WHEELER, Milton
ANDREWS - Milton Dean Wheeler, 50, died Wednesday, November 20, 2002, at his residence.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, November 23, 2002, at the Williamsburg Pentecostal Homes Church. Burial will follow in the Harmony cemetery, directed by ANDREWS CHAPEL OF MCKENZIE FUNERAL HOME.
Mr. Wheeler was born July 8, 1952, in Georgetown County, a son of Earl Lee Wheeler and Barbara Prosser Wheeler. He was a graduate of Williamsburg High School; a Supervisor of Roads and Bridges for the County of Georgetown; attended the Williamsburg Pentecostal Holiness Church since childhood; he was a devoted fisherman.
Surviving in addition to his parents of Andrews, and his wife, Denise "Sweetie" B. Wheeler of Andrews, are: one son, Jon Quincy Wheeler of Andrews; one daughter, Chelsea LeAnn Cribb of Andrews; two brothers, Jeffrey Lee Wheeler, and his wife, Becky, of Andrews, and David Allen Wheeler, and his wife, Buffie, of Georgetown; two sisters, Becky W. McCants, and her husband, Deryl, of Georgetown, and Tanya W. Casselman, and her husband, Craig, of Murrells Inlet.
Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m., Friday evening, November 22, 2002, at the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.

GREEN, Francis
Francis B. Green, FBI Agent, died in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, November 17, 2002. On March 20, 1978, Francis received an appointment to a professional support position with the Washington DC FBI field where he assisted in the administration of case work. June 30, 1991 he was promoted to the surveillance specialist office at the Washington DC field office as a surveillance specialist. He assisted in providing surveillance in support of national security. Francis was a member of The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity in Washington DC. He was the ninth child of George and Emily Green.
