Funeral services for Kenneth Virgil Infinger, 64, of 1104 Independent School Road, Reevesville, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, 2006, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Bob Frederick, Douglas Marchant, Delbert Thigpen, Philip Watry and Johnny Byrd officiating.ˇ Burial will follow in the Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Blake Weathers, Derrill Marchant, Thomas James Dukes, Christopher Stancil, Kyle Stancil and A.W. Muckenfuss Jr.
Mr. Infinger died peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 14, at his residence.
Kenny was born on July 15, 1942, a son of Jessie Bell Kizer and the late Virgil Lewis “Bill” Infingerˇ He was a graduate of St. George High School and a retired employee with the State Forestry Commission as a supervisor at the St. George Tree Nursery and was an avid farmer and horseman.
Surviving are his wife, Helen Dukes Infinger; a daughter, Tiffany Suzanne Infinger, of North Charleston; a brother, Samuel Lewis Infinger; a sister, Minnie Alma Britt; and his mother, Jessie Bell K. Infinger, all of St. George.

Catherine Evans Shipes -- WILLISTON
Catherine Evans Shipes, 86, died Saturday, Nov.18, 2006.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the Folk Funeral Home Chapel in Williston, with the Rev. Floyd Dukes officiating. Burial will be in the Williston Cemetery.
Survivors include a daughter, Yvonne S. Harman of Warrenville; sons and daughters-in-law, William and Patty Shipes of Williston, Jerry and Sharon Shipes of Columbia; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Edisto Baptist Church, 12838 Main St., Williston, SC 29853.
Mrs. Ella Mae Salley, ORANGEBURG
Funeral services for Mrs. Ella Mae Salley, 51, of 35 Wannamaker Lane, Kennerly Road, will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, November 20, 2006, at Jones Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bryce Jamison and the Rev. Harry Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The casket will be placed in the church at noon.
Active pallbearers will be family and friends.
Mrs. Salley died Wednesday, November 15, at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.
She was born February 20, 1955, in Calhoun County, a daughter of the late Mr. Aaron Charley and Rose Bud Davis Charley. At an early age, Ella joined Jones Chapel Baptist Church. She attended Calhoun County public schools.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond Salley of the home; two sons, Lee Bells of Florida and James Bells Jr. of Orangeburg; three sisters, Ms. Roberta Charley of Columbia, Mrs. Trinity Charley Hickson of Orangeburg and Ms. Sarah Mae Charley of Detroit, Mich.; four brothers, Mr. Eddie Lee Charley (Annette) of Detroit, Mich., Mr. Sammie Lee Charley, Mr. Jimmy Lee Charley and Mr. John Edward Charley, all of Orangeburg; six aunts, Mrs. Geraldine (Roger) Ancrum, Mrs. Flossie Benjamin, Mrs. Mary (Harry) Lewis, Mrs. Lillie Mae McDaniel, Mrs. Julia Davis, and Mrs. Varnell Davis, all of Orangeburg.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday, November 19, at Bythewood Funeral Home of Orangeburg.
Friends may call at the residence of her husband, Raymond Salley Jr., 35 Wannamaker Lane and at the funeral home.
Bythewood Funeral Home of Orangeburg is in charge of arrangements.
Andrew Louis Dantzler, ORANGEBURG
Andrew Louis Dantzler of 207 Tradewinds St., Orangeburg. died Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006, at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg.
Funeral services will be announced by Thompson Funeral Home of Orangeburg.
Survivors include four sons and daughters-in-law, Andrew David (Andy) and Doris Dantzler and John Robert (Johnnie) and Dot Dantzler, both of Orangeburg, William Terrell (Terry) and Maggie Dantzler of Cameron and James Daniel (Danny) and Shirley Dantzler of Peytona, W.Va.; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Thomas L. Dantzler and James A. (Jimmy) Dantzler, both of Orangeburg and Roger L. Dantzler of Cameron.
Friends may call at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew David Dantzler, 152 Tradewinds St., Orangeburg.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, at Thompson Funeral Home of Orangeburg.
Pearl C. McGhee
HOLLY HILL - Pearl C. McGhee, 75, of Holly Hill, widow of Wesley “Mac” McGhee, passed away Tuesday, May 17. 2016 at her home.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Sandridge Baptist Church with Rev. Owen Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be J.W. Grooms, Lawrence Caddell, T.J. Grooms, Daniel Almas, Stephen Harris, Josh Graw, Bryan Southard, and Aaron Smoak.
Pearl was born in Columbus County, NC, a daughter of the late Jason Cartrette and Derotha C. Cartrette Thompson. She was a long-time server at Clark’s Restaurant in Santee. Pearl was a member of Sandridge Baptist Church, and enjoyed cooking and baking. She was preceded in death by children, Trudy Vaughn and Bruce McGhee; and a brother, Paul Cartrette.
Surviving are children, Jimmy (Betty) McGhee of Danville, VA, Alice Faye (Dwight) Merricks of Callands, VA, Philip McGhee of Asheboro, NC, Marie (Jimmy) Grooms of Holly Hill, Teresa (David) Young of Kingsland, GA, Denise (Glenn)Caddell of Sandridge, Eutauqua (Tim) Grooms of Holly Hill, and Debbie (Eddie) Guess of Brunswick, GA; sisters, Meryl (Marvin) Staller of Holly Hill, and Sue (Jim) Toth of Colorado Springs, CO; step-father, Frank Thompson of Holly Hill; 23 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Avinger Funeral Home.

