Louis Henry Boudolf, Sr., of Charleston, entered into eternal rest on August 30, 2002. Born in Charleston of March 21, 1917, son of the late Francis Victor Boudolf and Ida Cordy Boudolf of Ostende, Belgium. Mr. Boudolf was a graduate of Murray High School. He was retired from Southern Division Engineering Command ROICC, of Charleston, as a supervisory inspector. He was also a life member of the Charleston Elks Lodge #242. Mr. Boudolf is survived by his wife of 51 years, Evelyn Mayfield Boudolf, and his five children, Louis Henry Boudolf, Jr. of West Linen, Oregon, Christopher Anthony Boudolf of Charleston, Lawrence Joseph Boudolf, Sr. of Charleston, Elizabeth Boudolf Katko of Charleston, and Michele Boudolf Page of Charleston; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren. Mr. Hudson was born on August 16, 1936 in Lenoir County, North Carolina, a son of the late Sam Sloan and Lela Grady Hudson. He served in the U. S. Army and was a retired warehouse manager for Brown Distributors. Mr. Hudson was a member of Northwoods Assembly.
Mr. Hudson is survived by his wife of Goose Creek, S.C.; one son, Travis R. Hudson of Goose Creek, S.C.; three brothers, H. V. "Bobby" Hudson of Cheraw, S.C., Sam Hudson of Jacksonville, NC, and Ronald Hudson of Chester, VA; two sisters, Annie Lee Rouse of Kinston, NC and Geraldine Driggers of Jacksonville, NC; and four grandchildren, Nathan, Carrie, Cristy, and Julie.
GUERRY, Ezra
Ezra Levin Guerry, 95, of Old Grade Rd., Moncks Corner, S.C., a retired painter for the Charleston Naval Shipyard, died Saturday at his residence.
The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2002, in the Moncks Corner Pentecostal Holiness Church. Interment will be in Plantation Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, MONCKS CORNER, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. this Monday evening.
Mr. Guerry was born Dec. 14, 1906, in Jamestown, S.C., a son of Joshua R. Guerry and Margaret Tisdale Guerry. Mr. Guerry attended the Ashley Heights Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Gail McDaniel, and is the widower of Linnie Mae Lambert Guerry.
Surviving are, five daughters, Dolina A. Seabrooke and Ancell L. Sarvis both of Summerville, Roxie G. Lewis of Huger, R. K. Vigil of Pensacola, FL, and T-Lane 1. Guerry of Moncks Corner; two sons, Elwood L. Guerry of Pimlico and Ezra Dean Guerry of Moncks Corner; a sister, Ila Mae Lloyd of Givhans; two brothers, Grier M. Guerry of Moncks Corner and Joseph Guerry of Dania, FL; twenty-seven grandchildren and thirty-three great-grandchildren.
