Walterboro: Isadore Glover, 60, died Monday, October 22, 2001, in Washington, D.C. The funeral will be 2:00 PM, Monday, October 20, 2001, in the chapel of Hamilton's Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church Cemetery, Round O, S.C.Mr. Glover was born in Round O, SC and was the son of the late Rosalee Green and Parker Moore. He attended the public schools in Colleton County and was a former member of Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church.Surviving are: his wife, Carolyn Glover, Washington, D.C.; two brothers, Albert Glover and Presley Green, both of Fort Pierce, Fla; one aunt, Louise Williams, Walterboro and three step-daughters of Washington, D.C.Arrangements by HAMILTON'S FUNERAL HOME OF WALTERBORO, SC.
HANNA, Henry
GEORGETOWN - Henry Lewis Hanna, 76, died Friday, October 26, 2001 in a Georgetown Hospital. Mr. Hanna was born in Florence county, a son of the late Nick Hanna and the late Bertha Keefe Hanna. He was a lifetime dealer for the Ams Oil Co., a US Navy veteran of WWII, a member of the Nesmith Baptist Church, VFW, American Legion, church usher, Sunday school secretary, attended Hemingway High School and was the former owner of Hanna Engineering. Surviving are his wife, Ida Mae T. Hanna of the home; five sons, Roger Hanna of Hartwood, VA, Nick Hanna of Woodbridge, VA, Rick Hanna of Middlethian, VA, John Hanna of Davidson, VA and Terry Hanna of Richmond, VA; two daughters, Alice Hanna of Richmond, VA and Angela Hanna of Atlanta, GA; brother, Allen Hanna of Hemingway, SC; sister, Linne H. Bellflowers of Pamplico, SC; step-son, Rev. Dale Tanner of Kannapolis, NC; step-daughter, Debra T. Martin of Georgetown, SC; 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Nesmith Baptist Church. Burial, directed by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Brandon Yevette "Brandie" LaFon, 28, of Hanahan, a waitress, died Thursday in a North Charleston Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday in Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Gardens. Born in Charleston, she was the daughter of Larry LaFon and Carole Dianne Griffin LaFon. Survivors include daughters, Kelsey P. Carter, Hailey S. Carter, and Logan D. LaFon all of Charleston; Ralph Carter, the father of her children; her father of Charleston; her mother of Hanahan and a brother, Brian K. LaFon of Lakeland, Florida. Steve Randolph DeLoach, U.S. Army Ret., 57, of Goose Creek died Friday at his home. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday in Riverview Cemetery, directed by Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Born in Charleston, he was the son of Willie Mack DeLoach and Lillie Hanshaw DeLoach Douglas. Mr. DeLoach served two hours of duty in Vietnam. He was a Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne and served in the Special Forces. He was a member of the American Legion and the V.F.W.Survivors include his mother of Goose Creek; daughters, Sabrina R. DeLoach of Ridgeville and Tina Marie DeLoach of Charleston; sisters, Ida Boyd of Goose Creek, Kathy E. Croucher of Papillion, Nebraska, Sandra Hammond of Hanahan, and Martha Gail Christie of Kannapolis, N.C.; brothers, William R. DeLoach of North Charleston, Carl R. DeLoach of Jacksonville, Fla., Jarrell R. DeLoach, Gilbert W. Douglas, and Gary A. Douglas all of Goose Creek and Kenneth Still of Alabama; grandchildren, Samantha Bumgarner and Katrina Bumgarner. He was a member of St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church.Surviving are his wife of North Charleston, SC; three sons, Michael Nguyen and Phong Nguyen of North Charleston, SC; Long Nguyen of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; two daughters, Van Cam Nguyen and Tu Cam Nguyen of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; one sister, Minh Chau Bui of North Charleston, SC; a half-sister, Ana Ngoc Nguyen of Sacramento, CA. and eight grandchildren.

COLUMBIA - Miss Susie M. Till, 84, a retired employee at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Columbia, died Friday at a Lexington medical center.Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the graveside in Williams Cemetery, Williams, SC, conducted by Rev. Louis Bearden and directed by the FRED PARKER FUNERAL HOME of Walterboro, SC.Miss Till was born July 8, 1917 in Ruffin, SC, a daughter of the late John W. Till and Mamie Carter Till. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Columbia, the Women to Women Circle, NARF and A.A.R.P. She was an active volunteer with the Palmetto Baptist Medical Center, Meals on Wheels, the Commission for the Blind, the Soup Kitchen, and Washington Street Methodist Church. She was a corporate librarian for Wilbur Smith and Assoc. and former Director of Public Information at Ocean World Florida where she was also a marine trainer and performer, 1989-1991. She was a member of the Columbia City Ballet and Bethlehem Lutheran Church.Surviving are her mother of Irmo; her father of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.; one aunt, Frances Marie Cromwell of Pawley's Island.