Ruther M. Williams -- DENMARK
Ruther M. Williams, 72, of 214 Cotton St., Denmark, died Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006 at the Bamberg County Hospital in Bamberg.
Funeral services will be announced by the Carroll Mortuary, Denmark Chapel.

Freddie Henry Hutson
Funeral services for Freddie Henry Hutson, 47, of Springfield, SC will be held three p.m., Wednesday, August 10, 2011 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with burial at the Springfield Cemetery. The family will receive friends from seven to nine p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Freddie passed away Sunday, August 7, 2011.
Born in Bamberg, SC he was a son of Corine Williams Hutson and the late Woodrow Hutson. He was a truck driver.
Survivors include his mother of Springfield; daughter, Lisa Marie Hutson of North and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Ronnie Hutson.
Helen Boone (Forsyth)
HOLLY HILL - Helen Forsyth Boone, 95, of Holly Hill, passed away Friday, September 30, 2016 at The Oaks in Orangeburg.
A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church, Holly Hill, with Rev. Marshall Locke officiating. Burial will be later in Maine.
The family will receive friends in the sanctuary one hour prior the funeral service
Mrs. Boone was a native of Eastport, ME, and moved to Holly Hill in 2001. She was an active member of First Baptist Church, Holly Hill prior to her decline in health, and was the widow of Frederick “Fred” Boone.
Surviving are daughters, Barbara Haig of Holly Hill, Nancy Anglin of Elizabeth City, NC, and Ruth Doak of Eastport, ME; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mack D. Bowman -- ORANGEBURG
The funeral for Mack D. Bowman, 46, of 109 Beverly Drive, Orangeburg, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006, at Glover’s Funeral Home Chapel in Orangeburg, with the Rev. J. C. Sistrunk officiating. Burial will be in the Peter Bowman Cemetery in Branchville.
Mr. Bowman died Thursday, Nov. 16, at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg after a brief illness.
He was born March 25, 1960, in Orangeburg, a son of the late John Bowman and the late Emma Ruth Simpson Bowman. He attended the public schools of Orangeburg County School District Five. He was employed by Electrolux Products.
Survivors include his wife, Althea Bowman of Orangeburg; three children, Vermanno, Chrystal and Kevin Bowman, all of Orangeburg; six brothers, the Rev. Albert (Ernestine) Bowman of Walterboro, Levi (Eva) Bowman, Robert (Ida) Bowman, both of Orangeburg, Randy Bowman, Eugene Bowman and Ronald Bowman, all of Rowesville; two sisters, Bernice (Samuel) Patterson of Orangeburg, Emma Mae Bowman of Rowesville; four grandchildren; one aunt, Mildred Mims and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Friends may call at the residence of Althea Bowman, 1385 Penn Road, Orangeburg, and at Glover’s Funeral Home of Orangeburg.
