner, SC, died Thursday at her residence.
The funeral will be at 3:00 PM Sunday, August 25, 2002 in the Gateway Community Church. Interment will be in the Church cemetery. Friends may call at DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, MONCKS CORNER, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, Saturday, August 24, 2002.
Mrs. Broad was born December 21, 1934, in Summerville, SC, a daughter of Alex Wade Scott and Edith Clark Scott. She is the widow of Harold Theodore Broad, Sr. She was a member of the Gateway Community Church.
Surviving are four daughters, Birdie L. Henderson of Goose Creek, Fern Humbert, and Shirley Harwell, both of Moncks Corner, Tammy Fitch of Macedonia; four sons, Horace Winkle, Jr. of Jedburg, Harold T. Broad, Jr., Bruce Broad, Sr., Thomas Broad, Sr., all of Moncks Corner; a sister, Sandra Scott of Knightsville; two brothers, Alex W. Scott, Jr. of Moncks Corner, and Thomas R. Scott of Summerville; thirty-three grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
VANDERHORST, Daniel
The relatives and friends of Mr. Daniel "Don" Vanderhorst and those of his daughter, Shannon V. Vanderhorst; his parents, Mr. Robert "Bobby" and Mrs. Mary "Alice" Vanderhorst, Jr.; his brothers, Curtis M. Vanderhorst (Helen), Robert Vanderhorst III (Tammy), and Warren Porcher; his sisters, Emily V. Johnson (Thomas), Pamela Porcher, Jamie McCloud; aunts; uncles; neices; nephews are invited to attend his funeral services Saturday, August 24, 2002 at 11:00 AM in Pilgrim Baptist Church, North Charleston, SC. Elizabeth Kennerty Nielsen, 87, of Charleston, died Thursday, August 22, 2002 at a local hospital. Born in Charleston to the late Harry and Florence Fitzgibbon Kennerty. She was married
to the late Robert Irvin Nielsen. Mrs. Nielsen was a 1933 graduate of Bishop England High School and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughter, Betty Nielsen of Charleston; a brother, Charles Kennerty; and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 11 AM Friday, August 23, 2002 at St. Lawrence cemetery. BUNN, Homer
ROUND O - Mr. Homer Eugene Bunn, 65, of 768 Fleming Road, died Wednesday, at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, at the Gospel Tabernacle of Apostolic Faith in Cottageville. Interment will follow in Glendale Memorial cemetery, directed by the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Home.
Mr. Bunn was born in Barnesville, Ga., a son of the late Homer Grady Bunn and Ellen Sutton Bunn. He was a retired Staff Sergeant with the U.S. Army, having served in Vietnam. He was a member of the 82nd Airborne in Ft. Bragg, N.C., and was a Green Beret. He was also retired from Stanley Fasteners in Sanford, N.C., and was a member of the Gospel Tabernacle of Apostolic Faith in Cottageville.
Surviving are his wife, Rev. Patsy Hammond Bunn, three daughters, Angie B. Wooten of Georgia, Anita B. Holder of Lillington, N.C., and Tammy B. Pressley of Lemon Springs, N.C., a son, Omer Grady Bunn of Sanford, N.C., a step-daughter, Toya F. Gustafson of Hugoton, Kans., two step-daughters, Toya F. Gustafson of Hugoton, Kans., two step-sons, Rev. Terry Ferguson of Palm Bay, Fla., and Rev. Timothy Ferguson of Hoschton, Ga., two sisters, Ellen B. Poss of Barnesville, Ga., and Mary Emma Ramsey of Meansville, Ga., 19 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m., Friday, at the BRICE W. HERNDON AND SONS FUNERAL HOME.
LAMBERT, SR., Thomas
GEORGETOWN - Thomas J. "T.J." Lambert, Sr., 79, died Wednesday, August 21, 2002, in Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 23, 2002, at 2 p.m., in Eastside Free Will Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Elbert Welch, Rev. James A. McElveen and Rev. Carl Lavender. Burial, directed by GRAHAM FUNERAL HOME, will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
He was born October 9, 1922, in Georgetown County, a son of the late Thomas Cleveland Lambert and Ella Eliza Ward Lambert.
He was a retired employee with International Paper with 34 years of service. He was a U.S. Army World War II veteran. He attended Andrews Free Will Baptist Church of the Pentecostal Faith and was a member of the Adult Sunday School Class. He enjoyed hunting and fishing as his hobbies.
Surviving are, his wife, Ethel H. Lambert; three sons, Thomas J. Lambert, Jr., John C. Lambert and David M. Lambert, all of Georgetown; three daughters, Betty Matthews, Brenda Flegel and Carolyn Radcliffe all of Georgetown; one sister, Ruth L. Horner of Marietta, Ohio; 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at their residence, 50 Wolf Drive, until 12:30 p.m., Friday.
