ST. GEORGE - Gloria Louise Horne, 60 of 115 Jackson Road, Rosinville Community, St. George died Saturday February 16, 2002 at her residence. Funeral Services will be held 3 p.m. Monday in the Indian Field United Methodist Church with Rev. Betty Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Nephews, Jimmy Jackson, Dean Jackson, Johnny Jackson, Jim Horne, Robbie Horne, Douglas Horne. Mrs. Horne was born July 17, 1941 in Rosinville, Dorchester County a daughter of the late Johnny Pinckney Jackson and Emma Essie Martin Jackson. She was a graduate of Harleyville High School, a member of Indian Field United Methodist Church where she belonged to the Choir, and was a Sunday School Teacher. Surviving: husband, Autry Gene Horne, 3 sons, Autry Gene Horne, Jr., Darryl Jon Horne, all of St. George, James Keith Horne, Harleyville, a brother, J.P. Jackson, St. George, 3 sisters, Janie J. WALTERS, Emily
KINGSTREE - Emily Blanch Tisdale Walters, 70, died Sunday in a Kingstree hospital.
Mrs. Walters was born in Kingstree, a daughter of the late John Grice and Daisy Morris Tisdale. She was a retired employee of Baxter Labs and a member of Millwood United Methodist Church.
Surviving are 2 daughters: Gail Williams and Joy Godwin, both of Kingstree, 4 sisters: Edith Jones, Alice Mitchum and Pauline Nexsen, all of Kingstree and Dora Walker of Ladson, 1 brother: Johnson Tisdale of Kingstree, 4 grandchildren: Amanda Brown, Lilton Williams, Marie Bowar and Benji Williams, 4 great-grandchildren: Nathan Thames, Hailey Brown, Eric and Lindsey Matthews.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in the WILLIAMSBURG FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, with burial in McClary cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Joseph (Bud) LeVerne Allison, 73, of Portland, OR died Monday, February 11, 2002 at his home. Born September 14, 1928 in Sturgis, SD, he was the son of Vera Bibiana Allison (nee Keffler) and Robert Eugene Allison. Formerly a linotype operator and printer, Mr. Allison was a friend of Bill W. for 31 years. He is survived by his former wife Anne Burnside Allison of Glen Burnie, MD; five children: daughters Laurine Therese Charles of Charleston, SC and Margaret Anne Harrington of St. Joseph, MI; sons Michael Joseph Allison of Welcome, MD, Walter Raymond Allison of Lanham, MD and Patrick James Allison of Annapolis, MD; thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Edward A. "Stumpy" Murrell, 68, of Awendaw, S.C., died Tuesday, February 12, 2002, at his residence. Mr. Murrell was born in Awendaw, S.C., a son of Horace Lee Murrell and Annie Fort Murrell. He previously worked for C.G. Willis Tugboat Co. as a Deck Hand and he also worked for R.C. Steel Construction Co. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army.
Surviving are his wife, Chellie Ayen Murrell of Awendaw, S.C., two sisters, Grace Mitchum of Huger, S.C., and Janet M. Davis of James Island, S.C., one brother, Robert Murrell of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., six children, Marlone Paas of San Diego, Calif., Janet Dowdy of Las Vegas, Nev., Marvin Paas of Awendaw, S.C., Jane Paas of the Philippines, Ben Paas of the Philippines, and Elbe Halagao of the Philippines, 19 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother, Locky Murrell and one son, Adore Paas.

Winifred Ann Waddell, 77, of Charleston, died Wednesday, February 13, 2002, at her residence. Ms. Waddell was born January 27, 1925, in Hattisburg, Miss., the daughter of Byars George and Winifred Cecellia Redmond Waddell. She was graduated from North Charleston High School. Ms. Waddell was formerly employed by Bishop England High School and retired from the Charleston Naval Shipyard, after her retirement she worked at St. Joseph's Catholic Church for many years. She helped organize the Perpetual Adoration at Blessed Sacrament Church. Mr. Boudolf, Sr., was born August 15, 1913, in Charleston, S.C., the son of Henry Boudolf and Louise Josephine Albertz Boudolf. He attended primary school in Zebrugge, Belgium, and after the fourth grade the family returned to Charleston and lived on Wall Street in Ansonborough. The son of a stone mason, he attended Murray Vocational School. He would later serve in the U.S. Navy aboard the destroyer McFarland. In 1938 he began his career as a machinist apprentice at the Charleston Naval Shipyard and retired in 1974 as superintendent of the machine shop. A self-taught horticulturist, he was an avid camellia grower and long standing member of the Coastal Carolina Camellia Society. A member of Charleston Elks Lodge #242. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. He enjoyed dancing and water skiing well into his 80's.
He is survived by two sons, Victor A. Boudolf, Jr., and Edward M. Boudolf, both of Charleston, S.C.; one daughter, Josephine B. Willis of Newton, Ala.; three brothers, Albert Boudolf of Chicago, Ill., Joseph Boudolf of Charleston, S.C., and Henry Boudolf of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; one sister, Louise B. Withrock of Charleston, S.C.; six grandchildren, Victor A. Boudolf, III, David M. Boudolf, Kyndra E. Boudolf, Debora R. West, Amy R. Pruitt and Harold G. Creech; three great-grandchildren, Erin M. West, W. Russell West and Alex M. Pruitt.
