ZIMER, Mike
Mike Zimer, age 88, of North Charleston, passed away Thursday evening, October 3, 2002, at his residence. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 7, at 1 p.m., at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Park. preceded in death by his wife, Martha.
Born in Gary, Ind., he was the son of Rade and Julia Zmijanac. Mr. Zimer was Serbian Orthodox. Survivors include a son, Milan Zimer of Fort Myers, Fla.; daughters, Juliana Germanoff of North Charleston, S.C., and Kathy Longwell of Canton, Ohio. Also included are ten grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

MYERS, Marguerite
Marguerite Ulmer Myers, 74, of Summerville, S.C., widow of Harold W. Myers, died Friday, October 4, 2002, at a Summerville hospital.
Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon, October 6, 2002, at Knightsville United Methodist Church, at 3 o'clock. Burial will be in Summerville cemetery. Mrs. Myers was born April 24, 1928, in Berkeley County, S.C., a daughter of Daniel Ulmer and Dora Austin Ulmer. She was a homemaker and a member of Knightsville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one sister, Lurline Tumbleston and one brother, Marion Otto, Jr., both of Summerville, S.C., and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Myers was predeceased by a daughter, Rose Marie Myers and a son, David Myers.

McCLAM, Kelly
COWARD - Miss Kelly Jessica McClam, 16, died Friday, October 4, 2002, in a Florence hospital from injuries she received in an automobile accident.
Kelly was born in Florence, a daughter of Thomas G. and Beverly Morris McClam. She was a senior at Lake City High School and had danced with Kelly's Fine Arts for 13 years.
Survivors include, her parents, Thomas and Beverly M. McClam of Coward; one brother, Brad McClam of Coward; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Morris of Coward; her Godmother, Brenda Beard of Florence; and her Godfather, Tony Kelly of Nashville, TN. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Delbert and Virginia Miles McClam.
Funeral service will be at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, October 6, 2002, in the Bible Temple with burial in the church cemetery.
The family will have visitation from 7:00 -- 9:00 P.M. Saturday evening in the funeral home.

BUNCH, Samuel
Samuel Odell Bunch, 73, of Bamberg, S.C., died Thursday, October 3, 2002, at a nursing center in Bamberg. He was born in Norway, S.C., to the late Odell Matthew and Drucilla Axon Bunch. He was a lifelong Bamberg resident. Mr. Bunch retired in 1998 from both the Bamberg Fire Department and Brothers Tree Company, he had also worked previously with Rocklon. He was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Morey Bunch, three sons, Samuel "Sammy" O. Bunch, Jr., of Orangeburg, Robert "Rock" Allen Bunch and Michael Scott Burbage, both of Darlington, two daughters, Kathryn "Kitty" Bunch Graham of Barnwell, Sandra "Nita" Wanita Burbage Godbold of Darlington, three sisters, Dolly Bessinger of Fayetteville, N.C., Myrtle Luminello of Bamberg, Linda Duffie of Mt. Pleasant, 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild and also his favorite companion "Chip." He was predeceased by two sons, Ronald Wayne Bunch and David Lee Burbage, and two sisters, Juddy Lou Clark and Pearl Burbage. Born in Cherokee County, S.C., he was the son of the late Ramson Teaster and Laura Russell-Teaster. Mr. Teaster was a US Army veteran of World War II. He was retired from the textile industry and was of the Methodist faith. Survivors include his wife Pauline E. Teaster of North Charleston, S.C., one daughter, Janice and Carlos Davis of Eutawville, S.C., two sons, Don and Judisth Teaster of Ravenel, S.C., and Michael and Marie Teaster of Rockport, Texas, two sisters Leila Phillips of Pacolet Mills, S.C., and Althea Hughes of S.C. GOZA, Curtis Daniel
Curtis Daniel Goza, of Mount Pleasant, SC, widower of Marie Shokes Goza died Thursday, October 3, 2002 in a local hospital. The relatives and friends of Curtis Daniel Goza are invited to attend his funeral services Monday, October 7, 2002 in Second Presbyterian Church, Charleston, SC at 11:00 o’clock. Mr. Goza was born in Clarkston, GA, a son of the late Henry Daniel and Hattie Naomi Goza. He retired from Charleston Naval Shipyard as a Property Disposal Assistant and was a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees and was a US Army Veteran of World War II. He was also an active forty year member of Second Presbyterian Church and the church choir. Mr. Goza’s wife of fifty six years died July 29, 1999.
Surviving are his daughter, Linda G. Conrad and her husband, Dale R. of Mount Pleasant, SC; one granddaughter, Alicia Conrad, Mt. Pleasant, SC.
