STOVER, Ellen
CAMERON - Mrs. Ellen Goodwin Stover, 49, of 8357 Old State Road, Orangeburg, died Friday evening, November 22, 2002 at her residence following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be Monday, November 25, 2002 11 AM at First Baptist Church, with Rev. Dr. Terry Peele and Rev. Chuck Wells. Burial will be in Bamberg County Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Gene Sims, Clifton Zeigler, Mauriece Barton, Gary Crawley, Duane Hall, and Eddie Cook.
Mrs. Stover was born in Bamberg, a daughter of the late John P. and Helen Folk Goodwin. She was Office Manager of Personal Touch Carpet Service and was formerly Traffic Manager of Orangeburg Trucking Company, a division of Stone Container Company. She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Child Development Committee of the church.
Surviving are: her husband, Robert P. Stover of the home; one daughter, Johnna S. Patrick, Cameron; one sister, Betty G. Frye, Chapin; one grandson, two nieces, one nephew, and two God-children.

Entered into eternal rest Wednesday, November 20, 2002, Mr. St. Julian Walton Devine, son of the late Mr. & Mrs. St. Julian Frank and Priscilla Walton Devine. Mr. Devine is the father of Mrs. Deanna Devine Smith, Mr. Zinja Devine, Ms. Torrika Devine, Mrs. Elainna Devine Silva, Mrs. Tajuana Devine Brown, Mr. Kareem Davis, and Ms. Lashawn Devine. DRAWDY, Dorothy
Mrs. Dorothy Ward Drawdy, 82, of Varnville, died Friday night in the Beaufort Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.
Mrs. Drawdy was born in Hampton County, March 1, 1920, a daughter of the late Jim and Isabella Sinclair Ward. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Hampton Church of God of Prophecy. She was the widow of the late Harold Albert Drawdy.
Surviving are: three sons, Jimmy Drawdy of Varnville, Tommy Drawdy of Hardeeville, and Larry Drawdy of Tampa, Fla.; three daughters, Frances Gray of Orangeburg, Mary Bennett and Annie Stanley both of Varnville; two brothers, Bubba Ward of Varnville and Willis Ward of Sycamore; and two sisters, Bradie Ward of Sycamore and Reba Bowers of Aiken; there are 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Drawdy was pre-deceased in death by: one son, Albert Drawdy, and two daughters, Joyce Phillips and Jane Youmans.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, in the Thames cemetery near Varnville, directed by PEEPLES-RHODEN FUNERAL HOME OF HAMPTON. Friends may call at the home of the daughter, Mrs. Annie Stanley on 45 Pontiac Lane, near Varnville, after 12 noon, Monday, until the hour of services, Tuesday afternoon.
GLOGORSKI, Francis
Francis Charles Glogorski, 65, died November 21, 2002, at his home in Mt. Pleasant. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, he was the son of Frank William Glogorski and Jeanette Wlodarski Glogorski. A U.S. Navy Veteran, and a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, Mr. Glogorski was a Senior Special Agent in the Immigration and Naturalization Service for the Organized Crime Strike Force. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Retired Border Patrol Agents, and he was a volunteer with the United Methodist Relief Center and Habitat for Humanity. He was especially fond of his time spent as a docent on the USS Aircraft Carrier Yorktown here in Mt. Pleasant. Survivors include his wife, Lou Ann Glogorski of Mt. Pleasant; a son, Michael Joel Glogorski, Smyrna, Ga.; a daughter, Tracie Ann Pribush of NJ; six sisters, Jean G. Richeson, Texas; Phyllis G. Palfi, VA; Connie G. Berry, FL; Ruth G. Marino and Loretta Glogorski, of NJ; Linda G. Adams, WY; and two grandchildren, Shaun and Melissa Pribush.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, November 24, 2002, 4 p.m., at MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, East Cooper Chapel, 1520 Rifle Range Road, Mt. Pleasant, 884-3833. FLEMING, Ellen
Ellen Fleming, 80, of Charleston, husband of the late Mary Alice Felder Fleming, died Tuesday, November 19, 2002, at a Charleston hospital.
Born January 16, 1922, in the Biggers section of Clarendon County, Mr. Fleming was the son of the late Vander Fleming, Sr., and the late Anna DuPree Fleming. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and later became a self-employed carpenter. He joined Biggers A.M.E. Church in his youth.
Survivors include, two sons, James (Jannette) Felder of Columbia, S.C., Larry Fleming of Charleston, S.C.; one daughter, Mary (Harold) Johnson of Charleston, S.C.; two brothers, Vander Fleming, Booker T. Fleming, both of Manning, S.C.; one sister, Evelena Green of Charleston, S.C.; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, 11 a.m., November 25, 2002, Haves F. Samuels, Sr., Memorial Chapel, Manning, S.C. Burial in Muldrew cemetery, Manning.

DAVIS, Charles
Charles E. Davis, 55, died Tuesday, November 5, 2002, in California. A memorial service was held on Saturday afternoon, November 23, 2002, at Cummings Chapel, Ridgeville, S.C. Memorials may be made to Cummings Chapel, Ridgeville, S.C. 29472.
Mr. Davis was born October 31, 1947, in Columbia, S.C., a son of the late Annie Lee Mizell and Rudolph Davis. He was a graduate of Harleyville-Ridgeville High School and an Aeronotics Technology Engineer, civilian employee. Mr. Davis was also an Army veteran, serving in Vietnam.

RAJAH, Ranjit
Dr. Ranjit Rajah, 48, of Charleston passed away on November 22nd2002 after losing his five year-battle with cancer. He was born in Chunnakam, Sri Lanka on August 15, 1954. He was the eldest son of Sivanesam and Sarvanamuttu Rajah. Dr. Rajah graduated as Doctor of Medicine from the University of Sri Lanka in 1980, and left for United Kingdom in 1981. He obtained his Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1981. Dr. Rajah was currently Associate Professor in Radiology at MUSC.
Dr. Rajah is survived by his wife Bharathy and two sons Harry Nirojan and Vibushan of Charleston, South Carolina. Dr. Rajah is also survived by his mother Mrs. Sivanesam Rajah of Sri Lanka, his three brothers: Jeyadevan of Canada, Mahinda of and Janapriyanesa of United Kingdom, and his sister Rajani Kiritharan of Sri Lanka.
Viewing for Dr. Rajah will be at McALISTER-SMITH DOWNTOWN CHAPEL 150 Wentworth Street on Sunday November 24, 2002 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

WALKER, Elsie Bischoff
Elsie Bischoff Walker, 79, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, died November 20, 2002 at a local nursing home, after extended illnesses.
Mrs. Walker was born January 22, 1923, in Summerville, SC, the daughter of John Frederick Bischoff, Sr. and Marguerite Johnstone Bischoff.
She was a graduate of Summerville High School. During World War II she was employed as a switchboard operator at Southern Bell and later worked at the offices of the Los Angeles Times.
Surviving are her daughter, Julie Walker Hiott and her husband, Mike, of Mount Pleasant, SC and her son, Rusty Walker of Mount Pleasant, two brothers, Richard Johnstone Bischoff, Sr. (Dick) and his wife, Mary Frances of Mount Pleasant, and John Frederick Bischoff, Jr. and his wife, Mary Evelyn, of Aulander, NC, and two grandchildren, Curtis Hiott and Martie Hiott.
A memorial service will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 604 Pitt Street, Mt. Pleasant, SC on Tuesday, November 26, at 3:00 o’clock.
