MOBLEY, Robert
Robert Mobley, 73, of Ladson, husband of Nora Abner Mobley, died Saturday evening in a North Charleston hospital.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2002, at 1 o'clock in Stine-Kilburn Funeral Home Chapel, Lebanon, Ohio. Burial will be in Deerfield cemetery, South Lebanon, Ohio.

Mr. Mobley was born on March 20, 1929, in Teges, Kentucky, a son of the late James Henry Mobley and Nettie Allen Mobley. He attended schools in Batesville, Indiana, and South Lebanon, Ohio. Mr. Mobley was drafted during the Korean Conflict and served two years; when he separated from the Army, he was a Staff Sergeant. He retired from Ford Motor Company, as a job setter, after 31 years of service. He was a Mason and a Baptist.
Mr. Mobley is survived by, three sons, Bobby L. Mobley of Charleston, Douglas R. Mobley of Charleston, Roger A. Mobley of Somerville, N.J.; two daughters, Debra K. Pearse of Chandler, Ariz., Linette Davis of Beauford, Ga.

GREENVILLE, SC - Ernest Harold Williams, MD, 87, of 1124 Parkins Mill Road, died Saturday, August 18, 2002.
Born May 20, 1915 in Whitakers, NC, he was a son of the late Ernest Levi and Estelle Hopkins Williams. He had made his home in Greenville since 1948.
Dr. Williams was a graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
He practiced Internal Medicine in Greenville from 1948 until his retirement in 1985.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church and served in the U. S. Army Medical Corps from 1941 to 1946/
Surviving are his wife Evelyn Dobbins Williams of the home; two sons, David Ernest Williams of Greenville, Dr. Timothy Harold Williams and his wife, Anne Crosby Williams of Mt. Pleasant, SC; a sister, Mrs. Yates S. Williams of Mauldin; two grandsons, Timothy Harold Williams, Jr., and Charles Davis Williams.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 PM at THE MACKEY MORTUARY, Century Drive, by the Rev. Dr. Jeff Rogers and the Rev. Dr. Baxter Wynn officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 until 7:30 PM at the Mortuary.

WINKELMAN, Eric
Eric C. Winkelman, 57, of Edisto Island, died Friday, August 16, at a local hospital. Born in York, Pa., to Phyllis and the late Raymond Winkelman. Mr. Winkelman was a graduate of York High School and attended Penn State University. He served in the United States Army and served in Vietnam receiving the 4th Cluster Air Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and the Vietnam Service Medal. Mr. Winkelman taught at Centre County Vo-Tech, in State College, Pa., and most recently retired from St. Andrews High School as the Food Science teacher. Surviving Mr. Winkelman is his mother, Phyllis Winkelman of York, Pa., a daughter, Kelly W. Loviscky and husband Doug of State College, Pa., a brother, Jack Winkelman of Virginia, a sister, Karen Cartwright of Gig Harbour, Wash., and two grandchildren, Kendall and Andrew Loviscky of State College, Pa.
