Mr. Mielczarczyk was born in Detroit, Mi., the son of Stanley Mielczarczyk and Margaret Cyanowski Mielczarczyk. He was a machinist in the Automobile Industry.
Surviving are his wife of Meggett, S.C.; one son, Michael Mielczarczyk of Oklawaha, Fla.; one daughter, Marcia Ann Smoak of Meggett, S.C.; two grandchildren.

Mr. Collette was born June 6, 1951, in Charleston, S.C., a son of the late Charles P. and Francis Bolchoz Collette. He was the owner and president of Associated Industrial Construction (AIC) and a graduate of Bishop England High School.
He is survived by his wife of Hanahan, S.C.; one daughter, Summer Lee Collette of Columbia, S.C.; one brother, Richard S. Collette of Hanahan, S.C.; four sisters, Betty C. Gibson of Summerville, S.C., Charlene C. Roumillat of Folly Beach, S.C., Grace C. Cresswell of Hanahan, S.C., and Kathleen C. O'Donnell of Folly Beach, S.C.
HAFER, Elizabeth

Mrs. Hafer was born in Reading, Pa., the daughter of William J. Warmkessel and Mary Kline Warmkessel. She was a lifetime member of St. Stephens United Church of Christ in Reading, Pa.
She served on the board of Bethany Childrens Home in Womelsdorf, Pa., for many years.
Surviving are two daughters, Carolyn Rose of Johns Island, S.C., and Kathleen Sonon of Newport News, Va.; two grandchildren, Gregory Knight of Charleston, S.C., and Rebecca Ferguson of Newport News, Va.; one great-grandchild, Collin Knight of Charleston, S.C.

KATZEN, Ethel
Entered into eternal rest on Friday morning, September 13, 2002, at her residence, Mrs. Ethel Oberman Katzen, 82, was born in Charleston, July 8, 1920, at 90 Queen Street to Sarah and Isaac Oberman. She was the widow of Julius M. Katzen and mother to Marvin Katzen and the late Florence Zelda Katzen.
Mrs. Katzen graduated from Murray Vocational School, class of 1937, and immediately went to work in the Charleston City School District at Courtney Elementary School. She retired from the Charleston Naval Shipyard after working nearly 17 years during World War II and later years. For the last eight years, Mrs. Katzen worked with her son as Business Manager for Doin' The Charleston Tours, Inc. She was a member of Brith Shalom-Beth Israel Congregation and life member of BSBI Sisterhood. She was a member of AMIT women.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Marvin and Phyllis Katzen and family.
The funeral will be held graveside at BSBI Maryville cemetery, West Ashley at 11 a.m., Sunday, September 15, 2002.

Irene Alberta Donaldson Campbell, 86, widow of William Campbell of Summerville, SC, died Thursday, September 12, 2002.

Harold Joseph Miller, 81, husband of Alicent Schweikhardt Miller of Summerville, SC, died Friday, September 13, 2002 at a Charleston, SC hospital.

Mr. Miller was born February 16, 1921 in Morristown, NJ, a son of Frederick and Norma Froelich Miller. He was a retired security officer, an Army Veteran of World War II, a founding member of VFW Post 3401 in Morris Plains, NJ, and currently a member of VFW Post 3343 in Ladson, SC.

RIDGEVILLE - Mollie E. Perry, 58, died Monday, September 9, 2002 in a local hospital.
The funeral will be on Saturday, September 14, 2002 at 11:00 AM in Hamilton's Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. Burial will be in Macedonia UM Church cemetery.
Mrs. Perry was born in Louisville, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Marshall and Thelma Burkley. She attended the public schools in Kentucky and New York.
